Google
Nice little Thai restaurant. Food came out super quick, and servers were nice and kind. I tried drunken noodle beef with Thai spicy, but it was not too crazy, but it might be too weak for people looking for real heat. Will come back for more.

Google
Thai Diner staff are exceptionally lovely people❤️ we go here at least once every other week, sometimes weekly! They know us!! Food is always delicious, and the music is always on point!! Highly recommend: Thai Iced Tea. Samosas. Pad Kra Prow. Drunken Noodles. 🫰 ill take more pics nexttime, I always forget!!

Google
Passed this place for years. Stopped in for lunch. Good value and the food was tasty. Server was very attentive and friendly. Ordered the fried rice and pad Thai. Would recommend both.

Google
Nice place with great service, good selection of classic Thai dishes. We enjoyed the soup that came with lunch and the egg rolls. I tried the Pad Woon Sen. I really enjoyed the flavors of the noodles, I did find it odd the vegetables and meats were seemingly cooked / steamed separately with not much flavor, then mixed in to the delicious noodles after. My wife said the Pho was great.

Google
The staff is very friendly and at tentative. The food has a lot of flavor without making you Feel too full like you are about to give birth I would suggest the curry and the yellow curry. If you don’t like spice at all, the yellow curry has just a little bit, but is more sweet.

Google
Incredible vegetable fried rice. Very flavorful but not overpowering and freshly cut veggies! Best I have had in a long time. It was clean and they were super friendly when I went in to pick it up. I appreciated that they did not make me feel bad at all for placing an order 15 min before they closed and that I could pick it up on my way home from work!

Google
I've been coming here about 7 years off and on. I would swear by this place and bet on them. Never had a bad meal or bad experience. Photos are Thai sausage fried rice and chicken pad Thai. I've eaten almost all their curries, noodle dishes, and several appetizers; always good.

Google
I liked the food. We ordered Thai fried rice with beef, pad kra pao with beef, shrimp in blanket, and mango sticky rice. Shrimp was extremely good and seemed very fresh. The portion of fried rice was good. I just didn’t like the mango sticky rice. It was not sweet. I wish they had put more sweet coconut milk. They did put some milk, but it was not enough. The mango was not sweet either but probably because of the season. Overall I liked the place, food, staff, and the environment.

Yelp
I've only ever had takeout but every time the food took less than 10 minutes was piping hot and perfectly seasoned. I go here once a month when I come through town. Highly recommend the drunken noodles or the pad Thai. Be very careful...they like their spice. If you're mild mannered person go for no spice. If you need silverware, make sure you double check because sometimes they misplace them. I ate there last night and I'm coming back tonight.

Yelp
Another options for Thai food in the area. Came for dinner. Looks like local fav dinner. Fee diner in and out. Decent prices. Ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice with beef. Tasty and come with large portion. Service was fast. Nice small modern restaurant with some painting decor.

Yelp
Excellent Thai food... Stopped by for the first time today for a quick lunch... TD was recommended by friends. Needless to say, the restaurant did not disappoint. It's a small, presumably family owned joint... Nicely decorated and very clean. The owners are super friendly and provide excellent customer service (the lil Thai guy who I believe is the owner is an absolute comedian, so be prepared to laugh). As for the food... Some of the best Thai food I've had in a while, and definitely the best I've had since moving to FW - We will be back again.

Yelp
The Owner lady not really friendly. Service was just ok. No frills, get it & go. Pad Thai chicken was just ok.

Mark C.

Yelp
I enjoy the Pad Thai with chicken but, be careful as it is very spicy! I ask for mild and put the red chili sauce on the side. It's a good portion. The restaurant is a basic diner set up so not much of an atmosphere. Wait staff is friendly.

Yelp
This is the best affordable Thai food on the southwest side of Fort Wayne! The staff is extremely friendly and you'll always leave there with a smile on your face. It's a cute little space in the strip mall off of Illinois and has so much authentic characteristics to the place. I LOVE the Drunken Noodles with tofu and you can choose the level of heat. There is something for anyone and everyone to enjoy Overall: one of my favorite places to get food in Fort Wayne, friendly staff, fantastic food (vegan/vegetarian options available)

Yelp
The food was fantastic. Their service was pretty fast although we came right at 5 when it reopened for dinner. Amazing Thai.

Sydney S.

Yelp
My husband and I love Thai diner!! Everyone is so friendly and nice there, and the food is amazing. We love the pad Thai and Panang gyoza. Always consistent too. 10/10 would recommend

Jon B.

Yelp
Best Thai place in SW Fort Wayne. Friendliest service by a mile, and the best Pad thai too! Great Tom Yum soup, and my favorite is pad ka prow (mint leaf chicken or spicy basil chicken. Nice place to sit and eat too. We eat here regularly.

Yelp
After seeing a news review on ABC 21 by JulianTeekurum , we decided to check this place out. Great food & service. Very nice family and they expressed how glad they were to have us try their restaurant. We definitely will be back. Especially liked the Thom Soup & shrimp spicy.
google avatar

Yelp
Reasonable prices and great service but they were more concerned about my ability to tolerate spiciness than delivering much flavor in the tofu green curry. It was watery and lacking in flavor. Maybe they used light coconut milk. Had an appetizer of pot stickers that were quite good however.

Tim C.

Yelp
Great food and service top notch. Go 2 to 3 times a month. Love it recommended to all!

Yelp
Stopped in while visiting family over the holidays. The food was fresh. The spices were great. It is a wonderful place with great service and food. I highly recommend this restaurant and will revisit it when we return to Fort Wayne. If you like Thai, you'll like this place!

Yelp
I give it 4 stars. Nothing out of this world but still good. We don't have much for thai options and this place hits the spot if you want it. food was good, not great, and decor was.... Less then amazing. So I give it 4 stars.
google avatar

Jovi C.

Yelp
Best green curry loved the ambience and the customer service my little boy loves their rice and chicken.

Sam F.

Yelp
Excellent service! I love stopping here for a quick lunch. The staff is always very friendly and the food is incredible. I highly recommend the Pad Kra Paow and Pad Thai. Pineapple Fried rice is delicious and filling!

Yelp
We love this place, best Thai food around for sure! It was our first time dining in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Yelp
The Diner is a great place for Thai in Fort Wayne. Crowded at lunch this small place is clean and cheerful. The lunch menu is extensive. It is not inexpensive as lunch for three is over forty dollars without appetizers. We had the curry that came with extra hot pepper on the side. My beef curry was delicious and had the correct spice level for me. I might return... but I'm not sure! I've got lots of other places to try before we hit the diner again.

John S.

Yelp
I had the Thai pho, it was amazing! they made it very spicy, just like I like it. the whole staff was very nice and attentive, if I even looked like I needed anything they were right there.
google avatar

Ingrid H.

Yelp
Very good! Friendly service, will definitely return when we are on that side of town again.

Yelp
First time eating Thai in Fort Wayne and I am not disappointed! Excellent service and love everything! My dinner included Tom Yum soup (in a hotpot for 2), Ad Thai, Pineapple Fried rice with Mango sticky rice for dessert and Thai Iced Tea. Pad Thai was a bit sour for me but everything is top notch. We paid less then 60 bucks for all above and I was very full. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

Serena M.

Yelp
Fresh food makes this Thai Diner a step above others. The staff is helpful, attentive and friendly. Plus you don't have to break the bank to afford it.
google avatar

Sarah R.

Yelp
Our favorite Thai place in Fort Wayne. Giving 4 stars because they've recently changed their crab Rangoon appetizer a bit and I'm /super/ salty about it. The wrap on it is way thinner and they're much smaller now. Change it back !
google avatar

Aaron M.

Yelp
So delicious. Amazing Thai flavors, we stop here everytime we're in town. Fantastic curry.

Joan S.

Yelp
Definitely recommend Chefs Special Thai Amazing "sub chicken for tofu" great service and great food. My friend had pineapple fried rice no egg w/tofu, we will be back for sure! The owner and wait staff is super accommodating! The owner has since changed hands and is under new ownership. The inside interior has been freshly redone so it's brighter welcoming and very friendly/inviting! The food & atmosphere I can't say enough positive things about! Honestly from my view the BEST THAI in Fort Wayne "so if your looking for a new Thai restaurant to call home I recommend TD" Something new we tried this evening and definitely recommend Tom kha soup chicken or tofu "coconut soup" Egg Roll & Deep Fried Cheesecake must say make sure Tom Kha Soup is added to your order, ENJOY!!!

Yelp
If you like Thai you will love this place! Legit authentic Thai and good value. Only Thai spot in Fort Wayne I will eat at!

Yelp
Good but not great. Had the veggie fried rice (no egg) and pad see ew (no egg). Portions were good but flavor was lacking. Service was mediocre at best. When my son asked for his rice with no egg the server said that the egg was the best part. When he said that he asked for no egg because he's vegan, the server said, "And I care?" and laughed. Didn't seem that funny to my ten-year-old. Note that pad see ew is my go-to dish whenever I try a new spot so it's easy to compare one to another. This was a solid three out of five - not more. Not my area, but I'm sure there are better spots for Thai around here.

Yelp
Love the workers and the environment! The food is also amazing!!! I love their tom yum soup

Yelp
Whoa !!! What the...well under new owners. AGAIN !! We ordered some appetizers. Crab rangoon , NOT HOT !! The wrappers are very thin and light. That's okay, but NOT freshly made. Very disappointed. The Gyoza. NOT HOT !! Barely warm. The Eggrolls ? Yeah you guessed it. NOT HOT !! Now you only get 2 tiny room temp eggrolls. Again very disappointed. Now for the entree. Every Thai restaurant we go to I order the Pad See u. At times fried rice but mainly Pas See u. If there is no sausage on the menu, I get chicken. Well first off the waiter ( who has waited on us before) refused to have them put the Thai sausage in my dish !! He said abd I quote " no way, can't do it " . I said what ?? You have done it before. He said" I won't ask the chef to do that" I keep my composure and tell him that they have done it many times. Nope !! Sooo he calls over the new owner. I tell her tge same thing. Nope, doesn't believe me until I pulled up a picture from 2 years ago on Yelp Thai Diner and show her !! Upon request it said. Sausage Pad See u. Why would you argue with me over something so stupid ?? Charge me extra ? Okay. I don't care. I didn't ask you for a special item you didn't have. Dang. Our main dishes took an hour to come to the table. Yes they were hot , yes, I got my damn sausage. Husband said his rice was okay but kinda bland. WHAT ?? Not anything Thai should ve bland. Sad WON'T EVER GO BACK AGAIN !! Never, ever had anyone do this to us over some sausage. I was pissed when we left. Ruined Valentines Day AND OUR ANNIVERSARY !!! A $60 mistake. The bill 48 and change the rest a tip. So much foe Thai diner. Leaving it in the rearview mirror like a bad marriage. Dust, ashes. Lmao

Yelp
Was in the area and was craving Thai food and came across this one on yelp. Tasted fresh and very good. If you like spicy go medium or more bc medium was a little too spicy for me making it somewhat hard to enjoy! But Overall the fried rice was very flavorful and would get it again just no spice. Crab Rangoon was fantastic - always a good choice. Also tried the pad Thai which was ok, not the greatest pad Thai I've had. Would also come back to try the pad see eww.

Yelp
Our favorite Fort Wayne restaurant! Perfect for special dietary needs and the freshest most delicious food anywhere. If you're gluten free or vegetarian it's perfect. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our favorites are the Salmon Panang and the Basil lovers. Very reasonably priced too.

Yelp
The place was packed and now I know why, the excellent food is worth going out for. We did take out, a couple of Thai salads, Pad Thai and Yellow Curry, all were delicious, and the portions were ample. We are from out of town and wish we had this place in our area!

Ashley K.

Yelp
I first got here when it opened and a puked four times got food poisoning. Pretty sure the chicken was not cooked.

Ray D.

Yelp
Great food, great service a very nice family restaurant. Medium spice has a good kick to it!!!

Dasia J.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken pho and was extremely disappointed. The moment I opened it I could see the chicken had no flavor. The broth was basically tasteless and adding the unseasoned chicken and vegetables made it worse. I have had 3 minute noodles that taste way better than this, Yum thai is so much better.

Yelp
Came here right after pedicures (the pedicure place was right next door). The staff was friendly and greeted us. Our waiter was great, he filled drinks before they were even gone! You can never go wrong with Pad Thai. It was delicious as expected. I got mild and there was no hint of spice Parking is a big lot for the other businesses on the "strip". But there are a lot of spots open. The location is in a busy spot, near the Jefferson Pointe Mall. Great place to get a quick lunch after a mani/pedi or a shopping day.

Yelp
The food was outstanding and the service super friendly and accommodating. We had the Green Curry with Tofu and it it was absolutely delicious and fine dining. The restaurant itself could be a little nicer, but definitely a great Thai place .

Yelp
Love this place! My bf and I recently found out that they change owners since last year. It looks sooo much better. The staffs were friendly and attentive. Even though there's only one waitress, we never have to wait long for our foods to come out. I always get the beef drunken noodles (level of spicy: HOT). It is pretty hot soooo if you're not into spicy things, I recommend sticking to mild or medium. The spicy medium has a nice kick to it. The flavorful noodles were cooked perfectly, beef was tender and it was filled with varieties of veggies. My bf had the pad Thai and he enjoyed it a lot. We also got fish cakes as appetizers. It was our first time getting it and it was alright. Nothing special about it. We did try the papaya salad last time and it was soooo spicy! I'm not sure if I'll get it again even though it had nice flavors and crunchiness to it. Def will be coming back if I have my Thai cravings!

Renee O.

Yelp
DELICIOUS food! Always comes out steaming hot and has amazing flavors. Attentive staff and excellent service. The manager is so sweet and makes great recommendations from the menu. Definitely our new go-to date spot! We got the chicken satay, mango sticky rice, pad thai, and green curry.
google avatar

Teresa L.

Yelp
Lunch with mom.. no lunch menu. All entrees $10+ I had chicken drunken noodles, pad ke mao & mom had a tofu veggie stir fry. Crab Rangoon app was $5, 4 pcs. All was fairly good, nothing exceptional I would return but only for dinner. I don't like paying dinner prices for lunch. $27 for lunch with water before tip was way too much for the meal received
google avatar

Stacy N.

Yelp
Great food awesome service. They basically Well Veganize Almost anything on the menu for you. I love coming here and everybody's always courteous. Panang Curry is one of my favorite dishes. You can't go wrong with pad Thai. One of my staple places in Fort Wayne for vegan food

Lara C.

Yelp
Food was delicious! We got chicken satay, egg rolls, and pad Thai- all of which we loved! The restaurant was clean and the staff was professional. Will definitely come back!
google avatar

Melody C.

Yelp
I had the chicken satay, seafood panang curry and mango sticky rice. They were all delicious; the curry came with shrimp, squid and mussels. I wish the chicken satay came with more peanut sauce, but apart from that it was perfect. Service was good and I will definitely come back again.

Dawn O.

Yelp
Since Baan Thai sadly closed, we have tried various other Thai places, and this place is very good. All of the staff were great, and the food was delicious. Just wish it was on the north side of town...

Loop A.

Yelp
WOW! Love this place! Food quality is top notch. Friendly service and has a authentic family feel. Very welcoming staff! Yum nehr (beef salad) is soooooooo good! Beef pho is amazing the best in town!! Papya salad is so fresh and tasty just makes you feel good! Check it out you won't be disappointed.

Katherine B.

Yelp
Had lunch today, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our server was awesome, and the Panang curry chicken was THE best I have ever had. Will be back!
google avatar

Scott B.

Yelp
I am giving this restaurant two stars due to the heavy smell of acetone in the restaurant that came from the nail salon next door. The only time I did not smell acetone was while eating my meal. After I was done eating, I could smell the acetone again. The food was good though. What a shame. I think this business needs to file a formal complaint with the nail saloon or sue. I would have gave this business three to four stars without the smell.
google avatar

Nick D.

Yelp
Thai Diner was excellent. It had a good menu, the heat was perfect and they had the best Crab Rangoons I ever had. The selection was a nice size but I do wish the Thai coffee would have been larger. It definitely cleared my sinuses so I could breath again lol

Yelp
Eleven of us chose Thai Diner for dinner, and tables were cheerfully rearranged to accommodate our group Pluses: * Friendly, prompt service * Enjoyed the Spicy Basil Beef * Mix of usual domestic beers plus fine Singha Thai beer that I chose served in chilled glass * While the street appearance, dining room decor, and atmosphere of Thai Diner was little drab, the food was very good. You decide the Thai hotness at time of ordering. I chose one degree less than the maximum Thai hot, and it was perfect by my NY tastes. Our food experience was better than most other reviewers * Very good value Small Gripe: No draught beer offered, and beer/wine license only.
