The Thai Hoa Palace is the largest, most majestic, and magnificent building left from the Nguyen Dynasty. Besides being the place for state ceremonies, it also symbolized power and harmony, showing the Nguyen emperors’ philosophy of how to rule.
As a part of the Complex of Hue Monuments, Thai Hoa Palace was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site on December 11, 1993.
