My boyfriend and I stayed at Tham Na November 2008 at the end of our Thailand trip for a day and a half.||||The owners live above the restaurant and have 2 double rooms that they let out. The accommodation was simple, yet comfortable. Each room also has its own separate bathroom. Great for under B1000, including breakfast.||||We arrived in Bangkok from Chiang Mai, me feeling a little under the weather after my previous nights dinner disagreed with me. I was very pleased to find a english, vegetarian menu with lots of options for my delicate tummy. ||The owners are into organic produce, and all the meals we ate during our stay felt healthy and nutritious.||||We also happened to be there for Loi Kratong, and walked to the river to watch everyone let their floats set sail. Khao San Road was also a short distance away. We also had our cheapest and best Thai massage across the road, about 2 sois up.||I especially remember the mushroom burger - the taste and texture was amazing, a meat eater would love it.||||The traffic is quite hectic during the mornings and afternoons, and we did find it difficult to catch a taxi there after shopping at MBK. Luckily the taxi driver was very patient, but it did take ages. Next time I would use the river taxi.||||We had our own set of keys to let ourselves in at night, and felt quite comfortable and at home at this unique 'hometaurant'.
