Thamel Eco Resort

As others have said, this place is a veritable oasis in a sea of madness that us Thamel.|Set back from the road this place has lovely clean and newly appointed rooms, hit water a plenty and a calming beer garden. Plus beer! |Breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly.|Highly recommended.

Great place! Extremely clean rooms. The area of Kathmandu is nice with tons of shopping areas nearby. The staff is also very helpful especially Bikash and Rojina. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing staff, we were greeted by Samjan, and she took care of us and made sure our room is clean and nicely stocked up. We stayed for a few nights and it was great, beautiful garden and cold beer

We visit hotel after our Mera expedition, and we were looking for a quite chill place and that was exactly this place. Its relaxing to just sit outside without any street noise... Food was ok, actually delicous, and important ! : any belly problems :) Yes rooms could be better but for our needs it was ok (week before we slept in a tents :D )

Excellent service. Mohan, Brij, Bhupendra and team were outstanding. Pradip, Risab, Richa and Roji and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make us feel like home. Amazing people.
