I have only provided positive feedback on this platform. The female (middle aged plus sounding) customer service/booking employee was unprofessional, condescending, immature, and unorganized. The work/service was not timely (several months), was not professionally completed, and not effective leading to another leak with more water damage. One in the window industry or anyone with experience caulking would agree, removal of old exterior weathered/deteriorated caulking before applying new caulking to prevent water seepage is a thorough/appropriate/reasonable course of action. They did not reasonably do a proper job, and stated they (customer point of contact) would not return standing by their service rendered. I cannot explain/reason why the "customer service" call taker would have such a hard/un-friendly approach that would lead a customer to feel a public post was necessary.

These folks really know how to treat their customers. The receptionist also worked at the prior location and she is super at her job. She always greats me like an old friend and goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide superb service. This is the BEST glass place in London. I will always bring my screens here to be replaced and serviced. Excellent pricing given the calibre of service and super quick efficiency which exceeds my expectations every time. Plenty of free and convenient onsite parking easily accessible off White Oaks Road. Highest recommendations.

My family member recently had her window replaced. After I saw the completed job, we were so impressed that I wanted to write this review. Most importantly, the employee razor made my elderly family member feel extremely comfortable in her home. She insisted that I write a review as she was so grateful for the professionalism, fair price and quality work. Highly suggest this glass company.

Incredible service, very fast turnaround time, and reasonable prices. I was quoted 3-4x as much from other shops in the area with waiting periods of nearly 2 months. Thames Glass got me what I needed in 24 hours. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help! Cheers, Paaras

Finished Basement - Glass shower and Glass Doors installed. Nice people to deal with. They were very good at arriving ON TIME AND IN BUDGET. I didn't get any "other charges" and install guy was very [polite and nice. Very efficient company and be glad to deal with them again

Had a really bad experience over the phone with the customer service women. Very short and condescending over the phone while I was trying to book a time for a window repair. Was originally quoted a week prior, and was waiting on someone to return my call which no one did. Robbie on the other hand was very professional and understanding when we asked him after the quote to return the follwing week. The only reason I am giving any stars is because of him. I will not be giving them my business.

I feel generous giving one star after our experience. We ordered a custom tv protector, to which the customer service person scoffed and even cancelled the order on us. In the process she made my wife feel foolish. Less than a week later and the tv is broken. Thanks so much Thames Glass for knowing our business better than we do.

Friendly and efficient. I have had a few orders with them and they always exceed expectations. They could benefit with some better parking out front. It’s small and confusing. But their staff are very helpful and patient.
