I have only provided positive feedback on this platform. The female (middle aged plus sounding) customer service/booking employee was unprofessional, condescending, immature, and unorganized. The work/service was not timely (several months), was not professionally completed, and not effective leading to another leak with more water damage. One in the window industry or anyone with experience caulking would agree, removal of old exterior weathered/deteriorated caulking before applying new caulking to prevent water seepage is a thorough/appropriate/reasonable course of action. They did not reasonably do a proper job, and stated they (customer point of contact) would not return standing by their service rendered. I cannot explain/reason why the "customer service" call taker would have such a hard/un-friendly approach that would lead a customer to feel a public post was necessary.
