Thames Museum Te Whare Taonga o te Kauaeranga

This museum is focused on the history of the town. You can finished it within an hour. My favorite part was the exhibit of the indigenous people. It costs $5NZD.

History of Thames. The reception lady is very nice and friendly.

I find that these local museums really informative, and this one is no exception. A great museum with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A good way to learn about local history and interesting things.

I loved it, so many things to see here. I loved the wooden models of the old historic buildings of Thames.
