My fiancé and I arrived at 11am without a reservation (they don't do reservations, FYI - it's first-come first serve, which is the objectively fairest way of running a restaurant queue - don't @ me), and were quickly seated after the wait staff came to retrieve us from the front.
Overall: definitely go here for a fantastic brekkie in Bruges. The high quality drinks and food, exemplary service, and overall intimate (without being crowded) vibe make this place easily recommendable.
Quote from the Missus: "The bread quality is better than other places. Crunchy, but doesn't hurt your mouth eating it ". Her rating is 4.7/5.
The menu is one-sided, on a large format poster board. To drink, my fiancé ordered a 'long black' and a 'going green' juice, and I ordered a red velvet latte.
For food, she ordered a savory "the classic", and I ordered a sweet "triple French toast".
Thoughts: um, does "nomnomyumyum" count? It was incredible! The matcha flavour came out well in the triple French, and it was clear that the classic was very well made - the one bite I had immediately told me that the quality of bread used in the toast was the reason they called it "that's toast".
The drinks were presented beautifully (red velvet latte art is some real skill there), and were very tasty. Can't say much more besides "I'm impressed".
I almost forgot - there's free Wi-Fi! Can't hate being able to use the internet to rave about how awesome your brekkie experience was.
