THB Lanzarote Beach

It was our first time at this hotel, so had no real expectations.|We were allocated a ground floor room, which meant we had easy access to the pool area. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. A few issues I'd raise are: no sockets in the kitchen for kettle or toaster, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, beds were quite slippery on the floor and kept moving when you got in them, but these issues didn't ruin our stay. |The pool area was again clean and tidy, but the pool was freezing, which meant not that many people used it in our weeks stay, plus, there was a horrible smell from the drains around the pool. |The hotel was ideally located for access to shops, bars and restaurants. |We went self catering but agreed a breakfast deal on arrival. The breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast, but the food was lovely and plenty of choice. |There is a gate at the back of the hotel for access to the beach but you can't get back that way. It would be nice to have card access rather than having to walk all the way around.|All in all, we had a lovely relaxing week.

Lovely hotel - lots of work being done when we were there which would have been nice to know. |Food and drinks are ok we did tend to go out a lot for food but that was our preference. |Hotel pub was great and lots of entertainment going on, the day entertainment staff played lots of games and activities which was fun to join in with. Just needs some little touch ups here and there.

i could not love this hotel anymore. it exceeded all of my expectations. there was plenty of space for everyone to have a sun bed and during the week days there are optional games throughout the day (darts, shuffle board, volleyball ect) daniel was our entertainment coordinator. he went above and beyond for us. made us feel included and having a friendly banter which boosted the atmosphere and made us feel so comfortable with him. he really made our experience and we will definitely be returning because of him!! the other staff were also lovely- rosemary who worked in the mini club (kids) was so great with the kids. the staff couldn’t be faulted. i would defo recommend this hotel.

I've tried several hotels in teguise but we stayed here in March and loved it so much that we came back this month. The hotel is very clean and perfectly situated in the centre of Teguise. We only signed up for breakfast in the hotel but really enjoyed it and the poolside entertainment is good fun. The staff are really lovely, especially Alex who's always happy to help with any questions or queries, he's the reason we came back!

I booked this Hotel with it having the option for inclusive being a solo traveller.I can say that I wasn't that impressed when it came to meal times,especially lunch & evening meals.Although there were lots of choice most days it would be the same & sometimes by the time you got back to your table the food was starting to get cold,I must say I ate out quite a few nights just for variety & to have some traditional Spanish food.The main buffet restaurant was in the basement so no natural light coming in which you want when you're on holiday or a nice view while sat having your meal.The other thing about the Hotel was that they say guest can't reserve sun loungers before 9am but I saw from my balcony that quite a few did it anyway & staff didn't remove their towels,so I thought well if they will so will I.Some guest wanted the same ones everyday,bit sad that & don't know why.My room was supposed to be overlooking the pool but when I checked in the woman on reception didn't even know & so she changed it but it wasn't directly facing the pool more a side view & facing the pool bar restaurant & she said I could change if any did become available during my stay but I didn't.My room was fine just a few flaws,paintwork on the bathroom door was peeling away & just not enough storage to put your clothes in drawers & nowhere to store my suitcase for my stay.I did notice other things in the Hotel,there were some floor tiles in reception & just as you come in that were broken, which is a safety issue, I could avoid tripping on them but what about a small child or someone with walking disability that has a mobility scooter or a walking stick not that easy.The chairs in reception & outside are big plastic orange & black so not what they have posted on their website. One of the good things about the Hotel is the location in the centre of everything but I don't think my next visit I will stay there cos I have been a few times to Costa Teguise, I would rather pay that bit more.

We stayed here as 2 families (4 Adults/4 Teenagers), first of all the location is superb, the food is good (all inclusive standard) plenty of choice, the rooms again are good, could be cleaned a bit better but really only for sleeping in. The pool area is great (a few broken tiles here and there that could easily be fixed). The entertainment is fantastic, Danny and Rosemary are the stars of the resort, they do games, music etc..|Can't praise them enough and the night time entertainment is also excellent.| We would return here in a heartbeat, speaking to other guests who have been going here for years, they did say the quality has gone down since the takeover, but we still found it to be great holiday.

We have returned home after 8 very enjoyable days at the THB Lanzarote Beach. The entertainment was very good each night. Food all self service with a wide range to chose from, all though not to every bodies choice at every meal, could have been hotter at time's. Excellent staff throughout who are always ready to help. The rooms are well looked after. Although a kettle and mugs are in the rooms, no coffee, tea or milk provided. We found coffee in the dining room and bought milk. We had only one complaint about our first room and that was a constant loud droning noise from the kitchen and dining room ventilation system that travels through all of block 4. Within a couple of hours we requested a room change. The reception when spoken to knew the problem with out further explanation and changed the room first thing next morning.

Great place. 4 star hotel with 5 star food and hard working staff. Entertainment fantastic. Local drinks were also good served as part of the all inclusive package. Only 1 X pool (the kids pool is more like a big jacuzzi). Gym needs more weights. Overall great place and I will be returning!
