What a lovely experience we had! From food to service, everything was spot on! We ordered 2 iced teas, earl grey choux and chocolate ganache cake slice. The ganache cake was extremely delicious, earl grey choux, however, had a mild flavour but it was still good. The choux was not soggy at all which shows their attention to detail. I would like to highlight how warm and prompt their staff is! Definitely going back to try more things.

The store has limited seating, but perfect for a quick rest after shopping at ION. The pastry and black tea promotion is definitely worth it and offers great value. Highly recommend trying the Earl Grey tea puff — it’s fragrant and delicious. Would gladly return for a short break and tea fix! Update: the promotion is only for weekdays

Friendly and prompt customer service by Kanistha and Colar! Loved the outlet's lychee tea series and peach black tea! Desserts are available for selection as well. A wide selection of tea goods exclusive to the shop is also available for purchase!

Their Matcha latte is really very good although ice melted but the taste of Matcha still good and not too milky . Matcha tea puff also nice not too sweet. Good sitting area a very comfortable environment after renovation. They also got tea testing but not all the tea . Is depending what tea they brew on the day.

Love this newly renovated space which is super cosy! The matcha affogato was an absolute hit because it was two of my favourite flavours combined. The matcha shot was super rich and earthy, and paired well with the intense and nutty the pistachio gelato. Honestly quite a nice spot to just sit and chill. Assuming you can get a seat. There are only 6 small tables. Maybe about 25 pax would be the max this place can sit. Also a little pricy but its in Ion, kinda have to give them a pass for the location. They have free samples of their teas too! So at the very least you can drop by to try

Lovely place to chill and have a cup of iced tea latte. I tried the Kyoto Hojicha latte and it was refreshing and tasty as well. Although the tea taste is not super aromatic, I still enjoyed it nonetheless. The modern, chic interior of the cafe makes it a great place to look around or rest after walking around the mall.

On January 15, 2025, I visited and tried a cold brew Earl Grey tea. It was delightful. The establishment has a rich history and offers an impressive selection of classical teas, including Darjeeling. I found a seat and spent a pleasant 30 minutes enjoying my drink while chatting with the waiter, who was both knowledgeable and friendly. It was a relaxing experience, and I look forward to returning more often to unwind over a good cup of tea. Many young people were also there, savoring the unique brews. Looking back to 2019, I recall the excellent selection of teas and the inviting ambience. However, I was unable to find a seat then, so I missed the chance to try the tea. Now, with seating available and the same welcoming atmosphere, the experience has truly lived up to its potential.
