Modern building that’s close to everything, rooftop pool is long enough o do laps and it has a good gym

Super good location! I got apartment for 3 months. Inside so fancy golden hall. Security and parking. One bed room not so big but cozy and have a bathtub. Up then 20 floor you can get amazing view. On the 31 floor incredible long swimming pool, gym, sauna. I recommend. Minuses just that haven’t restaurant or bar, but you can find one million around. Shopping mall just 3 minutes walk. I recommend.

Best condominium for living, very quiet and convenient, best location

The building lobby was incredibly hot and they would refuse to turn on the AC. The earthquake had paved its marks on the walls everywhere in the building, making you wonder about the safety.

Very central and good looking place from afar, but far from nice, so it’s extremely warm and the aircons will cost you a fortune to run. You will spend most time fixing broken stuff in the condo which should not break in a new building. The lobby is warm as they save money on aircon(unless they have a viewing) so don’t be fooled by the cool lobby if you view, it’s not like this all the time. The traffic outside is horrendous, but not the fault of the condo. It’s just not a nice place to live. The pools is dirty and the gym is not nice, with leaking water all the time. BEWARE: The owners have spent all their savings to buy condos here to rent out for a place to get a quick buck so they will never give your full deposit back. I would recommend you not to stay here, it’s a terrible condo, gym and pool is not clean and the traffic is horrible.

Nice rooftop pool, okay gym, nice decor, good views

Although it was built quite sometime but the condition is still very good. The overall design is luxurious. Very nice rooftop swimming pool.
