Booked a Deluxe Room expecting a spacious upgrade with refined furnishings, but was disappointed to find mostly empty space with minimal amenities. A larger room should enhance comfort, not just provide extra square footage for an additional bed.
Feeling that the upgrade didn’t add value, I requested a downgrade to a King Room, which turned out to be much more practical. While smaller, the King Room had a well-thought-out layout with a proper desk, making it feel far more functional and inviting.
Additionally, I requested a refund for the upgrade fee, and Christopher was incredibly helpful in handling both the room change and refund request, ensuring a smooth resolution to an otherwise disappointing experience.
The hotel offers great service, but the Deluxe Room category needs improvement. Upgrades should focus on design enhancements, not just empty space.
