The Adnate Perth - Art Series

I had a lovely stay here on a business trip. The room was beautifully styled with a lovely view, spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a good selection of tea and quality amenities that made the stay feel extra relaxing. The location is fantastic — close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout. I didn’t make it to the pool on level 1 this time, but I’d love to check it out on my next visit. Highly recommend! 1101

It is a very cozy nice place to stay in Perth. The room is quite spacious, very clean, and the view from our was beautiful. It also has great location near many restaurants and shopping center in walking distance. The staffs were also very nice, friendly and helpful. Very recommended. Thank you for everything.

Fabulous location, right in the heart of Perth but not on the noisy main street. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean, and it had a great view. The buffet breakfast was really good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in the Adnate Perth again.

Overall I absolutely loved this hotel. As I mentioned in the other review, our room was amazing, the view was breathtaking, the arty touches were very appreciated (artist myself). I was very surprised and thankful for my birthday gift and personalized birthday card. The bed was incredibly comfy and all amenities great. My feedback would be to provide a larger complimentary milk container in the fridge as well as the small one - so we can use the coffee pods for a milkier coffee, the one container was not quite enough for two. The coffee machine in the restaurant only seemed to provide black coffee but it was also only a small amount of coffee. There was no visible option to add warmed milk for a flat white style coffee, so we had to settle for almost cold coffee by the time we added enough milk to create a standard size cup. Having decent easy to make coffee would definitely be a worthy addition to the breakfast buffet. The toaster was likely not set properly so the bread was not toasting very well - a lot of people were having trouble with it (something for staff to check). We had a wonderful stay otherwise and we will be back!

Hotel is perfectly serviceable and was good value for money. A bit like an upgrade from an Ibis to a property with slightly more room, a slightly better view and a pool. Good central CBD location and minibar is a winner especially as many Accor properties don’t have one. Service was fine without being outstanding. They didn’t have Foxtel and tv was slow to respond which was slightly annoying. Overall no particular complaints but wasn’t wowed by the experience either. Fine middle of the road place to stay for a few nights.

I had a short break in Perth for work, and this was a brilliant hotel to have as a base. Very well located, good quality amenities and exceptional staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was smooth and was taken care of by friendly staff. The waiting area is very spacious and smelled really nice. Was in awe with the large scale portrait paintings. The room was very clean and we got a really nice view of the city. Loved the artistic touches of decor around the room. There is also a really nice restaurant/bar area that has an outdoor pool. Otherwise very close to other restaurants nearby and short walk to inner Perth cbd. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would consider staying again.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the art added some character. Beds comfortable and TV had Chromecast which is a plus. Fast wifi. Location is great, very centrally located in the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice, although it is small and can get busy easily. Gym is well equipped for a hotel gym. Overall I would definitely stay again.
