The Adnate Perth - Art Series

This was a great hotel. Rooms were well appointed, modern and clean. This part of the city has some nice restaurants, bars and Pirate Life brewery on the same block. Just a few minutes from the main mall and 10 minute walk to the convention centre, waterfront and Kings Park. The only small issue was the Chromecast streaming not working on the TV, but a very minor issue.

Thank you, we had such a fantastic stay. We loved the hotel and the room. The facilities were great, we loved the pool area. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful in making my partner's birthday special. I am also celiac and so need to eat gluten free, the kitchen staff were super helpful in accommodating me to let me know what I could eat and adapting the dish. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back and recommend.

Overall, our stay at The Adnate Perth – Art Series was okay, but the hotel felt somewhat overrated for the standard offered. Given that it was the most expensive property among several options in the area, our expectations were naturally higher. Unfortunately, the overall impression did not quite match the price level. The location is slightly away from the main city center and situated in a rather run-down part of town. The reception staff, however, were friendly and welcoming. That said, the overall arrival experience still lacked the sense of quality and refinement one would expect from a hotel in this price range. It did not feel particularly luxurious or premium upon entering. The room itself was fine and very clean, with a good view. It was spacious, but the furnishings felt quite minimal and somewhat uninspired, giving the room a rather plain atmosphere. Breakfast was decent but offered a fairly limited selection. The pool was also a disappointment: very small, more like an oversized bathtub, and completely exposed, with views from many parts of the hotel. This made it uncomfortable to relax, and it wasn’t really suitable for spending time there. In summary, the hotel is clean and functional, with friendly staff and acceptable rooms. However, the high price raises expectations that are not fully met. The value for money did not quite align with what was offered, which ultimately left us a bit disappointed.

Our first trip to Perth to celebrate my wife's birthday. We stayed in two hotels because we joined a 2-day tour to Kalbarri. This is the second hotel that we stayed. Although this hotel is further away from the center of the CBD, it is still walkable and convenience as there are coffee shops, bars and restaurants close by. The room is clean and decorated with art works. The staff are friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas 2025 and loved it! The staff were so friendly and festive! Breakfast was fine, everything you could want, pool is only small but a nice lookout and surrounding area. Room was lovely and large and comfortable. Right in the CBD, loads of bars and restaurants within walking area, recommend the comedy club too!

Well located on hay street, short walk to cafes, mall, train station and bus services. Upon arrival our room wasn't quite ready but a complimentary drink by the pool was well received while we waited. Staff were kind and helpful and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Great view from the 17th floor. The kids and parents enjoyed the pool/bar area after and long hot day exploring. Would stay here again

I do a lot of travel, work and leisure, and decided to make 2026 the year of staying at Accor Hotels. This is the worst I have stayed at. Check in time at 2pm, arrived 2.20pm and was told room wasn’t ready. Said they’d get it done urgently and phone me but I agreed to wait in reception. 3pm I went back and the colleague who looked after me left the desk quickly. I was told by someone else that they didn’t know what was happening with the room but they had a slightly downgraded one available. Fine, offered me free drinks vouchers, I declined but got them any way. Went to the pool bar and asked for a Heineken Zero, disappeared to get me one but came back to say they had run out. Gave me a Coke Zero for free. Guess I can’t spend the vouchers I didn’t want. Pool was warm and nice but missing a few tiles. Drinks were served in glass poolside, didn’t think you were allowed to do that? Poolside was a mess though. Half eaten food by the pool, piles of dirty towels and no clean ones by the time we left. Staff walked past all this to serve drinks. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. Deluxe Room this time which is bigger but doesn’t make use of the space. Could have put a sofa in or something. Feels cheap. Stains on the bed cover, don’t even want to know what it is. If you see the photo it’s obvious so not sure why it was put on the bed. I’ve included some photos. To sum up I’d say this place lacks care and attention. Worst Accor Hotel I’ve stayed in so far, service miles better in the lower budget Ibis Hotels. This is probably best in the $150 to $175 per night range. I’d have probably rated 3 then.

The room was sufficient and very clean. No magnifying mirror, no champagne flutes, but nice large mugs, lovely shower, very comfortable bed. No frills I guess I'd say. Terrestrial tv only which is unusual and annoying. The dining room and pool area were booked for a private function so were out of bounds which I found odd and very inconvenient. Staff were lovely. Make sure you book through the actual hotel as we got a lovely room for about $230 but paid way too much when a third party booked our second night using a booking site. The other thing I will say was a negative - before we arrived, out of about 5 calls to reservations/reception to confirm things, all calls were 'put through' by Accor and I never got to speak to the hotel, just hung up on. Very frustrating indeed.
