We arrived at 9:10 pm, most of the village was in the darkness. Finally found the Lodge in the darkness down a little lane, but not a soul anywhere. Reception closed. Passing tourist told me I need to go to Alpina Resort and disappeared into the darkness. 15 mins wondering up and down the dark lanes, ringing some door bells (but nobody appeared anywhere). Finally found an email with the phone number, phoned the resort and got some explanation how to find it. Have to take about 4 or 5 turns up the twisting lanes to find it... No apology for the convenience, we got the key. Has it not occurred to anybody to leave a message at the lodge, telling late arrivals where to go and a EVEN maybe little map of how to get there????||Then a long discussion in the resort about getting something to eat - at the unearthly hour of 9.40 pm. First response was not even bread and cold meats, finally somebody took pity and gave us a cold meat plate.||Well, I can respect that in places like that people go to bed before 9pm. But what about some live reception service after breakfast - at about 9:30 am?. I was certainly not going to wonder up the hill to the resort again to check out of the lodge. So I disgustedly left the key in the breakfast room and left. I will see if and how I will get an invoice...||Breakfast was also quite pathetic. A bit of ham, but not even a piece of cheese - in Switzerland! One meagre bowl of muesli - in Switzerland!||I am happy to pay the high Swiss prices for the customary high standard Swiss customer service. But here the only thing high was the price tag||The village was very beautiful - mostly preserved old Swiss chalets||Oh, and the hotel states that parking is available. This is highly misleading - parking is available only on the road outside the village
