We went there for a staycation for 1 night. Though we were expecting a city view room with atleast the front road view, we got a next building balconies view room. But that's also part of the city one can argue. But the size of the room was big enough. The check in was smooth. Reception staffs were efficient. The old school small sized lifts were really nice. This is an old hotel so age related issues were expected. The digital switches panel in the room was difficult to handle. That's mainly because the writings/ markings on the switches were all gone. We loved the breakfast spread. Enjoyed that thoroughly.

My stay at Ambassador Hotel from 18th to 19th October was truly wonderful! Mr. Vishal at the front desk made the experience smooth and pleasant with his polite nature and professional attitude. My stay at Ambassador was phenomenal. The staff is exceptionally nice and the ambience, location, food is great too. I got a free upgrade to a suite because of Mr. Naresh and I really appreciated the experience. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay and experience at Ambassador. From reception staff to cleanliness and food, everything is very nice here. Location is also excellent as it is near to all the prime locations. The staff deserves a standing ovation — warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and that rare ability to make you feel like the only guests in the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and serenely quiet, despite being in one of the city’s most buzzing neighborhoods. Waking up to the golden morning light streaming through the windows, with a view of Mumbai slowly waking up — pure bliss. And can we talk about the food? The breakfast buffet was a daily festival for our tastebuds. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — from fluffy dosas to international favorites, we were spoiled for choice. Highly, highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone who wants to experience the soul of Mumbai wrapped in elegance and warmth.
