Great location, epic views, friendly and helpful staff. My son took the cooking class which was wonderful and they arranged for a Turkish spa reservation for me (amazing!). As is to be expected with an older 2 star hotel, the rooms are a tad shabby but it is safe, pretty clean, and super well located. I would go again. Thank you to the staff for working hard to make our experience positive.

It's a two star hotel so we have no high expectations. However, it was a good experience in a local downtown vibe. The cleanliness of the room was average but the breakfast was quite poor. On the second day they were late and no water provided..

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all the beautiful places, the view from the room on the first floor was very bad (two water tanks directly opposite the window). The room size was good and the beds were comfortable. -Services : I literally had to ask for everything: cleaning the room, fixing the TV, the air conditioning, and the hot water in the bathroom. To be fair, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, except for the young guy on the night shift who kept patronizing me about hotel policies in weak and clichéd English.

The rooms are a decent size and the hotel is in a good location, right opposite the Roman forum. They do a decent breakfast, there is a nice rooftop cafe with excellent views. The price is also good.|However, the rooms are a bit battered. There was no shower curtain, the water pressure was low with water either scolding hot or freezing. The rooms are dirty, you feel you come out of the shower dirtier than when you went in. I'm not convinced the floor had been hoovered from the people before. There was a TV but no remote or way to operate it. We had to ask for towels and they don't clean the rooms during your stay, but will give you more toilet roll and clean towels if you ask at reception. There is ridiculously loud music coming from the rooftop terrace early in the evenings.|There are worse places to stay in Amman, but if I was going again I would pay more and get something decent.

I have not live in this hotel, but I want to share some usefull information for traveller and adventurer: 1. The location is super central. Roman theater is just around the coner. For the rest attractions like 20 min. 2. We left our lugage for some fees 3. In the hotel, Loui organized the trip to Petra and help with tickets to ferry 4. But you will receive all services that you pay for. Not more, the questions that arose were apparently not resolved. In any case we are grateful for help and organisation

I stayed at the Amman Pasha Hotel for one day during my 9-day tour of Jordan. The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of bustling Amman Downtown, directly across from the Roman Theater. You can easily walk to the famous Habiba Kunafa or Hashem Restaurant in just 15 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.

I had a wonderful time in Jordan. Just because of Pasha tours at Pasha hotel. The hotel room are bit average but after all my research work I can for sure say no one can arrange better Jordan tour than Pasha tours. They made my stay the best of my life

I didn’t stay at the hotel but at a nearby one and visited the restaurant several times. I was very favorably impressed by the food and the staff. the view of the Roman theater and citadel deserves a special mention; I thought it was well worth the money.
