Absolutely wonderful stay – highly recommend! I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Amman! The view from our window was simply breathtaking, waking up each morning to a panoramic view of the city was a highlight of the trip. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the view made every moment feel special and serene. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. I didn’t catch his name, but a big shoutout especially to the reception team! you made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in! The hotel also features a fantastic rooftop with delicious food and live music in the evening – such a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the night. There’s also a spa and many other great facilities that make it a perfect place to unwind and treat yourself. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman, I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment we arrived at this authentic boutique hotel, we were immersed in an atmosphere of warmth, charm, and understated luxury. The staff were exceptional—genuinely kind, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect.||The location is simply ideal: tucked into a vibrant, walkable area yet peaceful enough to feel like a hidden gem. Everything we needed was within reach, from cultural sights and cafés to local artisan shops.||The hotel itself is a visual delight—thoughtfully designed with tasteful touches that reflect local heritage and craftsmanship. Every corner feels curated with love, and the ambiance strikes a rare balance between cozy and elegant.||Service was seamless, from a smooth check-in to personalized daily recommendations. The in-house spa was a sanctuary of relaxation—we left feeling rejuvenated after their signature treatments.||We also booked a few of the hotel’s curated tours, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The guides were knowledgeable and engaging, offering unique insights that brought the area’s history and culture to life.||And the rooftop restaurant? Breathtaking. The panoramic views alone are worth the visit, but combine that with a refined menu and exceptional flavors, and you have an unforgettable dining experience under the stars.||This hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to savor. I can’t recommend it enough.

My first time in Jordan and I booked this hotel very last minute. It’s location is amazing, many shops, stores, and areas to explore just minutes of walking. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. |There is a restaurant at the rooftop with delicious food, coffee and tea. You can book tours through the hotel if you’d like for must-see places such as Petra, Dead Sea, Wadi Rum etc. There is airport pick up and drop off available by request as well, which is really helpful especially when arriving for the first time or if you are arriving late after midnight. |I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay comfortably at a great price, while being able to walk and explore the shops, markets and all of downtown.

Great location, epic views, friendly and helpful staff. My son took the cooking class which was wonderful and they arranged for a Turkish spa reservation for me (amazing!). As is to be expected with an older 2 star hotel, the rooms are a tad shabby but it is safe, pretty clean, and super well located. I would go again. Thank you to the staff for working hard to make our experience positive.

Hotel had a great rooftop with beautiful views over the city. The staff were super friendly. Louis was also amazing at organising a tailored tour. I was a solo female traveller and felt in very safe hands with Louis and his drivers. I’d definitely recommend.

GOOD POINTS|The hotel is well located in the downtown area of Amman meaning easy access to the city and areas of interest. View from room was spectacular with unhindered view of amphitheatre.|Bedding and towels were clean|Fridge in room||BAD POINTS|Far too many things to mention:|Bathroom was a nightmare - loose loo seat, no shower curtain meaning either soaking floor or minimal shower as also no bath plug to bath, extractor fan mounted in cardboard gaffa taped over window, bath and surround old, tired and dirty with so much sealant all over, sink was covered in what appeared to be soap scum on arrival. Smell from drains was bad on occasion.|BATHROOM BEARS NO RESEMBLANCE TO ANY PHOTOS AND WE BOOKED THE "DELUXE" ROOM|Bedroom - carpet looked as if hadn't been cleaned for years and was lifting badly at boundary to tiles.|Noise - the window had double set of double glazed panels but the outer pair were slid to one side and no access to close fully.|Noise - we were on the 5th floor (room 506) and constant scraping as tables were dragged around on the rooftop bar area, loud live music played until around 2300 but then on 2 nights about midnight music kicked off again|No safe in room|Lift - the lift door is hard to open as manual push open but also opens right by edge of stairs so much care required to avoid falling / tripping.

I am an international traveler regardless I had never experienced this kind of disappointment and shameless experience with there receptionists . They conformed the price and conformed the service valid dates . Later they change the receptionist and mentioned to pay more , if you don’t agree they will disrespectfully mention you to leave and tell you to pay extra . If you are visiting there make a proper contract or written signature or else they can fraud taking advantages from tourist . Be aware before you visit or else they can scam you #internationaltraveler #jordantourist

I stayed at the Amman Pasha Hotel for one day during my 9-day tour of Jordan. The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of bustling Amman Downtown, directly across from the Roman Theater. You can easily walk to the famous Habiba Kunafa or Hashem Restaurant in just 15 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.
