It’s my third time visit in this hotel and I had the best check in manager this time. I had a fantastic experience during my check-in, thanks to Arif, the check-in manager. His exceptional service truly set the tone for my stay. From the moment I arrived, he guided me with such warmth and professionalism, making the check-in process feel special with beautiful ceremonies and a delightful aura test. Arif's dedication to ensuring a smooth start to my journey was remarkable. I’m grateful for his assistance and highly recommend this experience to others!

The hotel offers exceptional facilities and a tranquil getaway setting within the buzzing city of Shanghai. Unfortunately the pool is closed during the colder months, despite the weather being around 20 degrees celsius this weekend. Nevertheless, the staff service is very attentive, Arif Majeed from the front desk was extremely helpful during the entire stay and resolved every question that arrived swiftly and with a passionate dedication to delivering superior service. Definitely recommend, will return

Wonderful package with an amazing massage, hot spring treatment, recharge classes of breathing, yoga, aroma therapy, swimming pool , healing center, aura check-in, aroma atmosphere around hotel , peaceful and warm welcome from all staff and guest, at amazing 18 min of special body treatment which is after feel so peace and relax you body and mind. Our recent staycation at Shanghai Anandi Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service, every detail exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to 💕Rubina💕, the manager of the executive lounge, for her sweet and attentive hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. ||Another highlight was the photo shooting service– the photographer captured beautiful moments of our family, and we now have stunning keepsakes to cherish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made our experience unforgettable. ||We highly recommend Shanghai Anandi Hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and top-tier service. We loved our stay and were absolutely impressed with the service at The Anandi! Shilpa and Rubina gave us their contact info and helped us with so many things. They were very patient in our requests and assistance. Rubina helped us navigate all the classes and Shilpa helped us change rooms cuz our AC was broken. Gorgeous hotel, and great food. Amazing staff and service, everyone we saw welcomed us with smiles and hand to their heart. The only complaint was the AC didn’t work out first night so it was hot for me. But we enjoyed the hot springs and massage as well. Hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was my mother’s birthday, and the attention from Arif was truly spectacular. Thanks to him, my mother had the best birthday experience. We were able to rest well, and Arif was always attentive to us, which made our time at the hotel exceptional. Every time we come to Shanghai, we would love to return to this hotel.

The Anandi hotel has been so comfortable for me , have been coming here from last few years and it had been great experience every time . I really like theme wellness and how everything is carefully planned keeping wellness in mind . The food has wide spread with something for all including vegetarians. Also appreciate the staff Shilpa , Arif , Kareem and Zafar for being very accommodative of special request for our large team dinner. I would certainly recommend Anandi for business as well as family travels , they also have some amazing wellness activities at the hotel.
