The Anda Mani

We had a truly timeless stay at The Anda Mani Khao Lak. Every detail is perfectly thought out to offer an unforgettable experience. The staff is attentive, caring, yet wonderfully discreet always smiling and available when needed 😊 The villas are absolutely stunning: spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. A special mention for the excellent quality coffee, which is a real luxury to enjoy every morning. The outdoor setting is just as beautiful, with direct access to a gorgeous, peaceful beach. The restaurant serves delicious, well-presented dishes, and dining with an ocean view makes every meal even more special. A very special thank you to Kris, the manager, who is simply exceptional. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and makes sure every guest feels truly cared for. Thanks to him and the entire team, you genuinely feel at home here. A unique, intimate, and authentic place that we highly recommend — and one that we will definitely return to.

Chris and his team run a great, relaxing hotel in a beautiful location. All of the staff, from the room service staff through to the wait staff were professional and incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. They truly fulfilled their mantra of trying to feel ‘homely’. The food was top tier, I enjoyed the cocktail and canapés at sunset. The dinner menu was large, and I was always trying new food. As someone who has stayed across many locations and hotels in Thailand, the Andi Mani is amongst my most highly recommended.

We arrived at the Anda Mani Beachfront Villas at 9 am after a long journey from the UK to be informed our rooms were ready for us and our luggage was being delivered. |The rooms are very spacious spotlessly clean and very comfortable everything you would need for a pleasant stay was provided. All of the staff were excellent extremely friendly and very professional and always willing to help. This hotel is really peaceful I would recommend it to anyone it offers outstanding service a tranquil environment and a high standard of comfort.

Wow, what can I say. From the first day we arrived, we were pampered and spoiled by the friendly staff. The rooms are big with an amazingly comfortable bed. The food is fabulously tasty and fresh. The location is great with restaurants and massage parlors near by. Thank you for a memorable week. We will definitely be back.

Our second time to the Anda Mani in the last year and we just love the place. As there are only 10 villas and it is adults only, it is very peaceful and you really do get treated like family.|The location is perfect, being right on the beach and with a small village only a 200m stroll out the back entrance. The food and service was amazing and the rooms and facilities immaculate. If you are looking for a truly relaxing holiday then the Anda Mani is perfect.

I searched for days and weeks for a hotel that suits our requirements then I came across this hotel. It may not be one of the most popular talked about hotels but it is in my opinion the very best |We arrived late evening and Kris and his staff were on hand to greet us. We were taken for a drink and nibbles while the staff took our luggage to our room|Kris gave us all the information we needed, guided us to our room and left us to settle in.|We booked the basic room but it was just amazing. Very very large bed, bath for couples as well as a rain shower|There was a kettle with coffee milk and sugar although cold and hot drinks are free all day|Lots of storage space and absolutely everything you need including dressing gowns, slippers, beach shoes and towels and amazingly two flasks to keep your water cold when going to the beach or sitting by the pool.|Breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and choice of Asian or a variety of egg dishes. Lots of fruit and cereal and fabulous coffee|The pool wasn’t enormous but I had it to myself most of the time as there are only 10 bungalows|At the edge of the garden is a beautiful beach and within a five minute walk there are a few restaurants|Every afternoon there are cocktails and nibbles which were fabulous I always looked forward to that time.|It was my partners birthday while we were there and I can’t thank Kris and his staff for making it such a memorable one with the decorations on the bed with a birthday cake. I asked Kris for a table on the lawn for our evening meal and after the staff brought him a dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to him |I really can’t praise the Anda Mani enough it is not a hotel it just feels like staying with family. It’s small and intimate and everyone gives 100% to make your stay the best ever|We returned home totally relaxed and with lots of memories|Thank you Kris and all your staff for an amazing holiday. We miss you all.|Should we ever return to Thailand we would only ever stay with you

We stayed at the Anda Mani for 9 nights in late February 2025 and had the most amazing time. There are so many excellent things to say about this resort but the most important things is that the boutique style of accommodation means that it is always quiet, always able to get a beanbag by the beach, always able to get your favourite spot in The Kitchen and we basically had the pool to ourselves the entire time. The second most important thing is the attitude and performance of the staff, Kris and his team are truly phenomenal and did everything they could for us every step of the way from checking in late at night, organising for us to keep the room until 5pm and for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport and driving me to the hospital on multiple occasions after I had a fall on the beach. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a huge bed and even bigger bathroom. The Kitchen was always amazing with great service and amazing meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is just amazing with the beach just in front of the hotel (and it is beautiful and much quieter at this end) and having a range of restaurants, massage shops, grocery shops etc within a 5 min walk. I did day trips to Similan and Surin Islands and found due to the location of the hotel I was picked up last and dropped off first (only a 15 min drive to the pier) which makes all the difference after a long day trip. We could not recommend the Anda Mani enough for those looking for a peaceful and carefree holiday. We will be back! Many thanks to Kris and his team for the amazing stay.
