The Annex: Huge flavor, huge variety, and yuuuuge prices Bigger isn’t always better — and a perfect example of that is The Annex. It’s a bakery of big extremes, and it’s big on both the positives and the negatives. The Annex outshines its competition by being in the top percentile in several aspects: - Variety & Uniqueness: How many places do you know of in STL where you can get a lot of the classics, but still get something unique like a pear & frangipane tart or an ube white chocolate chip cookie? - Taste: To offer something like a pear & frangipane tart is one thing; to be able to execute it and make it taste good enough that it’s one of the most popular choices at your bakery is another. The best of the best at The Annex is the best of the best in STL; the key lime pie is king, the beef & mushroom streusel is life-changing, the pear & frangipane tart was the ultimate pear-adise, and the blueberry streusel cheesecake might legitimately be the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. But despite being so good compared to other STL bakeries in some areas, it’s big on a few negative extremes as well — and falls flat on its face versus the competition in other aspects: - Price: Some of their offerings are the most expensive pastries I’ve seen in the STL area, and they’re even more expensive than all of the bakeries I visited in San Francisco a few months ago. And San Francisco is one of the highest cost-of-living cities in the U.S., which makes this even more confusing. The baked goods here are good, but $11 pre-tax for a slice of beef and mushroom strudel that’s about as big as my fist? Come on, lol. - Inconsistency: Some of their bakery offerings are absolutely TOP-tier — arguably some of the best of what you can get in STL, like what I mentioned earlier. But some of their other items fall flat vs the competition: - ube white chocolate cookie (dry) - brownie (tasted like a brownie mix brownie from a grocery store) - blueberry macaron - cheese pierogi Overall, this bakery is a great choice, and I’d 100% take someone here from out of town if they were in the mood for one of The Annex’s standout items I mentioned earlier like the key lime pie. But are you playing dessert Russian roulette when trying something new? Absolutely Beef & mushroom strudel and blueberry streusel cheesecake > pear & frangipane tart and key lime pie > turtle cheesecake > oatmeal creme pie > cheddar chive scone > lemon macaron > ube white chocolate cookie > fig bar > blueberry macaron > cheese pierogi > brownie

Overall: average stop, nothing life-changing but not bad food. One order had the Ham Jam with a Maple Cinnamon Latte. As a non-ham gal I wanted to trust the process though I should’ve substituted for a different meat. The cherry raspberry jam had good flavor but lacked the sweetness that is expected from a jam-meat-cheese combination. The other was the Pear, Brie, Arugula add turkey and an Iced Peach Latte. Between the both, we would’ve liked to have some more Brie, it flew pretty under the radar and didn’t seem to add much to either sandwich. Coffees were ok. I would’ve liked the Maple Cinnamon to have more flavor, it was a little boring. The peach latte is just as interesting of a combination as it sounds. Good sourdough bread, it was crisped nicely and pleasant to eat. I think this place definitely has the potential to be a great stop if you find what works for you!

I recently visited The Annex after work to meet my daughter and son for a cup of coffee. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. I ordered an Iced Mocha Latte, which was absolutely delightful. The rich chocolate flavor combined with the smooth espresso made for a refreshing and satisfying drink. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Annex for anyone looking for a great coffee spot to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones.

Stopped into pick up a quiche and some staples for my pantry. What an amazing selection. You could get into serious trouble with all they have to offer! This is one of my favorite coffee shops in St. Louis for sure!

The vibes: immaculate. The food: fantastic. The service: amazing. Visited the Annex for the first time over the weekend so I could use the STL coffee pass. Little did I know that they have more specific requirements for this location but honestly not a loss as I was so charmed by this place that I am definitely going back! I had their pistachio latte and sat to do some video editing. The latte was fire and their wifi is strong, even with the amount of patrons there. I like how there are multiple inside areas, a variety of food and drinks offered, and a patio that’s covered so you don’t get roasted in the sun.

In January 2025, we visited this café, which has a spacious interior and a parking lot in the back. The café sells a variety of chocolates and other products. We ordered a Derby pie, a mocha, and a black coffee. I really enjoyed their mocha—it wasn’t too sweet and was very smooth. The staff at the counter were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Love the Annex! The atmosphere is very nice, good customer service, and just a good coffee place tbh. Worth going back to every once a while. Tried their lattes and it was fantastic!

Yelp
First time here and I love it!! Great location. Great food and coffee. great spot to work on stuff. I can sit on the patio all day long. Workers are nice. Great hours if you are planning to stay the whole day. Only downside is its pretty expensive ($1.25 for a single flavor added to a latte that is already $5.25 is a little ridiculous.)

Yelp
Great place to grab a drink and a little snack or browse their grocery section for a little bougie find. Always love popping in here and doing a bit of co-working. You order at the counter and the service is quick. Shares a wall and doorway with half pint treats for a little ice cream pick me up. Ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap and the basil lemons. The perfect pairing! 10/10 would get again

Yelp
This was stellar! Really cool ambience inside with plenty of room to sit inside and out and very cozy and comfortable surroundings. Service was friendly and very helpful! I had one of their pistachio lattes with a BLT sandwich. One of the best BLT sandwiches I think I have ever had. Pistachio latte was also on point. Totally worth everything you are getting here! Looking forward to trying the Cuban sandwich next time. Parking can be a little bit difficult as the lot behind the place can really fill up. You might have to wait around a bit just FYI.

Yelp
This is a great coffee shop in Webster groves! The atmosphere here was just impeccable. Plenty of seating and I loved the decor/color palette. They have a cute little bakery food area as well as a nice variety of drinks and seasonal specials. They also sell a lot of local goods, spice, pastas, sauces, etc. This is a great place to chat with friends or do work, etc.
google avatar

Yelp
This is such a cute place. It had some really nice and unique food and beverage options. The atmosphere was relaxed. There is inside and outside seating. This had an oldtimy feel yet the options were very modern. I loved my egg salad and the service was fantastic.

Yelp
The Annex Coffee & Foods is a coffee shop and café located in Webster Groves. They serve locally roasted coffee and a variety of espresso-based drinks. The food menu includes an assortment of light options, such as sandwiches, wraps, and quiche--not to mention a selection of desserts. In addition to food and drinks, The Annex features a small retail space stocked with cookbooks, kitchen accessories, artisanal snacks, and high-quality baking products. The display, conveniently located near the counter, makes it easy to browse while ordering. During my visit, I couldn't resist picking up a pancake mix to take home. I ordered a London Fog and enjoyed it inside the café before grabbing a cortado to go. Afterward, I took a leisurely walk through the nearby shops and studios, making for a relaxing afternoon. With its cozy atmosphere, excellent drinks, and unique selection of gifts and kitchen items, The Annex Coffee & Foods is a wonderful place to visit in Webster Groves.

Yelp
The annex is always such a great place to grab a coffee. They don't only have delicious drinks and bakery items, but they also have high quality provisions/ deli items that have the ability to take every meal or gathering to the next level. They're often super busy, but the line moves quickly and the staff is helpful. You can get a full view of bakery items when you're in line which is super tempting :) they have a seating area towards the back and a patio for warmer days. Coffee quality is A-1, and they have plenty of parking behind the building in the lot. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Absolute great spot to grab a quick snack, coffee, and get some work done! I tried their London fog today and it definitely hit the spot. Their staff is also always super friendly and have some great recommendations, and their pride patches made me feel really welcome :) overall great place!

Yelp
The ice cream was really good! The service was great and the person taking our order was very nice. It is a very chill place and has a great vibe!

Yelp
Food was great as usual, I tried one of their sandwiches this time and it tasted wonderful! The dressing was creamy and spicy, a nice addition to the warm bread and different meats. Sage latte was nice as well. We got lucky and found a small table to sit and eat at, as the place was packed! They could double the seating and still need more. Glad to see them being successful. The only frustration I had was that they needed to have 2 registered open to take orders. The line went all the way to the back dining room. 1 cashier, 1 barista, but 2 people in the food area standing and talking? Might need to move some folks around to help out when that busy. Still one of our favorite places to grab brunch!
google avatar

Yelp
Met up with a friend for coffee. Ordered a hot honey brown sugar latte, which was both original and tasty. Good menu looks pretty good too, but don't work out due to time of day. Service was quick and friendly. They answered all my questions quickly and nicely! This was a good place to sit and talk. It was not too loud or crazy! Def will come back for food and more coffee. Also there is parking in the back, which I wish I had known about! Will do too next time!
google avatar

Alonzo A.

Yelp
Had a great iced coffee here this weekend. Line moves a little slow as there was 1 barista and 1 person taking orders. They also have a robust food selection. I had a oatmeal and chocolate chip cookie. Massive and delicious. Worth every single penny! Cool shop to walk around with cool food items. Quite a bit of seating in the back as well. Would definitely return.
google avatar

Yelp
This place isn't bad in terms of food and drink, pricey but not bad. However, I absolutely cannot stand that they are grilling and cooking food in the open without ANY proper hood ventilation. This means you will a) be breathing in all the smoke lingering in the air while you're inside, and b) stink of this place regardless of how long you're inside. Highly recommend they install a large hood fan for proper ventilation. It's really unpleasant and I feel bad for the employees who have to soak in that environment for hours on end.

Yelp
The Annex is a combination market/cafe/bakery/coffee shop that was very busy on the Saturday afternoon I visited, if it hadn't been a cold January day I would have sat on their covered patio out back. But I found a spot inside and the ambient noise was so loud, they could do with some white noise overhead or sound absorbing material on the walls and ceiling. The iced latte and selection of macarons I picked up were good, but hanging out there to enjoy them was not enjoyable due to the noise level.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
I was with 2 other people and we walked over to The Annex for ice cream after dinner at The Frisco. We ordered 1 scoop on a sugar cone, 1 scoop on a dipped cone, and a 2 scoop sundae. I also got 1 bag of the $4 candy up front. This was $30 before tip. The ice cream was fine but not extraordinary. It's not even the best place in Webster for ice cream. I enjoyed looking at the products for sale in the shop as I have never been here before. All in all this was fine but I can't say I'd return.
google avatar

Frances S.

Yelp
We came here twice for a little pick-me-up and I got their flat white. Their beans are definitely on the more acidic side so it didn't fit my particular espresso palette. However, they made it just the way I liked it, good espresso ratio. Very strong espresso! I made the mistake of having it too late in the day and it kept me up at night! But all in all, very cute coffee shop with speciality foods. We didn't get a chance to try their foods, but everything looked pretty good. If we ever returned to this neighborhood, we would come back for sure! It would be nice if they offered other espresso beans for their drinks -- would definitely try it!

Yelp
The Annex Coffee and Foods is an absolute gem. Located in Webster Grove off Big Bend Road, the Annex serves as more than just a coffee shop: It is also a restaurant, bakery, market with local foods, ice cream parlor, and candy shop. I was shocked to see everything that the Annex offered when I first stopped inside. While spending a morning here, I shopped around the market section and picked out a fresh garden salsa ($9.99) and cherry habanero jam ($9). Both were tasty, fresh, and possessed lively flavors. I also ordered an iced americano with cream ($4.50) to sip on. The drink was balanced but the espresso was a bit bitter when comparing it to other americanos I have drunk in the past--I am not sure I would order it again. However, the coffee and lattes I have tried in the past were all quality drinks. If I return, I will definitely be trying a menu food item. Seeing each order come out while waiting to checkout, made me regret not coming with an appetite! Their menu includes a variety of breakfast and lunch foods, such as croissants, quiches, sandwiches, wraps, toasts, and burritos. All of their foods boast fresh, quality ingredients. In addition, I would love to try one of their macaroons. They looked vibrant in the glass display, and the flavor selection was diverse. The market and checkout area is bustling, and the line can get quite long. However, it does move fast. Moreover, there is seating in the back area that remains a calm environment to get work done. In terms of service, my experiences have been average. The shop is very busy, so I understand the workers are likely overwhelmed. I have never had a poor experience with a member of their team but I have not had an overly positive experience either. The Annex Food and Coffee truly is a one-of-a-kind shop in the St. Louis area. If you do try it out, make sure you come with an appetite big enough for coffee, food, and dessert!

Met a friend. Impressive place. Lots of unique food items. I had chai tea and it was super.

Yelp
Such a wonderful spot to grab a bite to eat or to grab some groceries/snack items for a night in. I loved the store section where they had so many unique items to choose from. I saw some of the best crackers, cheeses, nuts, honey, jams, chocolates, etc. that I can use when I make my next charcuterie board. I loved how they had lots of local items to choose from as well as some other items that are more nationally known. When I visited, I was just looking to grab a snack and a drink. I was so happy to see their seasonal items because anytime I see Ube on the menu, I must order it. The line to order form the pastry was not too long when my friend and I got in line, but within a few minutes, the line was much longer. I appreciated how they have a counter for pastry/coffee items and then other counter to order sandwiches/salads from. Their lunch menu looked so good but I had already eaten at that time of the day, so I just wanted a sweet treat! The girls working Behind the counter were so friendly and offered recommendations when I asked for a few. I was just really excited to try the Ube Jasmine Tea and the Ube cookie. They went perfectly together! The Annex does have some seating available to eat inside and some patio type seating in the back and they have 1-2 tables on the sidewalk out front. The parking lot behind the Annex is convenient and you can enter in through the back door rather than walking around to the front. I cannot wait to go back soon for lunch and to pick up some snacks for a picnic!

Yelp
If you have not tried The Annex in Webster Groves then you're missing out! Try out this super cute tea & coffee spot. This cafe offers more than just tea & coffee, you can find a cocktail menu, small bakery bites, whole cheesecake bites & the besttttt looking macaroons! I found also a cold food section where you can grab something on the go! I ordered the Black - Hugo Grey tea, it came out piping hot & super quick also! It was delicious I loved it. Right now they offer a winter coffee menu & I definitely regret not ordering someone off that menu. To order, you go up to the counter, put your order in & they give you a buzzer. When your order is ready your buzzer will go off & you grab your food & or drink! Check this cute cafe out! You will not regret.

Yelp
Half Pint at the Annex An old-fashioned ice cream shop and candy store has moved into Webster Groves, and it's giving major motion picture vintage vibes! Vibrantly colored candy pops against white walls and a rich variety of Ronnie's Ice Cream fills the display case. A tasty little fun fact? I knew Ronnie's Ice Cream was local to STL (40 years strong), but what I didn't know is it's crafted in Crestwood! Half Pint has its own street entrance, but it can also be accessed from inside The Annex. Oh, and if you ever wake up craving ice cream for breakfast, just know this: Half Pint's door opens daily at 7:00 am!

Yelp
Absolutely obsessed, enamored & riveted by The Annex Coffee Shop in Webster Groves! From the locally roasted coffee to the creative cocktails (I got the Hot Toddy) and The cozy atmosphere, heated patio, and the convenience of shopping for specialty foods make it a perfect all-in-one spot. Girls coffee date! Loved it!
google avatar

Josephine C.

Yelp
A quaint shop located in the Webster Groves area. They have tons of local goodies that you can browse through and if you get your coffee to go, there's several cute boutiques you can peruse along the same strip. When I went it was very busy, but not an unbearable wait. Their breakfast burrito was tasty and I enjoyed their coffee as well. They have seating in the back of the store and there's a decent amount unless you come in when they're very busy. Not a bad spot for breakfast! It was a little noisy with how many people were there, but not too bad.
google avatar

Mary Z.

Yelp
The Annex Coffee and Foods has a really unique vibe with all their packaged goods spread throughout the store. There's more seating than it looks from outside and they have a great outdoor patio space. I got the Gravlox Toast and a 8 oz. seasonal Maple Cinnamon Latte. I thought the toast was delicious while the latte was average and on the pricier side. The store is little chaotic with three different counter areas and with people browsing the packaged goods, but the service was very friendly and efficient. It's a great location in Webster Groves and I'd recommend anyone considering to stop by!
google avatar

Natalya R.

Yelp
I came here by chance while in the area and was looking for a coffee shop with a great ambiance. This place checked off all my favorite things about a coffee shop. It has a coffee area, desserts, a store, and a seating area for enjoying meals ordered from the shop. I ordered my regular iced coffee with a blueberry cheesecake (I highly recommend trying this dessert; it was so, so tasty!).
google avatar

Angelina L.

Yelp
I am obsessed with the Annex Coffee and Foods! They have so much to offer. From coffee drinks with an amazing menu, cocktails, food, desserts and tons of products like house made mustard, unique pasta sauces, chocolate bars and SO much more. We stopped in to get a pre dinner cocktail and we ordered the mimosa and the espresso martini. The martini was super unique with brown sugar and cinnamon syrup. It was like fall in a glass. I love the ambiance of the whole place. There is tons of seating inside and out.
google avatar

Paige C.

Yelp
Absolutely love The Annex for so many different reasons. Great spot for a quick coffee and snack or hanging out for a light lunch. I love them most for their unique selection of goods and foods, an easy go to if needing a fun gift for someone or just wanting to indulge in something fun for yourself. Workers are always nice and the inside has a chic, vintage vibe. Love it here!
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Super friendly baristas helped me find the perfect drink, and the whole place has the cutest vibe. Their seasonal Ube tea tastes just like fruit loops haha, so good. I showed up too late to order hot food, but I grabbed a premade caesar wrap and it was delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back and checking out more from their menu and also shopping around a bit.
google avatar

Lucy W.

Yelp
I tried the annex recently and picked up drinks for myself, my boyfriend, and my bff. We loved all of our drinks. I am planning on going back to try their matcha which for me is the true test. The service was great, there was quite a line but they were getting everybody through it fast. Also, very nice place if you want to shop around a little bit. They have a section of local snacks and other stuff.
google avatar

Jodi R.

Yelp
I am OBSESSED! This BLT is so good... to be honest the amount of bacon and the flavor reminded me of crown candy, just not as overwhelming. The coffee is great too. The shopping around is my favorite part, they have such fun items and it's so easy to end up spending a lot of money. Everyone we've ever encountered there is great, the first time we went they walked us through the menu. Service 10/10, food 10/10!
google avatar

Zhaoyi L.

Yelp
It's a nice and cozy coffee shop in Webster Groves. The two public parking lots nearby make the parking super easy. In addition to coffee and tea, they offer bakeries, breakfast/brunch items, cocktails, and even candies and ice cream. You can get everything you can think of at the Annex. I had a chicken burrito and liked it a lot. I would come back and try other items on their menu!
google avatar

Armond W.

Yelp
I love the annex it's a great place for me to go and just exist. The baristas are nice. The pastries are great. In this occasion I had a chocolate brownie that was just a little too rich but still good. The atmosphere is just right for me to be productive.
google avatar

Yelp
I will be back. I stopped in one morning when I had some time to kill before work and I am so happy I stopped by. This place is super cute and had good food as well as drinks. I got the match latte to drink and a breakfast burrito. The matcha was very good and I love the little design on top. The breakfast burrito was stuffed. It was flavorful and had a great dipping sauce. I also enjoyed while I waited for my food the shop area. I was able to walk around and look at the various local food and drink items! The seated area is also cute and I will have to come back with some friends. I also saw they have some cocktails and they sounds good so I'll have to try those too.
google avatar

Ellie S.

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick coffee and a sweet treat. There are tons of local and small business treats & food items. We opted for the espresso honey caramels and, boy, did they take us on a journey. Sweet, rich, and healthy! Our coffees were perfect. And I'm not just saying that. I'm incredible picky about my iced coffee, and the blend they use is delightful. The flavors were perfectly blended with their house made syrups. I will definitely be back this summer!
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
Super cute place in the middle of St Louis (or well, the outskirts). This place spans three separate shopfronts, and you're bound to find SOMETHING you'll love. Ice cream, coffee, tea, gourmet deli -- it's all here, a hidden oasis set into the burbs and strip malls of middle America. The staff were all pleasant and kind, and the pastries were terrific. This is a great people watching place.
google avatar

Ang B.

Yelp
Great espresso, the service was great as well. What shines here is the myriad of to go foods, imported and local foods, and other goodies. I took away several ideas for Christmas gifts, for sure. You could tell this is a popular local spot with a good amount of seating in the back and outside. Very chill environment.
google avatar

Christina Z.

Yelp
Great spot to study/work and eat with friends or alone!! Cute space with indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good and burrito flavorful. They had a great system to let you know your food was ready even if you were outisde
google avatar

Yelp
The concept is cool and is unique for STL. Their food is decent at best and overpriced. I could make the wrap better at home to be honest.
google avatar

Allison W.

Yelp
I always recommend the annex to friends! It just isn't really built for the long lines they always have on the weekend (well deserved, just cramped and feel like you're in the way of people shopping in the retail area). Plenty of parking in the lot behind them. I love their lattes and the Caesar wrap! Did not love the "ham jam" but they have so much more to try. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Came in for lunch yesterday - ordered the ham and jam after reading rave reviews. Was delicious, after requesting forgotten arugula (man behind the counter was super nice and apologetic about it). Vibe is nice but seating is limited in cold months. Wish that if you ordered to eat there they served the food on plates vs in to go containers. Will be back for sure though, they have so many delicious sounding breakfast and lunch options. If you're in need of a gift or specialty item to treat yourself, they have a vast selection of local goods to shop. We couldn't resist walking out without some brats and salad dressing we spied while waiting on our food.
google avatar

Lexi M.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time. I was out shopping with friends and was craving a quick bite and a nice tea or coffee so we popped in here. They had an amazing menu for food and drinks and the staff had great recommendations! They have such an array of great foods in their market section and I can't wait to come back to shop. They have a great back room to sit and eat or work. This is such a great spot and I can't wait to come back to try their food menu!
google avatar

Cassie K.

Yelp
Such a cute coffee shop full of personality right in the heart of Webster! My friends and I came here for some coffee and since it was a Saturday morning there was a pretty long line. I would say the line did move pretty quickly which was nice! They also have a cute little shop that you can peruse while you wait in line and while you wait for your order. There is limited seating inside but they have a good size patio outside with heaters that we chose to sit at. I ordered the toasted salted pecan latte and oh my goodness it was SO good! It was a seasonal special so had to try it while they had it, and I am so happy I did. I also ordered the Gravlox toast and it was so fresh tasting and so filling. I could not finish it but was so happy I ordered it. I will definitely be back to try a number of different things on their menu!
google avatar

Austin S.

Yelp
The Annex was awesome. Such a fun concept with a bustling, vibrant atmosphere. It is basically a 4 in 1 stop shop: coffee, deli, market, candy/ice cream shop. Perusing the market was a dream. The single aisle is inundated with local treats that pack tons of flavor. You'll find barrel aged maple syrup, cherry jalapeño jam, chili oils, and much more. We stocked up on the cherry jalapeño jam, and some black bean salsa. The jam is incredible. They gave out sample of their fig bars which were superb. It was if a fig newton and fig flavored pop tart had a homemade, flaky baby. The line for coffee was long, but worth the wait. A simple Americano got the trick done for us. And, they had a nice selection of homemade syrups. The dessert counter was beautiful. The aesthetic felt like both minimalistic, and Wonka-esque--a tough balance to harness. I am yearning to get back for some sweets. Lastly, the sandwich counter smelled divine. A never ending barrage of sandwiches were hitting the grill to serve up to anticipatory patrons. I wish I was one. They looked amazing, and all on freshly baked bread, too! The Annex is certainly a spot to consider for a Saturday morning stroll, coffee date, or pit stop before dinner for some last minute ingredients!

Gail P.

Yelp
Im not a fan of their coffee, I think it'is bitter. Plus, it can be very crowded with young children. That's great, just not my vibe anymore.
google avatar

Lauren S.

Yelp
Coffee service has declined and is subpar compared to other local shops. Food to order is always great. Unique shopping gifts in the store.
google avatar

Michaela E.

Yelp
I met a friend here one Sunday and we sat on their back patio for hours! It is a great place to sit and work or meet friends to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, sandwich, or breakfast item! They have so much seating on the inside and outside you should be able to find a spot when it's busy! They also have a lot of different grab and go items which are nice when they're busy. In addition to having coffee, breakfast, and lunch here I also purchased coffee grounds from one of my favorite coffee shops!

Yelp
My quiche Florentine had very little spinach and no seasoning.I also ordered a cappuccino and it was Luke warm. Your order is handed to you in a paper box with plastic utensils. You place your order at a counter and are asked to tip on top of it. This will not be my go to spot for lunch again.

Yelp
100% one of my favorite spots in STL. It combines a lot of things I love: great coffee (from Blueprint ), cocktails, specialty grocery items (a lot of them local), and delicious food. I always order a ham and jam sandwich. They use their locally made jam that you can actually buy off their shelves, delicious ham, and melty brie. It never disappoints. They rotate their grocery selection every so often and currently have a lot of valentines items out on display. The staff are so kind and helpful. You can tell they are passionate about their job and enjoy working there.

Yelp
I like this place. It's a charming coffee house, bakery, and old time store, all in one, with specialty food items. The espresso was solid and the seating areas are nice, somewhat hidden towards the back of the store. I worked there for a few hours and I smelled good when I left.
