😊: The statf were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was all good. It's also located nearby other establishment which is nice in terms of accessibility.. 😢: The bathroom was my only gripe during our stay. It only had one toilet paper and the shower was faulty..

I booked a budget room for one night. The staff are top notch at the hotel. The room is small and the bathroom needs an upgrade as the faucets are old and in bad shape. Floors could have been cleaner. There was no coffee maker in the room.

Affordable price and location is near the port for people travelling to Siargao. Front desk was also nice and helpful. Although, it gets noisy during nighttime when people in the hallway are rowdy.

Very affordable, you get what you pay for. Location is near Surigao Port. They let you park in the Hotel Tavern Main, across the road.

"It was my first time staying in a hotel. I checked in around 11 pm, or almost midnight. It was an emergency situation because I got locked out of my boarding house, so I had to find a hotel. Luckily, I found Annex Hotel, which had a room available at that time." "However, I experienced some issues during my stay at Annex Hotel. The free WiFi would disconnect for a minute, then reconnect, only to disconnect again after another minute. I also encountered a similar issue with the air conditioning. The TV in my room didn't require a remote, as the one provided was broken. Fortunately, there were buttons on the TV itself that I could use. Additionally, the elevator to the fourth floor was out of order, as informed by the front desk. Despite these issues, I still chose to stay due to the emergency situation. Overall, I was pleased with my first hotel experience."

Very good hotel ! Excellent service ! Good location. Me and my wife were welcomed by 2 bel boys right on the street level, who took our luggage upstairs into the lobby. We came earlier, before check in, But very friendly reception arranged our room, and within 2 minutes we checked in ! Very fast check in, very positive attitude from reception and staff. Very smiley. Very helpful. In the room= I couldn't find the TV English channels. I called reception. Within one minute came somebody from housekeeping or maintenance, and after additional one minute= it worked ! Excellent service. Very positive attitude. Very friendly. One of the best services I have seen. This hotel is considered 2 stars hotel. But gives service of a 5 stars hotel.for the money you pay= you get full money value ! It's worth it ! I gave this hotel 4 stars in total. ( Although service is 5 stars level ). For anyone who comes to this region= this hotel is very recommended ! I recommend it ! It's full value for your money ! 9 March 2024

I recently stayed at this hotel in Surigao and found it to be decent overall. The double room I booked was priced at a reasonable 23€ (1300 pesos). While the room itself wasn't anything special, with an okay bed and bathroom, I found the lack of natural light due to small windows a bit disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning was only partially functional. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, although I did encounter an issue with the airport transfer they offered, as the van was late and I ended up hitching a ride with other guests.The hotel's location is its strongest point, especially if you're planning to catch a ferry the next day or arriving late in the area. However, considering the price, it falls somewhat in the middle as it doesn't offer complimentary coffee or breakfast. Overall, it's a convenient option for a short stay, but don't expect any frills.
