You can tell this place is old and run down. It definitely isn't taken care of like it should. But the history is amazing and the location downtown is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here even with the room not being in tip top shape. Parking in the garage is waived so you don't have to worry about that. Ideal location for walking to anywhere downtown.

Google
Totally not worth the price tag. ‘Historic’ hotels usually offer art and decor that reflect their history. This place is devoid of charm and just looks run down. The window blinds, bed, and bedding were old, hard, lumpy, and decaying. There were moths in the room. The air conditioning was poor. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong - pleasantly. I had paid extra for a large corner king ADA accessible room for my disabled husband, but they switched us to a very small regular room and instead of a refund for the price difference, they allowed us valet parking for our stay and one morning’s breakfast - not a fair trade. It was very dangerous getting my husband in and out of the tub. They had another even smaller room with even worse air conditioning that they offered on the second day that had a grab bar in the tub, but my husband was so exhausted from lack of sleep that he didn’t want to bother moving rooms. The valet service was prompt, polite, friendly, and helpful getting us in and out of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Antlers. The view was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The wood-fired pizza at Duca's in the hotel was fabulous! I ate there for lunch and dinner the day I stayed and ate the same pizza both times because it was so great. The full-size Starbucks in the lobby was awesome. The hotel location is great, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within walking distance. The parking was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Google
Beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Very clean and the priced just right. Located downtown, so parking is a challenge if you drive a truck. Ours was too tall to fit in their garage so we had to utilize parking nearby. Staff was very friendly. They have a restaurant on site so they don't offer free breakfast. The mountain view was fantastic.

We got a corner room with a view of the mountains. Gorgeous! The bed is comfortable and the towels and toiletries are high quality. The indoor and outdoor pools are excellent. The fitness center is great, it just needs a rowing machine. The arcade games are fun too.

Google
Stayed here for a conference. The hotel itself is great. Staff are great. The room itself is great. But the noise level is so high I couldn’t sleep. There was prom going on the nights I stayed there and it was like the other guests that were in the hall were in my room with me. Even when they were talking normally and just walking down the hall. The door blocked zero noise. And the ice maker could be heard through the walls. Even the non prom guests who weren’t particularly loud could be heard easily in the room. But the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well maintained. Bed was great. It’s within easy walking distance of any fabulous restaurants..

Google
I love staying at this historic hotel, it is quaint & has charm not often found in big chain hotels. Yes the elevators are slow, but what a great way to make friends. Some of the facilities could us a little updating, however the front desk staff is very friendly & accommodating. We attend a large convention here & the food is very good & served with flair & elegance. Take time to enjoy the photos in your room, around the hotel & the history of some of suite names and such.

This hotel is so beautiful. Amazing service from All staff. I would like to especially thank the front desk representatives who greeted me and checked me in. Nadine and Aileen thank you guys. Aileen and Nadine have such a warm and friendly personality which made it easy and comfortable checking in. Mr Paul, you are so pleasant and greeted me with a smile every morning I came down for breakfast. Thank you for helping me with my meal choices. Thank you Paul . My stay at the Antlers Hotel was calm and so relaxing. I got a restful night sleep every night.❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️

Yelp
Our bellhop Christian was outstanding. The hotel was comfortable and well-located. The dog park behind the hotel is a nice convenience.

Yelp
We came here for a girls/kids weekend a few months ago. The price was right and location seemed perfect. Pros: parking on site, rooms were nice enough, location is central, indoor pool was fun for the kids, free arcade, onsite restaurant was so convenient Cons: only validated parking - should be free for hotel guests, the hot tub was broken and we were not told until arriving, the pool was way too cold for us adults, and the worst thing that I can say is that when my young son and I were in the arcade after dinner a homeless person somehow got into the key entry arcade room by following somebody else in. He completely creeped us out so badly that we left the arcade and called security. This should NEVER happen at a hotel as a paying guest. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I'm not sure I would returned based on our experience but I bet with a working hot tub and warmer pool it would be better. Security needs to be improved.

Yelp
Hits most of the marks for a nice upscale hotel. Misses on some smaller things like good air conditioning (ran 24/7 for 3 days and never really got cool) bed size (actually had a tape measure in my bag and what they call--and charge extra for--a "king size" is just an inch bigger than a queen). Not critical to the stay but is a room really complete when you leave the attachment hooks for the art on the wall (and no art)? People were nice and check in was quick and parking was convenient and the bar was swanky and enjoyable.

Yelp
Please improve security!!! We had a bike stolen off of our vehicle while it was parked 15 feet in front of the front door, directly in front of the valet stand. The manager fabricated a story about how they gave us an option to put them inside that we refused. They were out 'adjusting' the cameras right after the incident telling me they are selling a security service that they are not set up to provide. Arrron Duff, the general manager, told me he would get with me in a week with a fair resolution. After not contacting me in the promised week, I emailed again and was offered 1/4 of what it would cost to replace the bike that was STOLEN FROM THEIR VALET. Very disappointed in how this was all handled. Not to mention, there are homeless people surrounding the hotel, inside the parking garage, in the dog park, on the front lawn.... I felt safer in East LA!

T S.

Yelp
Just checking out front desk staff rude!!! During my stay had to ask multiple time for my room to be cleaned and still was not . Others had mentioned they found bed bugs .

Yelp
I had a great stay at The Antlers! I was here for just under a week for a work trip nearby. Everyone I spoke to at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. After checking out I noticed a mistake on my bill, and the lady on the phone was very nice and apologetic. She fixed it immediately, which I really appreciated! The lobby is beautiful and was decorated so nicely for Christmas! I love the restaurant options in the hotel for the convenience, but unfortunately did not get to try any of them. The bar has a nice selection too. Starbucks in the lobby is also extremely convenient in the morning! The hotel is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, in addition to everything else in Downtown Colorado Springs, so you will not be bored! Parking is convenient and is $17/day through the hotel, which is much cheaper than paying for the garage on it's own. There is an elevator right from the garage to the rooms, which is nice when you have a lot of bags to carry in. My room was very clean, and I was very happy that they gave me a high floor for my mountain view room- it really was a beautiful view. The room didn't have a microwave, but I ended up not needing it anyway so it didn't bother me. The heating unit was a little noisy when it would come on, but I'm not bothered to much by sound so again it wasn't a bother! I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely stay again if work brings me back to Colorado Springs!

Yelp
Hotel is nice but the ladies working the front desk are horrible. I don't think they should be in this business.

Yelp
We got in on the valentines dinner at Sportivo and absolutely loved it. Even though a restaurant is more then just the flavor of the food, the Antlers excelled at both. The avocado appetizer was an amazing start to our dinner. 1/2 avocado each, stuffed with crabmeat and a salsa and served with an incredible spicy aioli. I wanted to lick the plate! The Boston Bibb lettuce was fresh in the second course and served with perfect berries that tasted freshly picked, and walnut 1/4s on a salad you dress yourself. It's wonderful having fresh lettuce in a salad served at a restaurant. It was crispy and had no brown edges. I had the salmon for my main meal and it was hot with a tamarind glacé. The best salmon I've ever tasted! The sides were broccolini, carrots, and scalloped potatoes. Yum! Cleaned my plate. The potatoes weren't swimming in milk and had a cheddar crust on them. They were so much better then Mom's. My husband said the filet was very flavorful but a bit chewy. Dessert was strawberry shortcake and it was a fantastic end to a perfect dinner. It came with 2 chocolate dipped strawberries that were heavenly. The cake had three layers with layers of cream and a strawberry flavored mix in the middle. Not only was the food high quality but the service was exemplary. We are definitely coming back!

Yelp
My husband I have stayed here a couple times while visiting Colorado Springs, and the main reason we go back is because of the location. The Antlers is within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and points of interest. You can spend an entire day walking around downtown and never be too far from where you started. The hotel also offers a spacious lobby, beautiful lobby bar, two restaurants and two coffee shops (Humble and Starbucks). There is also a gift shop located near the main desk, however it was closed our entire four day stay. The attached parking is convenient, however came with some challenges. Signage could be a little bit better, and one day during our stay it took my husband over an hour to get out of the structure because there was a problem with the ticket reader. The rooms are fairly small here, as are the bathrooms, but there's just enough room if you are passing through. We asked for a mountain view room, and it was awesome to wake up every morning with the mountains in the background. Rooms also come with bottled water and coffee/tea service, however our creamers curdled once in our coffee. Great location, reasonably priced, comfy beds and friendly front desk staff make Antlers worth a try.

Derrick G.

Yelp
This is an exquisite hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. The hotel has an amazing view of the downtown area and the Olympic committee building. I recommend this hotel if you're visiting Colorado Springs, with many attractions and dining options within walking distance.

Tammy M.

Yelp
The Hotel is centrally located for events, restaurants and Downtown Colorado Springs. It offers a Sports Bar, Breakfast & Night Bar. It's also dog friendly. Beds are comfy, amenities include a Keurig, refrigerator & safe. Rooms could use a little Love.. Would definitely stay again, but in a Suite. The Noon check out time is a bonus. Recommend Self Parking. They'll reimburse you..

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Antlers Hotel in Colorado Springs. The hotel was ok but one staff member in particular was horrible, "Ashley " (she said she was the manager on duty) was very cold and combative, she explained this by saying, "I'm very direct and to the point and some people don't like that". She refused to listen and continued to talk over me and cut me off when I brought up the issue of being overcharged. It was a struggle to even get her to look it up and not sure she even did. I kept trying to verify which credit card was charged and why, but she kept calling me rude and rolling her eyes when I asked any questions. I called to Expedia myself to confirm that my stay was pre-paid for in full and once I verified that, I presented her with the confirmation. She said if I was going to be "rude" she was not going to help me and finally, reluctantly issued a refund that I still haven't received and said "have a great day" and walked off. I would like someone from your customer service department to contact me in regard to this issue. Ashley definitely needs some training in the customer service side and how to represent your company. Thank you, John Vandepas

Yelp
Great location and the staff were all very nice & helpful. Historic building but in desperate need of renovations. The rooms were very run down, even the lobby furniture that greets guests upon arrival is old and dowdy. We would not choose to stay here again due to the rooms being in such poor condition.

Yelp
Well this is a heart breaking review that I was hoping to not have to give, but now I have to. Hotel Stayers Beware of The Antlers of Colorado springs formerly known as the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs. My Partner and I on our first stop of our trip of travel was a nights stay in the supposed 4 star The antlers with confusing parking at the cost of 17.00 a day when staying even if it has not been 24 hrs. in the parking garage. We got a "Executive king suite with Mountain views" with points use from my travel with American Airlines. When we first got in the room 427 it had quite a musky smell which whipped into our noses as soon as the door was opened. I understand that the hotel is form the 70's but there are some huge major flaws that need to be addressed. When we got into the room I typically do an inspection check of the room to make sure its clean and safe, but this is when it started to fall short of the expectations that I had set out for our stay. The windows had pealing sealant with a bit of mold growth in the pained glass, one of the closet doors was loose, there was white stains in the window seal close to the closet as you enter the room, The coffee bar had not been cleaned at all could still see the markings of something white on there (Picture will be posted). The doors and walls in the rooms are destroyed with marks and dings which make it seems like the hotel staff does not care how the rooms are cleaned and how the first impression matters the the hotel guests. While we continue on with this the bathrooms are a different story at first we saw that the pictures online had amazing rooms with bathrooms it was a lie holes in the bathtub, ceiling falling apart in both bathrooms and living quarters, Piping needs to be reworked also had a smell of gas. The water sprinklers in both bathrooms have rust growing on them quite a red flag there. God forbit something was to happen in the rooms. Shower heads in both bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned coming in with a health kit it showed that there was 879 bacteria live on just the shower heads. That tells me nothing is being cleaned. The wall in the 2nd bathroom had a green spot on the wall god forbid someone touches that with a 10 ft pole. Light bulbs where out in 2 rooms while we where staying that. In one of the pictures you can see the piping of the shower from in the bathroom. The main bathroom of the hotel in our room number 427 there was something that was quite unsettling which made my partner feel unsafe as well as myself which was the dried up blood on the shower curtains. Do keep in mind that even dried up blood can cause blood borne illness pathogen. We also felt and eerie presences being in that room after seeing that the blood was still there dried up honestly it still looked freshly dried up. They did move us to another room but didn't make us feel any better about our stay with them. They call this a 4 star hotel this stay to me is a 1.5 star hotel. I would rather stay in the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Boulder-Louisville They say they are a 2 star but I would give it a 3.5 star since at least there I feel comfortable using the shower and walking around on the floor without shoes. The only safe thing about room 427 was The Holy Bible that's the only thing I felt safe touching.

Yelp
The Hotel front desk did not honor the Customer service reservation made a couple of days ago for the Knights of Columbus Convention. They did not allow my son to use my credit card already on file with my email address for confirmation of the reservation, emergency and/or incidentals should something arise without him physically having to credit card, though the customer service already made and confirmed the reservation. The head of the Knights of Columbus was able to get the Knights of Columbus group rate for my son and the front desk credited my credit card account for the difference. So, the front desk could accommodate some things, but not others. They did not communicate with customer service. They did not provide a manager for me to discuss this situation with them either. The front desk staff had no customer service and spoke very rudely to me over the phone. She did not accommodate me or my son. I gave him permission to use my credit card because I did not want him to bring my credit card with him to avoid it possibly getting lost or stolen. The front desk staff did not help and spoke very rudely to me and my son. They miscommunication and did not honor the original reservation and agreement. They were incredibly rude. We will NOT stay with the Wyndham hotels ever again. We will continue to use/stay with Marriott. Please rectify the front desk personnel.

Yelp
Pros: Great view of Pike's Peak from our Mountainview Room Cons: Barking dog in adjacent Mountainview room woke us up @ 4 am, 5 am, 6 am, 7 am. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in Mountainview rooms per Antler's website. Had really hoped to sleep in since only got a couple hours sleep the night before. Hot tub was COLD. Restaurant only offered buffet but advertised other options. Rude clerk at check in wouldn't or couldn't answer questions & provide info. Supposedly she was let go due to other guest complaints. Advertised on Expedia as a '4 Star' facility and I would dispute that claim. It wants to be better but needs lots of help to get there.

Yelp
Booked a room for a night while my wife was at a work conference at the library next door. The check in was easy (booked through Expedia) and we were given two keys. I chose a StayWell room as it has additional features to make the stay more enjoyable. The StayWell mattress is made of memory foam and utilizes plant extracts in the making of it. It was very comfortable and clean. The air purification machine is nice as you can adjust it and it has a mood light (blue) if desired. The aromatherapy machine was nice as it infuses scent into the room and can be adjusted to be in intervals, on continuously and at different levels. A dawn simulator alarm brightens as you get to the desired wake up time. It does get bright. If we had closed the window shades entirely it may have been more effective. The shower has a Stay Well Shower Infuser, which removes chlorine They do have a pool, hot tub and fitness room that we did not use as our stay was only one night. The Antlers has easy parking in the garage underneath ($17/day/vehicle with unlimited in and out privileges)

Yelp
Let me tell ya, Blake the Bartender, he's awesome. My room... a little sweaty because the ac doesn't work that well, but Blake makes me forget that my room is the equivalent to a middle eastern country in August. Blake, though, he'll hydrate you when you dump about 5lbs of sweat during the night.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Such a gorgeous decorated hotel for the holidays and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! I had a very odd request and they even took the time to have someone from a different department come help me out. 10/10 will recommend to anyone I know coming into town!

Thomas L.

Yelp
Power tip: stayed here for a conference. Room looks tired, and the coat closet had a weird smell. Bathroom was updated and fine. Toilet sounds like a jet taking off upon flushing. Can hear neighbors using shower and toilet. Gym is serviceable but wish the monitors on the ellipticals work, or the Samsung TV adjacent to them for that matter. Essentially unlimited bottled water upon request is nice.

Flick M.

Yelp
A wonderful hotel with great service and I was very happy with everything they provided. Clean Room and great staff.

Louise M.

Yelp
Blake was great tending the bar. My Mountain Thyme was so great I ordered 2!

Yelp
ATTENTION. DON'T DO IT! This place is NOT as advertised!!! Not a safe place to stay!! Obviously no maid QA!!! Wyndham property???? If a major hotel chain like Wyndham is advertising they have put extra cleaning measures in place and have escalated cleaning and disinfecting procedures so that to keep its customers safe just imaging what lower rated hotel chains must be doing as compared to the attached pictures! We checked in to Wyndham hoping they would be safe to stay during the Pandemic but we were SO WRONG! Plastic bag over the fire/smoke detector, wires hanging out of the wall, and all the soap dispensers in the shower were dirty and EMPTY! And carpet smelled like dog urine!! The hotel management refused to refund our money even after showing them all that was disgustingly wrong and not clean! We found another hotel nearby for less money and SO SO SO MUCH CLEANER and safe! We obviously didn't stay!! IF A MAJOR HOTEL CHAIN MISSES REALLY OBVIOUS THINGS LIKE THE ITEMS IVE DOCUMENTED JUST IMAGINE HOW THEY TAKE THAT EXTRA STEP AS IT PERTAINS ALL THAT EXTRA ATTENTION TO DETAIL DURING THEIR CLEANING EXTRA GOOD TO KILL COVID-19. I would think the maid CHECKLIST would include things like smoke detectors with plastic bags over them and soap dispensers empty; no? This is pathetic. Called the front desk and spoke with Cassandra who advised they are sorry and will refund out parking, which is $20 per day that they don't tell you!! SMH. This place at best is a 2 star, how it is rated higher than that is based on buying review scores!!

Andre T.

Yelp
I only recommend this hotel due to the views one can enjoy every time a window is opened. Stunning views in the middle of downtown CO Springs. Recently did a staycation here and it was just ok. Upon entering the building it has a dark mysterious look to it. The staff was very helpful, but we needed a valet to come down and let us out of the parking garage (fee for parking in the garage/use of valet). As a former hotel employee we had a "ticketing" system and found that to be the bane of a valet's existence since it worked about 65% of the time. The building is dated. Looks like a perfect place to film a horror movie. It was great telling my nieces and nephews ghosts stories and running down the hallway like someone was trying to kill me. The room was an executive corner mountain view king with pullout bed. Let me tell you the views are astonishing (great for INSTAGRAM photos). The sofa is huge; pullout bed a regular queen and super uncomfortable. The rooms (living/bed) are separated by a door. I was super surprised to come face to face with a wall of wood (70s). The bathrooms ( 2 bath ) were tiny! I'm not a big person and I felt like a giant. Exposed piping was a big turn off. The shower curtain in the standup shower just helped water go everywhere it didn't need to be. But the water pressure is supreme. Amenities were...anti-climatic. The pool felt like swimming in a plastic Tupperware. The "arcade" had...two machines working. The pool tables had old equipment and balls. Overall, there's so much empty space. So many opportunities to grow. Pros: Downton; easy access to all the foods and sites. Cons: 1970s interior with horror themed hallways.

Kathleen N.

Yelp
Things started out all right, check in was fine. Once we came to our room and try to take a shower the water was scalding hot no matter if you had it turned to cold or hot. We tried to switch rooms which took quite some time. The second room they suggested only had cold water. All of this happened at 11:00 p.m. at night. Not a good situation. We finally ended up at a room that had cold and warm water. The rooms are not at all as they look in the pictures online. They're very old and dated. The staff is very good but the rooms need an update and it is awful to find out that you can't even take a shower in your room. We were coming downstairs to switch rooms because they couldn't bring your key up to us we were also in the elevator with someone else that was switching rooms. At 11:00 at night. Not good

Stephanie K.

Yelp
The front desk workers were very nice at check in. The room is large and has everything you need. The decor in the room is somewhat dark. The location is right downtown with access to many restaurants. The bed is comfortable. My only struggle was that I could not get my room as cold as I would have liked.

Phil G.

Yelp
This is my second time staying at Antlers. This time I am on the 8th floor facing the mountains. What a fantastic view! I think this is a very nice hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The bed, pillows, and bedding are soft and comfortable. The carpet is soft and pleasant to walk on without shoes. The bathroom is roomy enough with a large sink counter, fantastic water pressure, and nice towels. The decor is also nice with wood paneling on one wall and around the large window. In the lobby, there is a nice breakfast room with a very good buffet or you can order just what you want. There is also a new bar next to it, plus another restaurant, Duca's, with a nice bar down the hall just past the gift shop. Another nice amenity is it's location. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns are within a half mile walking distance. In my opinion, this place can't be beat!

Eric R.

Yelp
I booked this hotel primarily due to the location to downtown and it ended up being great for walking into town for dinner and shops. When we checked in, everything was closed down (bar, hotel shop, Starbucks, etc). The room was nothing I would expect from a Wyndham name, especially for the price. The door to the bathroom was blocked from fully opening due to the toilet being in the way. AC was very loud and they put us in a room that faced a giant mechanical structure outside. I asked to be moved the next day to the highest floor and it was an improvement on the AC noise, bathroom, and view of the mountains. Still, this hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Very worn. Paint peeling, etc. Parking is kind of a hassle because every time you leave you have to validate parking at the front desk before driving out of the catacomb parking garage, which of course is $14 a day. Unless they upgrade this hotel I'll look for other options on my next trip to CO Springs.

Yelp
We checked in in the evening after arriving to town and made mention to the front desk agent about wanting a bathtub for my wife to enjoy before some medical procedures we were in town for. The agent was extremely helpful in her description of the room and so we were happy on getting checked in and into the room. The tub was standard sized which isn't ideal for a tall person, but normal for hotels. The hot water being out was not normal and even less than ideal. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we were informed it was a known issue since before our arrival and no expected fix was given. We went out to dinner across the street at a brewery (highly recommend), and upon our return ordered some extra pillows and a luggage rack. 20 minutes went by and we received a call from the front desk saying that "my wife had refused the additional items when delivered"... which considering nobody had knocked was not true. Another 10 minutes went by and the security delivered the items to the right room. When asked about the hot water, he too reitterated that the hot water had been out for awhile and he wasn't sure when it would be fixed and "the room was completely flooded". My wife unfortunately was unable to take a bath through our entire stay afterwards because of the procedure, and so it was something that she was extremely disappointed about. She just wanted to soak and relax before going through the invasive process and was unable to do so. When I took a shower, I also noticed that the vent above the shower was dripping with, what I hope was dust and not insulation, and so you had to stand on oneside or the other of it to avoid it dropping onto you while you showered. Other than that, the floors were clean, housekeeping was efficient, and the location was decent for a stay in town for a few days. The only other comment would be about the lobby bar, watching the staff arrive at 3pm, but refuse to serve until 5pm despite standing around and gossipping with other staff members that entire time. It's not hard to serve a beer to guest, and I watched as the two staff members that set up the bar, turned away multiple customers and told them to go down the hall to the Italian place that wasn't making pizzas. We

Yelp
Hotel is centrally located and rates are very affordable. Its in need of updating but clean. Hotel staff in very friendly.

Karliana S.

Yelp
Yea I didn't even stay here, but you can thank the front desk dude for this review. Don't run a shuttle service at your hotel and then deny people access to your bathroom when the closest one is 2 miles away. The hotel looks nice but I will never be back here again.

Austin W.

Yelp
Stayed here for business. Pretty whelmed. Bad shower set up, not super sound proof. Staff very friendly.

Sean L.

Yelp
Please plan for a long and arduous check-in process. See photos. I will post on the quality of the stay later.

Dion R.

Yelp
I cant believe they charge as much as they do when they have the inside pool under construction and the outside pool only stays open until 8.. what kind of hotel closes their pool at 8?! Was really looking forward to this stay.

Beth P.

Yelp
The Antlers used to be the premier hotel in downtown Colorado Springs but it's in need of an overhaul. The staff and customer service is the only reason I gave them any stars. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is just tired, dated and in need of an overhaul. My room was nice but needed serious maintenance. The shower curtain (pictured) was falling apart, the air duct was full of lint (pictured), when I went to run a shower the bath spout wasn't fully connected to the wall and was stuck so no amount of jiggling or strength could get the shower to run without water coming out of the bath spout. My showers had limited pressure and the tub was half full of water because of it. The sink had no cold water, only hot snd scalding hot. The worst part was the room temp. It was stifling when I arrived and despite setting the AC to the lowest setting I could not get the room to a comfortable temp. I spoke to the front desk and they said they would call maintenance. I never got confirmation that they attempted to fix, looked at or adjusted anything and there was no follow up. I woke up several times due to sweating and was generally uncomfortable in the room. It was unfortunate because I had a great view of pikes peak but didn't want to open the window shades for fear sun would make the room even hotter.

Yelp
My company booked May 25-28 stays at the Antlers hotel for our company retreat. We had 6 rooms and the executive conference room booked for the weekend. During our stay, we experienced no hot water in the showers for 2/3 days. We did in fact let the water run to get hot and it never did. The water also turned cold in the middle of the shower when the water was hot. When engineering was called, he turned on the water and let it run for 1 minute and said it's working now, you just had to wait. Which was done all occasions in 3 rooms and the water did NOT turn hot. He had also stated that it was because a lot of people were taking showers at the same time. Which is not an acceptable statement for a large hotel to not have hot water to accommodate all their rooms. In addition, there was no WiFi in the conference room which where we conducted our business meeting and trainings for 2 days. This was unacceptable we were not made aware at booking and was not able to complete our meeting effectively due to no access to the internet. In addition, on the 2nd day we had reserved and paid for breakfast for the entire team to be set up in the room and there was no breakfast upon arrival. When checking with the front desk, she had no records of our reservations. She was not able to reach banquets and stated to wait since they might be running late. 45 minutes passed and there still was no food for our team as well as no communications as to the status of the food. We had to ask ourselves and was told we should have came back to check. This was poor customer service and lack of organization across the departments for not having our reservations records in the right place. This also added to our poor experiences at the hotel. I believe the management team should be made aware of our experiences to one better accommodate future guests or guests to be made aware of what to expect should you book rooms and conference meetings at this hotel, which I wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
This place is trying so hard to recover from COVID - but the only person who is an absolute "Whore-er", is a bartender named Gina, at the main bar in the lobby. Fire that person summarily now - for cause. I will support your efforts with a statement about how pathetically angry and bad she is.

Yelp
Bad experience ! Don't stay here! When we arrived at 5:30 pm we were told our room was just taken and we needed to wait until they could free another room. The lady's t the counter said the system for house cleansing was broken. Then we received our room and were told that parking is $17 per day. We went to the 3 elevators and only one was working. It took over 5 mins for the elevator at the hotel to come back to the first floor. Then it went down to the parking garage instead of up and we continued to stop at all the floors including the one we first came in on. On the way up, a customer told us this was the same as last Spring when he came here. Rooms are outdated and old.

Yelp
Giving it to stars because of the restaurant that's attached to the hotel, otherwise would be giving it one star. The hotel staff are is horribly rude. I would never return here just because of how rude the hotel staff is. The only hospitality they have is towards people who are in the expensive suites. So if you're staying in the sweet you'll probably love it if you can't afford this week you will not enjoy the hospitality.

Yelp
Loved the historical feel. We had a nice stay but the parking situation is bothersome and not without an annoyance. You pay for daily parking but have to validate a ticket daily for in and out privileges. We got stuck at the exit gate more than once due the machine not reading out validated ticket.

Yelp
I am giving this a 2, because there was friendly staff, convenient location to downtown shops/eateries, and a lovely lobby. That is where the positives end. The problems were as follows: - Very dated. It seems it hasn't been updated since the 80's. - Toilet tank wasn't filling with water - my husband had to do a minor fix to the toilet. - Bath fan ventilation not functional. - Hole in floor below the carpet. The hole was not visible or anything but it was apparent under your foot. It was a small hole, and not big enough for a whole foot to go through the carpet or anything, but possible trip hazard. - Coaxial outlet was torn out of the wall, exposing the inner wall. - Additional fee for parking. Parking ticket is also old school magnetic and cannot be near phones or magnets after it is validated. - Rated a four star hotel, but it feels like a 2-star. - Vending machines don't take cards. - Limited amenities (pools, continental breakfast, etc.) that you would expect in a 4-star hotel.

Yelp
Room has an amazing view and Blake was great at the bar. Makes it feel like a home away from home, thanks Blake

Yelp
Location is near hundreds of restaurants, great Mountain View from room. Great atmosphere in the bar, because of Blake, who is awesome. He made everyone feel like a family and the conversation was really fun. I travel to Colorado Springs often and I will almost certainly return to the Antlers, just because of Blake.

Yelp
A pretty big hotel. Looks like they took an older one and the-did the rooms. The lobby and the outside of the hotel looks fabulous! It looks very professional, and the staff is all business. The bed is a little soft, and the bathroom looks like it was re-done a while back. The water pressure and the instant hot water is great! The only main drawback is the positioning of the toilet paper... it's on the wall behind you. Mainly because the room is at a very angle. The A/C doesn't seem to go off at the set thermostat... you have to turn it off manually. You get directv and free hbo channels. The tv volume stops at 50. Good for your neighbors, but you can barely hear it when the a/c is on. Overall, it's pretty nice. There's a bar, gift shop, two eateries, Starbucks, etc., at this place.

Yelp
The hotel lobby is really nice and the staff is pleasant. The restaurant, bar and gift shop has been closed everytime I try to access them, so that's a pain. The air conditioning in the room is loud and ineffective. And there was no microwave in my room (isn't that standard anymore?). So, in summary, if everything else is booked, I would stay here again. Oh, and the parking garage is... less than awesome. But other than that... it was clean, good view and great location.

Yelp
The rudest bartender I've ever run into. Openly abusive. Others walked out after witnessing the abuse.

Yelp
Attended this hotel at a military leisure rate, we were able to check in earlier than 4:00 PM on a Wednesday which was accommodating on their behalf. 2 Queen beds, Mountain View Room 805 Upon arrival our room on the 8th floor was (unmarked) NO LABEL on outside of room #805 which made confusing to find our room. TV + Refrigerator= unplugged. Called for service. TV Remote batteries= dead. Called for service. The bathroom was small We thought if we paid a little extra we'd get some quality, well, the only beautiful thing about this room was the (mountain view) in which we paid $10 more for. They charge $50/ incidental per night up front our cost deducted from out account for 2 nights was $376.00 with the final bill of check In on Wednesday and Check out Friday with 2 nights of valet parking at $22/ night = $322.00

Yelp
I want to come back to this hotel. They have a good little restaurant in the lobby. Very good food! Some good beer selection. Also, there is a Starbucks conveniently located in the hotel. Huge perk for me. The main bar was not open during our stay but looks AMAZING. The overall aesthetic of the hotel was very high end and upscale. Really fancy. The staff was also very helpful. It is also located within walking distance from a bunch of decent restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was interesting. Not terrible. Have to drive around the block to get to the subterranean garage entrance. Too expensive. $17 per night. The room was okay. Bed was okay. Bathroom okay. A little old-feeling. But we stayed on a high floor and the view of the Rockies was breathtaking. Very worth it.

Yelp
No Hot Water! Bummer because this hotel has a lot going for it - great downtown location and outdoor swimming pool was nice. We planned to stay 3 nights but after the promise to have the hot water fixed, they failed and so for 2 days we could not take a hot shower. Unacceptable!! And we had to check out a day early. We overheard a woman on another floor had same issue. When we asked if moving rooms would help the front desk said the boiler was out and there was no hot water in the entire hotel. No up to Wyndham standards. Believe the reviews - there is no hot water here!!!!!!!
