We enjoyed the extra space in the room at this hotel. Since we did not stay out late and liked to enjoy time both in the morning and evening in the room it was nice to have a separate sitting area away from the beds.|Pros:|1.we found the location convenient as you are a 3 minute walk to an entrance that leads to the Ginza line, there is a cafe, supermarket, and convenience stores all within a block or two.|2. Room size|3. Staff were courteous and helpful|4. Great breakfast (although not included in the price)|5. Could control A/C down to a reasonable level (unlike other hotels)|6. Refrigerator full of alcohol, drinks, snacks included - if this is for you||Cons:|1. This may not be a big deal but it does not have a lobby - you feel like you are checking in to the bar/restaurant|2. Although we had the soft mattress topper the bed was still more firm than other hotels|3. I would have preferred breakfast to be included instead of all of the free alcohol - none of which we used because we just do not drink very much. Maybe give people a choice? The place was quite pricey to not include breakfast.|4. We were on the 17th floor with a city view (directly the view was the Tokyu Stay hotel) and could hear traffic noise - it did eventually die down but something to consider.||The hotel, as described, is a boutique hotel. The restaurant and bar were for the most part always packed with people. We enjoyed the size of the room, but because of the price and it not including breakfast may consider other places to stay if we return to Tokyo.
