"The Apartment by The Line Art, home decor, clothing, and beauty items are the varied wares on sale in this apartment-like boutique, where the placement of each object in the setting helps shoppers imagine it in their own home. In the parlance of the owners, it's "contextual layout." There's even a clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom, and a Christmas tree decorated in the living room during the holidays. Drop by or call ahead to book a personal shopping appointment."
If you love fashion, you can't miss this place!
I didn't buy anything so i'm not sure how customer service is but this is a really cool place to check out and probably the only apt in NYC where everything is on sale!

I’m visiting from Chicago and stumbled upon this store. It is absolutely amazing and I wish they would open a store in Chicago. They have the best home decor and gorgeous clothes. The customer service was fabulous and now I’m going home poor (but soooo happy) with a new fall wardrobe.

Wonderful experience at The Line! The concept is brilliant! So enjoyed shopping in a relaxed environment with a non-aggressive personal touch by Renoir. Unique decor, apparel, shoes, and more. Takes the sport of shopping to a whole new level!

If i could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. They advertised the Charlotte Chesnais Three Lovers Ring set on sale. I purchased them as soon as i found them on sale and at a great price. I went about my day after receiving a confirmation email for my order only to go back and check it to realize that they were out of stock. they sent an " apology" email that informed me that someone must have ordered it mere moments before me ( i ordered it at 7am on a week day) not only did they give me this sorry excuse but they then informed me that i would not be getting my money back for up to 14 days. its a shame that a company with Vanessa Traina's name attached to it would be so poorly operated. Also, they don't even answer the phone and the machine informs you that they do not have a mailbox set up. awful place trying to sell you overpriced nonsense in an overly saturated market.

Brilliant store, you need to find it first, hint, look for the elevator. The set up changes quickly, looks like an amazing loft but actually everything you see is for sale!

Very cool shop in Soho where all items are displayed for sale in an apartment that you wish you lived in.
You need to go up an elevator to get here but worth a visit.
