The Apurva Kempinski Bali

One of the best resorts I’ve ever had the chance to experience! And I’m so glad I was able to make it to Bali and experience this resort. From the check in process , to the guest service, everyone here went above and beyond to accommodate me and any needs I had. I also had the privilege to get a massage from Shanti and she did all wonderful job. She got a lot of knots out of my muscles and I feel super relaxed after my massage. Thank you guys ! I wish I can give this place more stars :)

If there was a way to give 10 out of 5 stars on this platform for this hotel I absolutely would. You are first greeted with a wonderful driver at the airport. Esa Ka our driver to and from the airport was absolutely exceptional. He took our bags, provided us snacks and refreshments and great conversation and recommendations. We then arrive to the hotel and the architecture, art and phenomenal service from checking in to our rooms was fantastic. All the amenities and facilities are truly spectacular. The restaurants in the hotel are world class and extremely delicious. Anytime we had a request it was promptly taken care of. We will certainly be returning to this hotel as it is very much one of the best hotels in all the locations we have visited. We would like to thank the Apurva Kempinski team for such a truly relaxing and joyous experience.

Amazing place, the building itself is magnificent. Services is great. Their foods, especially the breakfast buffet, improved a lot since last time I visited (which is november 2024). For me their massage is just the same as common spa. But the view, in room, and the services is really good. Must reserve at least one day before. The best part is enjoying the building view from the main pool, during sunset time. Waiting the building’s light turned on. Make sure you are willing to spend a considerable amount of money to stay here. For me it is worth it for holiday.

The three days I spent at Kempinski were the highlight of my two-week trip to Bali!🏝️ It’s already my fifth time visiting Bali, and Kempinski has been by far the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The comfort and beauty of the facilities were exceptional, and the kindness of the staff truly touched my heart 🤍 The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, and I’d like to give special thanks to Sari and Pande who took such great care of us. They always greeted us with bright smiles and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their thoughtful care, my memories of Kempinski will remain extra beautiful and happy. Not only them, but every staff member we met was so kind and lovely🤎🤎🤎 For my sixth trip to Bali, it’s definitely going to be Kempinski again. See you soon and thank you so much again!! 🌿

What an amazing place to do nothing important and just chill... multiple food options plus a mini retail therapy space. What more can you ask for? Thank you so much for the thoughtful anniversary surprise! The complimentary wine and cake waiting for us in the room was a wonderful and much-appreciated start to our celebration. We're already feeling the romance!

Our stay was beyond satisfying, everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Special appreciation to Armi and Jaya from the housekeeping team for preparing the room so thoughtfully. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, especially from Mr. Dewa Pong and his concierge team, including Novi, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were also deeply touched by the Pala Rooftop Bar team, who kindly celebrated our son’s birthday, and by the In-Room Dining staff who delivered a lovely birthday cake for him. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We genuinely felt welcomed and well cared for in every way. 🤍

The Apurva Kempinski is truly breathtaking — an architectural masterpiece that leaves you in awe from the very first moment. The entire complex feels grand and majestic, perfectly blending luxury with Balinese elegance. Every detail, from the impressive lobby to the stunning ocean views, reflects impeccable design and attention to detail. The atmosphere throughout the resort is both sophisticated and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and indulge. A special mention goes to Koral Restaurant — an absolutely unique dining experience. Enjoying an exquisite meal surrounded by an underwater world was simply magical. The food, presentation, and ambiance were all exceptional, making it an unforgettable highlight of our stay. A truly remarkable resort — one of the most impressive places we’ve ever stayed at!

Came here to stay for our friend’s wedding and wow! The resort was stunning and the staff provided excellent service throughout our whole stay. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff especially Widi and Melanie! Both were so professional and friendly by making sure we had plenty of water bottles and towels. Our room was always immaculate when we come back from exploring the resort. Excellent service and made our stay so comfortable! We booked a couple’s massage as a treat before leaving and Lisna and Nindya took great care of my husband and I. Lisna listened to my concerns for my problematic areas and by the time she was done, I was a new person! Definitely recommend booking a massage if you’re staying here! We had a late fight leaving Bali and the resort had an awesome departure lounge what is way more comfortable than being at the airport. They provide coffee, light refreshments and ac! Keyshia was amazing at making sure we are comfortable and if we needed anything else while we waited for our taxi. I highly recommend checking the lounge out instead of killing time at the airport for your flight. Besides the stunning views, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible time! You can’t go wrong staying here! Love this place!
