"Mexico’s Baja California is the second-longest peninsula in the world and helps form the Gulf of California, one of the most biologically diverse seas on the planet. And they both terminate in the picturesque Arch of Cabo San Lucas. Hugged by the Playa del Amor on the gulf side and the Playa del Divorcio on the ocean side, the limestone arch—known locally, and appropriately, as El Arco—was carved over millennia by the same winds and potent tidal forces that make swimming on the latter a potentially lethal and thus decidedly ill-advised proposition. The arch provides an attractive photo destination for visitors to nearby Cabo San Lucas. It also serves as a popular hangout for sea lions, who congregated at the spot long before Cabo became a whole thing. Inaccessible by land, those keen to visit this tasteful piece of organic architecture should hail a boat taxi in Cabo San Lucas Marina and say, “Take me to Land’s End, please!,” which is another name for it. It has multiple names, but whichever one you choose, people will know what you’re talking about: that place where the land ends, in an “el arco,” near Cabo San Lucas." - ATLAS_OBSCURA

Second time we have visited the Arch. What a beautiful place to see and experience. We took a sunset dinner cruise that this was one of the highlights and it never disappoints. We got some great pictures amd met some quality people.

Beautiful natural arch. The boat drivers do a fantastic ballet around one another to ensure that everyone gets some Beautiful photos. If you need a ride I suggest Papillion tours they did a great job with their large catamaran Papillion 3.

The Arch of Cabo San Lucas was absolutely stunning, from the landscaping to the view of waves crashing up the side of the rock formations. I went snorkeling at the surrounding beaches, and saw tons of vibrant fish (totally recommend!!) Overall, its definetly something worth taking a tour of, and I totally recommend it!

One of the more interesting geological features in the area. You can snag a pic of it like I did from afar or take a water taxi and see it up close. Rates vary between water taxi vendors.

This was a great place to come and get a tour. We took a boat with a company and got to visit all these places, especially the sea lion colony! They won’t budge, but with the arch so close, this area is great for photos and memories!

the water was so clear & the sights were amazing!!! the tour guides were very knowledgeable & informative. they have their own cultural myths & stories about the shapes on the rocks. we saw seals, fed the fishes, it was so much fun!!

You get what you expect. Beautiful rocky scenery jutting out of the ocean. My only gripe is that it was so heavily populated with tourists and boats. But that’s to be expected for views like this.

Amazing!! You'll be amazed by the different colors of the waters out there and the beautiful sealife! We took a water taxi. Vendors are easily found on the beach! We were able to snag a water taxi for only $25USD for the both of us. The going rate seems to be $15-$20 per person. Would definitely recommend. It does not take long to get there at all from the beaches.
