Our stay was perfect in every way. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff was polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was ideal, close to all points of interest. Breakfast was rich and made with high-quality ingredients. We will definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

We were in Santorini for 3 nights. Kostas the manager was great. He communicated with me via WhatsApp. He helped us find things to do while there with reliable people and reasonable prices. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and housekeeper was friendly. No breakfast is served at hotel but there is a place a minute walk away that is delicious and serves great coffee. We had a great time in Santorini and would stay there again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at The Arches in Oia. The location could not have been better—just steps away from the main walking street in Oia and only a short walk to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the rest of the island. Kostas was an excellent host, anticipating our every need and providing thoughtful recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. His hospitality truly stood out. We stayed in the room with the rooftop hot tub, and the experience was unforgettable. Watching the famous Oia sunsets from our private terrace was nothing short of magical—truly the best views you could ask for. Overall, The Arches offered the perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

A truly wonderful stay — more than just a place to sleep, this was a place that felt like home. The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and generous. From the moment we arrived, they helped us with our luggage up the stairs (which is no small task in Santorini!) and made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. What impressed us most was how seamlessly they arranged our transfer — one quick message and everything was taken care of. It gave us peace of mind and saved us so much stress. Thank you for going above and beyond. We’re leaving with full hearts.

This hotel is in a good location and closes to the public bus stop. Also, it can easily get to shops and restaurants. Facilities are good. Staff are very friendly.

Excellent experience we had at the arches for one night and two days. John the manager was very helpful and gave us some advice on where to go and what to eat. He also helped us book rides from the ferry and to the airport. The hotel is not the best i have stayed at but the location is literally right in the mix of the city. We didn’t stay much in the room as it only served as a place to sleep and shower. They serve breakfast to your room which is okay but it was included so no complaints. We had a private hot tub on our rooftop area which wasn’t too hot unfortunately but we still used it.

Cozy hotel with everything you need for located in the heart of the town. Everything is accessible by foot. Nice restaurants nearby. Room had all the necessities required. Our host John was super helpful and friendly and recommended our nearby restaurants to try good food. The breakfast was top notch and delicious. I would definitely come back in the future.
