The Arrow Hotel

If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay then The Arrow is the perfect place to stay. I stayed in one of the Cherry Suites, beautiful scenery, lovely warm apartment. It was luxury and I definitely regret only staying one night! Has everything you need and then some - beautiful bath, two shower heads, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, heatpump/aircon, heated flooring (winter), couch, TV etc. Easy to get too, super close to Arrowtown and Millbrook. Quiet street for a lovely morning walk. I'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Arrow Hotel and can't wait to return. We stayed in the Toi Toi apartment which was lovely, private and quiet with a balcony and a stunning outlook. The room was stylish, modern, luxurious and immaculately clean. Our room was large with a kitchenette and storage. I particularly loved the freestanding bath that offered a view to the mountains and the Nespresso machine. The Arrow Hotel is in a great location and is easy walking distance (along a riverside bush path) to Arrowtown.

We had a very nice, comfortable stay here. The room was extremely spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath very nice. The view of the fall foliage out the big picture window was really nice and it felt very private. The kitchen was well stocked. It's only a 5 min walk along a path through the trees and Chinese settlement area to get to town, so very convenient. We ate twice at The Fork and Tap and really liked the food and outdoor seating area (no reservations, you order at the bar and find a seat). Better by Bike is also close by for bike rentals (the Queenstown Trail/River Trail/Gibbston Trail is beautiful!). It was an easy short drive to the airport. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful location, quiet and fantastically equipped rooms. Would have loved to have stayed longer if I wasn't on a business trip. March 2023: Finally managed to stay at The Arrow for a holiday. Such a great room, the hotel is quiet and there is a lovely flat walk to town along the river. Loved our stay, we will be back. Thanks Dana & Maria.

Wonderful location, great amenities, perfect private and luxurious setting. We've had the pleasure of staying here twice, and each visit has been a real treat. True relaxation awaits you at The Arrow!

We loved our stay at the Arrow - situated in the stunning outdoors and foliage. The host was incredibly welcoming and the room was divine. With the short walk to the old town centre, it made us easy for us with a wee one. She especially loved the tui birds that frequented the trees on the property. Overall a great stay!

Don't miss a stay at this unique hotel! The suite is contemporary with attention to every detail. Beds are very comfy with unbelievable views from the huge windows. We appreciated each incredibly quiet night we stayed at The Arrow. Breakfast is a great start to the day. Tim went out of his way to help with area history, hiking and dining. If we get to Arrowtown again we would definitely choose to stay here.

We had the good fortune of staying here after it was recommend to us. We stayed for six magnificent nights while visiting Arrowtown. Tim was a very gracious host, and very attentive, without being at all intrusive. The breakfasts in the secret cupboard were a real treat and a great way to start the day. The location was ideal as it was close to Queenstown and within walking distance of Arrowtown shopping village. We will definitely be staying in this beautiful Hotel when we next visit NZ.
