The staff were incredibly friendly and professional—always going above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast experience was exceptional, not only because of the delicious food but also thanks to the stunning view that made every morning feel special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Travelling with 2 young children and arrived late in the evening. Were very well looked after by the hotel staff who upgraded us to a connecting room given the children were 8yrs and below and would not be comfortable in a seperate room on their own. Breakfast was great, and were also offered late check out given our flight was late in the evening. Rooms were also spacious, comfortable and excellent value for the cost

I have had the privilege of staying at The Artisan Hotel Istanbul many times for business as well as leisure and it is always a magical experience. The hotel is very stylish, comfortable and clean. The location is perfectly situated and it is at easy walking distance to many sites and transport. All of these are very good reasons to visit this hotel, but it is the human aspect that endears me to this place. The management and the staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are genuinely kind and interested in giving their guests the best experience. They never cease to amaze me with their attention to detail and thoughtfulness.||There are an additional two hotel ambassadors at the entrance of this beautiful establishment that make this hotel irresistible. Their names are Lady and Sophie. They are two beautiful Anatolian Shepherds that the hotel takes care of impeccably. This mother and daughter duo have found safety and love in this magical place for many years and have a huge fan base. I am definitely one of them. Lady and Sophie give an added depth to the positive experience staying at this hotel. The management and staff have shown me their true humanity in the way that they take care of these beautiful dogs. As a dog lover this truly warms my heart.||The Artisan Hotel Istanbul is a must if you're visiting Istanbul. You will not regret staying at this place and I promise you that it will not be your last visit.

The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was excellent, the view is amazing, the staff is always kind, helpful, and smiling — and the location is just perfect.||We highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

We stayed 2 nights for a short visit to Istanbul. The hotel was selected based on its location and good value for money. Comfortable rooms, well equiped and relative good soundproofing (as we had a room facing the street). Very nice breakfast room, at top floor, with great views of the Bosforus. Breakfast was ok, not so much variety but good quality. The location is a major plus, with short wals from Taksim Square, Dolmabahce Palace, Besiktas stadium, port for the ferries (Bosforus trips or transfers) and tram station with direct acces to the historical center (Topkapi, Sofia and Blue Mosques etc) Overall, a pleasent stay and we recommend the hotel for visiting Istanbul.

Started my holiday in Turkey with this hotel in Istanbul and I am so glad that I did - I experienced the friendliest staff and most impeccable service here. At Check-in, a kind hotel employee (whose name i have unfortunately missed) helped us to ensure that we were paying the right fare to the cab that we had just taken from the airport. From this point, till the time we left the hotel 4 days later, we have had the privilege to meet the warm hotel staff and really understand how hospitable Turkey is! The rooms are wonderful with large windows and all amenities placed. Linen is fresh, clean and new. The hotel has the perfect location since it is close to Taksim as well as the metro/tram/bus/ferry terminal within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel is a must have! High quality ingredients with a great mix of fresh items to order, including the local menemen and borek, or vegan toast if needed. Special thanks to Mert, Batikan, Ali & Fuat for our experience at the restaurant :) Thank you Safitri for keeping our rooms sparkling clean! And of course, thank you to Dogukan for giving us the best possible rooms at check-in, and Aziz for a super smooth checkout :)

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are helpful. My complaint is that the air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night. You go to sleep at 20 degrees but start waking up over heated and find the ac off and the room 26 degrees. The rooftop restaurant , Topaz, has delicious food but is very formal and pricy.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. As an All Accor Member, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe category room. The location is excellent—close to tram no. 1 for easy access to the old city, and just a short walk to Taksim Square, Dolmabahçe Palace, and Kabataş port for ferries to the Princes’ Islands. The area is quiet at night, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and consistently helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-connected stay in this vibrant city!
