Service & Hospitality The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — always ready to help with a smile. Reception was seamless, efficient, and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A Special Touch And let’s not forget the hotel’s two friendly “bodyguards” — the resident dogs who add so much charm and warmth to the experience. 🎨 Overall The Artisan Istanbul is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that celebrates creativity, comfort, and connection. We were able to check in early which was very welcome. The reception staff and concierge were always friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant which afforded the most amazing views over the city and Bosphorous! There was alot of choice and you were also able to order from the menu. However some of the hot offerings at the buffet were actually cold. The location is quite good, but a bit of a walk uphill to Istiklal and a walk downhill to the ferries etc, so this could be a problem if you have mobility issues. However, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel! Was hesitant at first because of the location, I usually stay on the other side of Istanbul but this was super convenient to get to Tasksim square. The metro isn't too far either so it's very easy to reach different areas of Istanbul. The staff was super welcoming, security, restaurant, breakfast, housekeeping, reception, really no complaints. Had lunch at the restaurant and the beef sandwich was delicious! Loved the view from the breakfast area on the last floor. Nice choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. The room was nice, comfortable bed, clean and well stocked.

I had a wonderful stay at The Artisan Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city’s highlights. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing experience—I would gladly stay here again!

This is a very nice modern hotel not far from Taksim Square. I had a Bosporus view room on the 6th floor so the view was great but I can imagine that if you were on the road side you might be a bit disappointed. The bedroom was comfortable, nice shower. The staff all very friendly and helpful and the two street dogs managed by the hotel friendly. There is a nice restaurant on the top floor with amazing views but its expensive and not actually part of the hotel so if you have an Accor gold card you cannot make use of the free drink or reduction in meal price. The food is good though. There is a walk through a local park down to the Bosporous foreshore but its steps all the way back up.

Great location and great service (front desk, house-keeping, but small improvement is needed in the restaurant). It would be nice if the breakfasts were a bit more varied and their selection changed at least every two days. The service was friendly. I've had an occasion where my plate with food and unfinished coffee were cleared from the table before I finished my breakfast. I really like the location and view from the restaurant. Definitely I will choose this hotel again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the Artisan Hotel. The accommodations exceeded our expectations with a spacious room, comfortable bed, and flawlessly functioning air conditioning. The complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch, and room service was excellent throughout our visit. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff service. Cengiz at the Front Desk and Ozan went far and above our expectations, making our stay feel like home. We particularly enjoyed our daily conversations about life in Istanbul - their warmth and local insights added a personal dimension that transformed our visit from merely comfortable to genuinely memorable. Our Istanbul vacation was split into two parts. We were rerturning to Istanbul after visiting Cappadocia. We liked the the Artisan so much so much that we decided rebook at the same hotel for our 2nd part. We left our heavy suticases and they were so kind to store all the sweets and chocolates we had purchased in their cold storage. As a dog lover, it was heart warming to see the two dogs at the entrance of the hotel. I was informed by Ozan that the hotel has adopted them. Advise - dont overfeed them. I would highly recommend the Artisan Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We're already looking forward to returning on our next trip to the city.

The best hotel in Istanbul. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Central location. The staff are attentive and kind. I consider it my home away from home. The two beautiful dogs, Lady & Sophie, that live outside the hotel are loved and taken care of by the staff. They are all amazing humans on top of being the best hosts. One of my favorite places. I highly recommend that you stay there if you go to Istanbul.
