The beds extremely comfortable, though the windows are positioned a bit unusually — something to be aware of, but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, The Artisan offers much more than accommodation — it delivers a truly memorable stay for anyone wanting to explore Istanbul with style and ease. 10/10. Excellent hotel with a perfect location. The food quality was very good and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The view was absolutely amazing, overlooking the Bosphorus and the Maiden’s Tower. Highly recommended.

This hotel belongs to the Accor Hotels group and stands out for being exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. I really appreciated the atmosphere of the property — everything feels organized, modern, and comfortable from the moment you enter. One of its biggest advantages is the location. It is situated just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city, accessing transportation, or enjoying the vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Overall, it is a very reliable and pleasant place to stay, especially for travelers who value cleanliness, safety, and proximity to key areas in Istanbul.

Our stay at The Artisan Hotel Istanbul M Gallery was truly magical. The staff’s kindness, the beautiful atmosphere, and the thoughtful touches made this trip unforgettable for me and my wife as we eagerly await our baby. Every moment felt special, and we couldn’t have asked for a more comforting and memorable experience. Most of all, special gratitude to both of Burak & Muhammed Ali for their super attention & genuine hospitality!

We were able to check in early which was very welcome. The reception staff and concierge were always friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant which afforded the most amazing views over the city and Bosphorous! There was alot of choice and you were also able to order from the menu. However some of the hot offerings at the buffet were actually cold. The location is quite good, but a bit of a walk uphill to Istiklal and a walk downhill to the ferries etc, so this could be a problem if you have mobility issues. However, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again and definitely recommend this hotel.

First of all, Mr. BAYRAM (manager), was super professional. They managed to correct an unforeseen error properly. The receptionist OZAN and everyone were very nice and professional too. Check-in was quick. Pretty modern and decent. I like it myself. They are short on parking spots BUT they will manage for u a parking spot for FREE as long as you are a guest. Feel free to hand them the car key for parking. The only issue I had was Unfortunately, when I used the shower, dirty brown water came out of the shower for a few seconds then it did not come back again. Problem fixed.

Rooftop Restaurant – Topaz Breakfast at the rooftop Topaz Restaurant is spectacular. The panoramic views over the Bosphorus are breathtaking, and the breakfast spread is generous and beautifully presented. From Turkish staples to international favorites, every dish is fresh, delicious, and served with care. Service & Hospitality The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — always ready to help with a smile. Reception was seamless, efficient, and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A Special Touch And let’s not forget the hotel’s two friendly “bodyguards” — the resident dogs who add so much charm and warmth to the experience. 🎨 Overall The Artisan Istanbul is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that celebrates creativity, comfort, and connection. Perfect for travelers who appreciate art, culture, and the finer details that make a stay memorable.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff were super friendly (especially Ozan) who looked after every need of ours. The room was super spacious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was a mix of continental and a-la-carte and we enjoyed every dish on offer.
