The Artist Residence

Location was good! Had everything I needed within walking distance. The service was fine, nothing to complain about but not extraordinary either. Friendly staff. As for the rooms, they were not as great. The sink was leaking, there was no shower curtains, no dish soap, and the TV remote didn't work. Overall, it's a stay I would consider again for a night but not for lounging. Loved that it was two floors (had the loft apartment.)

My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Dirty place, old, not maintained. As soon as I asked to change bedding and towels also I gave a tips to cleaners and when I came back nothing was done. I asked receptionist why it wasn't done the answered to me that they forgot. Photos not real but after photoshop. Young receptionists guys are good and very helpful and that's all what you get for your money. I stayed there 7 day and 3 nights I was moving from 1 room to the other. Would not recommend it for any purpose.

The rooms are just too cute. You have the little loft which give them a mini appartment feel. Then there is the little cafe below where you can work and have a buba tea. Location very good too.

We got a room on thr top floow which was perfect. Clean & silent. The place is a bit run down. Bathroom needs renovation.

I think for the price this place is good enough. Location wise it’s great too. Can’t expect it to be very up to date, it’s not a new place. But staff is nice and I like that it’s filled with local young people working on their laptop. But be aware it you got a higher room that there are lots of stairs and in the duplex room, those stairs are very steep.

Great location and price. But you do get what you pay for. We've stayed here twice, great spacious room. Clean. 2nd time, really dirty (dust) room paint splatters all over the floor dirty bathtub outside. Water was running on and off and bathroom could have been much cleaner. Staff were nice and helpful.

Our stay was as expected and as advertised. It’s true that the apartment could use some maintenance, but everything was functional and well-equipped with all the essentials. There are several highlights, such as having a washing machine, good air conditioning, a microwave, stovetops, an electric kettle, a full set of pots and pans, a living room with sofas, plenty of space to store clothes, and strong water pressure with good temperature control. We really can’t complain—on the contrary, we felt very comfortable. The location is excellent! But above all, the staff’s service was outstanding—they are friendly, communicative, and quick to resolve any issues. If we return to Phnom Penh in the future, we would definitely choose this place again. អរគុណច្រើន 🙏🏼
