Our stay was as expected and as advertised. It’s true that the apartment could use some maintenance, but everything was functional and well-equipped with all the essentials. There are several highlights, such as having a washing machine, good air conditioning, a microwave, stovetops, an electric kettle, a full set of pots and pans, a living room with sofas, plenty of space to store clothes, and strong water pressure with good temperature control. We really can’t complain—on the contrary, we felt very comfortable. The location is excellent! But above all, the staff’s service was outstanding—they are friendly, communicative, and quick to resolve any issues. If we return to Phnom Penh in the future, we would definitely choose this place again. អរគុណច្រើន 🙏🏼

For the price it offers, it's cheap but not for the quality of the room, because it smells which I cannot complain much, it is coming from the old pipe system from the building. Other issues are the terrible logged sink and bathroom. The heater that only gives 10 seconds of hot water. The room door, and the TV of the room door that are broken. Fridge is not cold. The only things that I like are the prime location and the people there that are very very nice. Tbh I feel like they can do more, because it is actually a nice place it's just the maintenance is very very poor that leads to the issue I mentioned earlier :(

Location is excellent, and the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Wi-Fi connection, however, was unreliable at times, making it difficult to work. While the breakfast selection was decent, offering more variety would be appreciated. Overall, despite these minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable accommodations.

I liked my room very much, on the top floor with a great view, quite despite being on the road. There is a washing machine and you can cook, everything is there.Lovely people on the reception. The building is old and needs some renovation. Water pressure isn't strong.

The room was clean, although it needs a renovation. Bed and bedsheets were also clean. There was a candle burning in the room when we came in. The bad smell was only in the hall. Service is kind. But when we asked a jung man who works there to help us book a bus, by a company we wanted, to our next destination, he replied boldly he doesn't want to...... he insisted to book us a bus by a company that has very bad reviews on Google Maps (1 ☆) very unprofessional from him Generally in Phnom Penh you should book a bus in very good reviewed companies

Fabulous coffee shop in central Phnom Penh. Full of character and original features. Popular with local students and about one-third of the price of Starbucks flavoured milkshake they call coffee.

Room was smelly and there was a trail of ants beside our bed to which we were given a can of pesticide for and told it was an okay standard. Shame as the room layouts are nice and location is great
