Huge Mug of mocha, very reasonably priced. Tasted great too. Loved the layout of the cafe, the kitchen that serves up delicious smelling food right beside the bar. Staff were friendly, good service.

If you are looking for somewhere to eat they have a varied selection of interesting dishes (plenty of vegetarian options) served up in a cosy and relaxed environment. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. Would recommend.

Fantastic food from lovely folks in a freshly redecorated cafe bar. The brunch was delicious — a duck egg, merguez sausage, and home-made baked beans with chorizo was a particular treat. The real treats are in the evening though. Great food and drinks and service.

Food here is amazing. A rare find in my opinion. Really love the breakfast here and the staff are great, super polite, fast food and enjoyable atmosphere!

My favourite! I adore the combination of wooden furniture and plants. So cosy and lovely. Also has a downstairs function/live entertainment room. Edit June 2019: they've had a refit since I was last here in mid 2017. It's fresh and trendy, but I'll miss the plants, low lighting and cosy couches. 😫😫😫

Best food in Bristol! Coming from a hospitality background I think that the food that this place puts out is genuinely amazing. The chef clearly knows his stuff! It really isn't just a meal but and experience delivered by the intelligent flavour pairings, seasoning, food textures and the pacing of the courses. Take your time with each portion and plate, the food it really deserves it. Giles and his staff are all so friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is extremely laid back. If you can't stay for dinner then the coffee is also fantastic.

My favourite cafe in Bristol! The staff are lovely, Giles who runs the place is incredibly nice and very engaging, and Craig the main chef is ridiculously talented. It's a lovely place to relax, work or catch up with friends. I'm obsessed with their avocado on toast and all their coffee is delicious, even the decaf (which is quite hard to achieve). Stunning simple wooden decor, friendly atmosphere, a lot of natural light, delicious food and lovely people. Check it out! P.S. Extra points for being dog friendly, we love coming here with our whippet.

Booked the private dining room for a birthday party. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing (try the chips with truffle oil please). Everyone enjoyed themselves and were delighted by this little gem of a place!
