This hostel is fantastic! The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk to the FlixBus stop and only a few minutes to the main train station. There are many attractions nearby, and you can enjoy walking almost everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful—thank you for helping me fix my suitcase! Just one small downside: the space between the lower and upper bunk is quite tight, mainly due to the thick mattress. It's really hard to sit upright without hitting my head on the upper bunk. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

Good property close to railway station and flixbus stand. I stayed for two nights. The room and bathroom was decent. Only issue was no handwash soap given. Near the sink. Also, they did kinda goof up with the bookings. I had booked a female dorm and a guy showed up at my door.. it was corrected of course. |Staff is good. Vibe is great. They provide luggage storage facility with ample space.

Basically everything other than the rooms themselves is good. Great kitchen, living area, wifi, etc. But once you get to the rooms, half the lockers are broken and the other half can be pulled open even with a lock on, room strongly smells of sour milk, the shower and toilet are in the same place so with 6 people its a long wait to use either.

Myself and a friend (both of us female) stayed here for a weekend away last weekend. We booked a private room with our own bathroom and were on a separate floor to the dormitory rooms. Whilst checking in there was a large group of men (around 20 of them) also checking in and the receptionist let us know we were staying on a different floor to them but if we had any problems or if there was noise the night guard was on call all night. We were reassured by this. The room was fine, small but very clean.||We were woken up at 1.47am when someone knocked on our door but after we didn’t answer they left. We didn’t call the night guard as we weren’t concerned at this point as they had left.||At 6.30am we were woken again by banging at our door. This time we could hear men in the hallway and they repeatedly banged on the door. We spoke to them through the door and asked them to go away and they kept banging every few minutes for 15 minutes. We heard them also knocking on the other doors on our floor (approx 8 rooms I think). We tried to call the night guard four times while they were outside our door with no response or call back. We didn’t feel safe and couldn’t get hold of the night guard whilst we felt harassed in our room.||We waited until the men had been gone a while and checked out of the hotel around 8.30am.||I called reception and let them know about our experience to which they were apologetic and said they’d speak to the night guard and asked if we could email them.||I emailed them with attached screenshots of our unanswered phone calls to the night guard.||The manager replied to say they would review their protocols and speak to the night manager but said they would not refund us for the night we didn’t stay at the property.

Everything was great overall. However, the bathroom ventilation wasn't working and it would be better if hand soap were provided. Most importantly, the room was very clean and well-maintained.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable, has everything needed. The only issue was the heat during our stay as it was no AC installed.

Clean hotel in a great location. We stayed for one night on the 8th floor, so we had a bit of a view of the city. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. There is a common area with bilard and table football. Only, the soap dispenser was broken.

The location was good, there was a clean kitchen and even a pool and dining area downstairs. But we were chatting quietly with our friends and their was a night guard in the hostel to make sure that were were quiet since curfew at 11 (yes there was a curfew) So he banged on the door about 20 times and opened the door without my permission and shouted at us, and the cost of causing noise after curfew is 100 euro, losing a keycard( you were given 2 keycards) 5 euro, not giving in the bed linen when you leave, 50 euro, and making the room so dirty that the cleaner has to stay and clean the room properly, 100 euro. Overall the rooms were clean, and I recommend staying here allthough you have to be very quite and I am not happy with the service
