The Aspen Mountain Residences

We had a massive 2100 square foot, 3 BR residence in the heart of Aspen for a week. This place is very cozy and comfortable. The new updates look great (far better than when i was last here in 2020 and it was still Hyatt). The staff were super friendly from the bellman, to the concierge and the daily housekeeping. Location is top notch. You can basically park your car and not touch it for a week. Pool and hot tubs were gorgeous and never crowded. Super enjoyable stay.

An excellent hotel-like experience in a fractional ownership (not timeshare) property. The units in this facility were renovated quite recently and everything looks to be in excellent condition. It is definitely one of those very heavy, dark wood, oversolid types of design - nothing modern-looking about it.||The location is excellent, being very close to the lifts and a short walk to all of downtown. City Market nearby is an excellent (though pricey) grocery option for stocking the pantry for your visit.||The facility offers a small breakfast buffet (think muffins, apples and hard-boiled eggs), which is nice for when you do not want to make something in your own kitchen. The kitchen in our unit was excellent, with full supplies and good quality appliances.||The gym facility is disappointing, with a very small room and machines that are almost touching. Hopefully you spend your time hiking or skiing instead of wanting to work out!

The best hotel here in Aspen, I had a wide one bedroom suite which is very large space to host myself & 4 members of my family! Totally recommend it as it’s on the best spot, everything around you with minutes of walking!

Nice facility although it is stodgy and snooty. Furniture must have been picked by a designer who favors style over function. High end appliances and daily housekeeping are nice benefits. Preferred the Hyatt at this location previously. Valet parking only makes using your car problematic. They do have a shuttle that takes you to local restaurants.

Great service with very kind and thoughtful staff. Rooms are clean, pool and hot tub are well maintained.

I stayed here during work travel and it was so luxurious and made me feel like I was in a five star hotel. I was able to book the place through a Airbnb and didn’t realize it was a timeshare until I got there. The staff are very kind and they offer free transportation to and from the airport, which is really helpful because I can cost around $75 otherwise. This location was really close to everything and I could walk to the city center in seven minutes.

A very nice property with top-notch staff and central location in Aspen. Rooms are nicely appointed with upscale appliances and amenities.

Awesome place! Super-friendly staff, nice, big units, and very relaxing. One block from the gondola, an in-house ski shop to store your stuff. Beautiful lobby, recently renovated, featuring a pool, hot tubs, a workout room, and a gym. Very reasonably priced for what they offer. Best value in Aspen...What else could you want?
