If you're looking for the best concierge in town, look no further than Shari! After a frustrating morning with an extremely delayed flight, she went above and beyond to take care of us and completely turned our day around. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched, offering us the best restaurant recommendations and must-do activities that we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Shari truly made our experience unforgettable and showed what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you again for your kindness and expertise – you made all the difference!

Top quality resort property located at the base of one of Aspen's ski mountains. The rooms are large and comfortable with quality fittings and furnishings. Great kitchen if you are into cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the edge of Aspen ton and everything is in walking distance. The staff are great and really helpful. Highly recommended.

This is amazingly central property in the middle of Aspen. First time here and definitely won’t be the last. The valet is super helpful and so is the Conceirge in getting this scheduled or help with anything||Complimentary breakfast which taste pretty good. Didn’t expect it.. so it was a nice surprise.||We are portfolio residence club owners and we utilized a 2 bed/2 bath on this trip. Room is spacious, Viking fridge and gas stove.. big area to cook and just chill out. Rustic feel, but super cozy.||Lots of bakeries, restaurants, galleries, and stuff around.||In the heart of the Aspen resort for skiers and even those who don’t.||Location ✅|Hospitality✅|Rooms✅|Will come back✅✅✅✅

Wonderful hotel, daily housekeeping, comfortable bed (although nearing the end of its life), steam room/shower, wonderful amenities (soaps, towels, etc). ||We were in a studio and I was worried about the size from other reviews but I’d say it is comparable to most hotel rooms with some extra space for a large chair and dresser. We asked for an extra chair so we had a sitting area and it worked just fine for us. ||Our mini-fridge was a bit weak, but that’s the only complaint I’d have.

Perfect location. 150 yards from the gondola, center of town everything walkable. Huge units, all condos, great full kitchens, different floor plans, studios to four bedrooms. The units are more luxurious and larger than the Saint Regis or Little Nell condos next door. Great year round outdoor pool. Perfect Aspen property year round.

Formally, the Hyatt has been rebranded. The lobby is newly designed modern mountain chic. Breakfast is until 9:30 am and has an excellent selection of bagels, pastries, pancakes, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, and tea. SkiLab is a friendly and helpful service to store and put on your boots. The pool, business center, jacuzzi, and fitness center are clean and nicely appointed. Stayed in 22abc 3/3. The rooms are typical mountain traditional decor with dim lighting, dark and warm could use a little update more like the newer lobby decor but the rooms are have nice clean white sheets for bedding, comfortable bedding and pillows, and white towels. The rooms have oversized tubs and separate showers with plenty of vanity space and L’occitane amenities. Smaller closets, but there is room for unpacking for a month's stay or longer. The kitchen is nicely appointed with modern stainless appliances. You should order Instacart or have the concierge deliver items for cooking or eating in. There is a coffee machine in the units, but we didn't use it and instead went to the first floor, where there is a sophisticated coffee machine with all types complimentary. The front desk is excellent, and the concierge is personal. Everyone was helpful. If you are skiing on another mountain, please check the desk for shuttle times. Otherwise, you can pay to be driven separately. Thank you to Alan, who picked us up from the airport and put our bags in the room. We also had Patrick and David drive us when we missed the shuttle time. All were very helpful. I left a ski glove in the house SUV, and upon my return, the driver said he had seen it and delivered it to our room. There are about two house cars and two shuttles to drive you. So thank you for finding my glove. Everything is walkable and is situated in the heart of Aspen core. Check-in was seamless, and check-out time was 10 am. They will ring your phone a few times to check if you are ready to check out and need bag assistance. My niece left a two-piece purple bathing suit in the room and must have gotten wrapped up in the towels or robes, hoping they recover it. Other than that, everything went smoothly. It's an excellent property and will be returning.

We were a guest of one of the Hyatt timeshare owners. We had 5 wonderful days at the now Aspen Mountain Residence Hotel. It is in the best location in town. The finishes are a bit dated but the hotel still has a certain elegance to it. We stayed in a generous size studio with a small fridge and micro and coffee maker. We were lucky that the weather was perfect. After hiking adventures every morning, we returned to sun near the lovely pool and hot tub. The pool is heated but not quite enough for my taste, The hotel is short staffed as all businesses are now. But the staff that is in place is very friendly and helpful. There is not restaurant and the bar is not open. So we bought some nice wine from the store and took it down to sit by the fire pits. There are washer/dryers and ice makers on each floor. Maid service came everyday we were there. Parking is mandatory valet. I understand that the resort fees are like $40/day and parking is another $30-40/day. As we were guests of an owner our fees were quite a bit less. I did meet an interior designer in the elevator and I understand they plan to start modernizing some of the rooms, We had a great time at this hotel/timeshare and I think you would too.
