Good selection of crystals and semi precious stones, considering the space I was quite happy with the variety and the prices are extremely fair. There are books, tarot cards, a small incense corner and jewelry spread about so I inspected the shop anticlockwise and the two ladies behind the desk are friendly and helpful so every time I wanted something they would come over and set it aside for me by the tills... I bought several crystals and I will certainly be back in a few months hoping for new stock..

I popped in as I was hoping to find a specific Tarot card which I wanted to give to a friend. It meant something particular to us. I thought I would need to buy a deck of tarot cards, but the staff were so friendly and nice, when I explained what I was doing they had a look and found the single card I wanted and gifted it to me. Wonderful little gem of a shop, super friendly and helpful people. I shall be visiting again to look in more depth at all the interesting books and charms. Thanks you so much for your help with my quest. It meant a lot. Made my day.

Very nice shop with a good selection of precious stones, crystals, rings, bracelets, talisman. Also they sell incense, oil burner for home fragrances. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

It’s nice to have a shop like that in the heart of London. Quite a broad range of crystals and tarot cards. Candles are also available for sale as well as Buddha statues in different sizes. Found what I was looking for: Evil eye bracelet and some crystal for my star sign. The shop isn’t too expensive, card payments only. Can be very busy at times. Very good location, a few minutes away from Tottenham Court Road station.

Sweet little shop I came across while walking around London. I just happened upon it and had to stop in. Wonderful selection of crystals and incense! Staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant

I loved this store! It has a wide range of crystals, tarot cards, and other hippie things. The staff was super nice and the tote bags here are amazing quality.

Ironically, the vibe isn't very spiritual or positive for such a well-stocked New Age shop, but they certainly carry a plethora of useful tools for your spiritual development, if you have but the desire to believe in them. They carry natural stones, from the precious to the not-so-precious, all complete with their own explanation of benefits and traits. They carry a large amount of jewelry, from the bohemian to the flashy. They have books on many different arcane matters, like the meaning of dreams, ancient civilization calenders, animal totems, and what have you. There are plenty of decorations, incense, and even dream catchers to satisfy all your mystical needs, and all at very decent prices, I might add. You will find the occasional expensive item, but I'm sure there are a number of good reasons for that. Just don't be surprised if you're not exactly assaulted by magickal powers when you walk through the door.

The Astrology Shop in Covent Garden is a great place to buy unusual gifts for friends or family, or even yourself. Apart from some tacky glow in the dark stars there are countless books on astrology and horoscopes. Better still you can get your yearly horoscopes done here. Unlike the vague rubbish that you get in newspapers these are more specific, detailing what stars were were where when you were born, what's happening in the night sky during the year and how these astrological changes are supposed to affect the world. I've had mine done 3 times, i read them at the beginning and then forget about them until the end of the year where i read them again and sometimes the results are so spot on it's spooky. even when they aren't it's still a fascinating read and the shop owners are lovely and will chat about your readings with you if you have questions.

Being somewhat of a practising magus I hoped to find this shop useful. Astrology is predominantly a bookstore and claims to have the biggest collection of books relating to astrology in London. They cover a wide spectrum of all things holistic, magical and spiritual. They are a great place to start if you have an interest in this area. For those further down the occult path you may need somewhere a little more advanced. The shop does feel a bit gimmick orientated and the computerised interpretations and birth charts do little to promote authenticity.

The astrology shop has so many weird knick knacks, like funky key chains and horoscope charts that its really fun to browse it. It makes for a really fun Birthday present, and its somewhat specific to each person. Who doesn't read their horoscope in the London Paper?! Added to that, the designs are cool. There is a big star chart in the window, that is just dazzling. There are lots of reference books and stuff, so serious astrologers may apply their practical learning on prediction, and other great Egyptian learning. The mythology behind it pretty cool, although its a bit too commercial perhaps in present times.

I wouldn't expect to see Eckhart Tolle, Susan Jeffries or Wayne Dyer on the shelves of the "Astrology Shop", but then this half-misleading name should not be understood literally as "your source for all zodiac knowledge". It is definitely not that. I may not be religious, but I am unapologetic about my interest and fascination for all things mystical. The shop is very nice-looking, however, I was fairly unimpressed by the stacks of best-sellers positioned near the entrance and the pocket books which I think do not really contribute to the credibility of the place. The lunar calendars would help if they weren't tucked away in a box in a corner of the shop. While the shop does have books about specific subjects like Lilith, cusp signs, ascendants, house placements and planets, it has a lot more books about...well, everything else. From self-help to yoga to a discounted "The Power of Now". Nothing against the book, but I don't want to get distracted by Eckhart when my purpose is to get enlightened about chart reading. And don't get me started on the cheesy zodiac birthday cards. They do sell great jewelry though and it's a nice place for buying random cute gifts and tantric objects of all sorts, candles, oil-burners, incense, little jade Buddhas and other things that could help you zen-ify your space!. I like to go there, browse the shop and not buy anything. I just find it cool to be in a shop called The Astrology Shop. Don't ask me why. The answer might be in my natal chart....

Everyone in my office had an Astrology mug (thank god, I'm a freelance diva now) from The Astrology Shop. I didn't and I felt left out so I sometimes drank out of someone else's Scorpio one. (I'm Aries, Scorpio Moon, Cancer rising). The Astrology store has all kinds of astrological books, and memorabilia. You can get a reading done here as well. An astrological mug will run you 12 pounds but they are beautiful ceramic treasures. That reminds me. I need to get an Aries mug. I'll give it to myself for X-mas.

Unlike Mysteries on Monmouth Street, this shop doesn't offer psychic and medium services. All you can get is books, softwares and an automated personality charts and forecasts; which I bought and wasn't impressed. The manager is very helpful though and happy to answer all questions. It is a shop worth the visit

I love this shop! I'm just a big fan of astrology and this is the place to be for all things spiritual. The main selling point of the shop are the birth charts. If you supply them with accurate birth details (date, place and time), they can print a personality report, a compatibility report or a yearly report. My personality report was pretty accurate and you get what you pay for - great value for money. The books are also great too. If the big book stores don't satisfy your love of spirituality and mysticism, this place will. I always wander in here if I'm close by and am always tempted to get something. I'm treating myself to a 2009 report soon for Christmas. You have to stop by here, even if you're not an astro-buff, I'm sure you can still pick up something of interested or at least be intrigued by this great little shop!

For those looking for a brilliant present for friends or relatives, The Astrology Shop can collate your yearly horoscope from your exact time, date and place of birth. The result is less Mystic Meg but a scientific look at which planets we're situated where and how they are said to influence your life. The staff are friendly and should you have your 'scope done once they retain your details on record so that further horoscopes can be ordered easily. There is also wide range of Astrology products, from star maps to candles.

Ok astrology lovers or lovers of space? SCI-FI this one's for you. This small shop in convent gardes sells asrtology books, not just any but books of great knowledge. I went there last month, the staff were great and were experts in astrology, go in there one day, you'll be suprised. Based in convent garden near neal street.

Astrology is my religion. I am an absolute sidereal nut. To find a shop that caters to my specific spiritual needs is phenomenal. They have books, cards, keychains, DVDs, CDs, refrigerator magnets and every item they carry is related to astrology. They also do cheap charts and forecasts. A twenty page personality profile costs £20. You can get two bulky profiles or forecasts done in here by professional astrologers for £45. This price is a steal compared to witchdoctor 'astrologers' who charge an arm and a leg for a simple chart. Whether you're a beginner or a completely advanced follower you'll find something in here that wets your appetite for the zodiac.

My first time in London I discovered the Astrology Shop and made it a "must see" on my second trip this summer. The shop carries a variety of unusual and interesting items not easily found in the States. We got a little turned around trying to find the Shop and Barry, the manager, stood outside in the rain (without an umbrella) to help us find it. ;-) I have not had an astrology consult, but based on my interactions with Barry, that is on my "to do" list.

There is a huge range of crystals and religious statues/ornaments in this store. You can find all things spiritual or energy healing.

The Astrology Shop captivated me back in the early 90's - while in college and of course trying to figure guys out by their astrological sign! They had lots of cool postcards and nicknacks - I never went for the readings or professional stuff but it was always a fun visit. I think I still have a bookmark I bought there!

Very good at its specialism and has a lot of very approachable books and a great range of lovely products, great if you like sparkly pretty new age things but plenty of more useful books and basic reference material (and tarot cards!) for the more deeply interested.

This is a great little shop where you can find crystals, candles, tarot cards, birthday cards, incence and get a reading done from one of the tarot readers in the premices!

The London Astrology Shop stocks all manner of weird and wonderful things from books to games, magazines, posters, CDs, maps, ephemeredes and so on. They have the capability to calculate and print out charts and astrological interpretations and personal horoscopes while you wait. The staff are always friendly and eager to help.

Nice store with a wide range of books and items for a number of spiritual paths. However I didn't get a good look around due to the rude staff. I walk in (well-dressed even though I was just on my way home from grad school), manager glances at me and says to the clerk "I guess we're *that* kind of store now". No divination skills needed to know that I was the only person of colour in the shop too. I take my faith seriously and so I'll shop elsewhere.

Have been visiting the Astrology Shop in Covent Garden for at least 10 years. Barry and staff are fantastic, have wonderful patience and have proved extremely helpful on every visit. My daughter and myself travel from Scotlnad for our chart compilation on an annual basis and I can honestly say that Barry recognises both of us and provides an over-view reading of our individual charts as an extra friemdly bonus. I use the chart to help guide me through out the year. The shop itself has an abundance of books, crystals, Tarot cards, moon calenders and so much more to grab and delight you. We buy for friennds but selfishly we buy for each other In our world a London visit is second only to visiting the Astorlogy Shop.. Try it I can guarantee you will love it. Jean & Lisa
