This review of for the property and restaurant * did not stay over therefore I did not see the rooms. I pour based a day pass to enjoy a full day at Bathsheba and I would do it again. Greeted warmly and given a tour of the pool and grounds. Has a lovely server at the pool and I went into the restaurant for lunch. The staff was attentive and warm. I took a long walk to see Bathsheba beach and take in the beauty of the east coast. Note to anyone with mobility problems: not an easy walk. Up and down many steep hills. Came back and sat poolside. Really took in the beauty of the east coast with the waves crashing and sitting by the oool overlooking the Atlantic. Lunch was delicious. Coconut shrimp and blackened catch of the day. Would definitely suggest this place.

This review is the for the restaurant Sunday lunch buffet only. Food was excellent, service was great and it was fantastic people watching. Only complaint was how hot it was - a ceiling fan or two would make a world of difference

Came to this restaurant chasing the sunrise. After a delightful morning watching the sun rise at Bathsheba we made our way to Atlantis where we were told that we were too early for breakfast. Went off to the calm fish market area and surrounds to take in the spectacular views. On our return we were given a lovely table with a great view. Good enough full English breakfast (potatoes were extraordinarily good), 3 egg omelette, pancake stack and fruit platter. Washed down with a mimosa, teas, and a rum punch! Good service, friendly staff. Have a look at the old pictures when it was a railway station. Views better than the food prices!

We spent two nights at the Atlantis as part of our week-long circle around the island. It was clean, quiet, and absolutely charming. The staff was amazing - so friendly and cheerful. Food and drinks did not disappoint. If an ocean front room is available it's worth the small extra cost. We got up early to watch the sunrise from our room and loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside our window. Would definitely come back.

This beautiful hotel is a little rough around the edges but is a ‘one-off’ in Barbados on the wild east coast. We had an ocean facing room with fabulous views and the constant sound of the waves crashing in. The restaurant is fabulous but re-assuringly expensive and the quality of food and service from the team second to none. There is a kitchen/lounge where you can prepare your own food if you wish. Bathsheba is beautiful but very quiet and rustic and this is very much a ‘get away from it all’ location. Loved it!

Sunday Brunch is very good! Our server, Chantal was excellent..||Everyone was offered a delicious soup to start, then we enjoyed a lovely buffet. Honestly, since there is a maximum seating time of 2 hr per table, we would have liked to have lingered over our drinks a bit, but felt we were rushed to begin our meal.||Staff were very friendly. Food was very good & desserts were just delicious.||We finished over an hour before our taxi was to pick us up. Since our table was booked for someone else, Chantal said we could wait in the lounge. She checked on us a couple of times ( we both have mobility challenges) & kindly offered to call our driver to ask if he could pick us up earlier. Her actions & kindness were truly appreciated.

We loved this spot. The staff is so friendly. It’s incredibly quiet and calm. It’s clean and cheery. Exactly what we were looking for. The breeze off the ocean makes every day feel perfect. Lots of great food at the Atlantis restaurant and in the area. Thank you to Antonio and the staff!

What an incredible place. The sound of the sea, the beautiful building. The staff are seriously incredible and the manager is a brilliant presence. Chap running front desk & restaurant is also wonderful. Rooms are absolutely fantastic, beautifully and historically decorated with taste and beauty. Will Return for longer….
