The Atta Terrace Club Towers (Onna, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa Prefecture) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Set in the coastal highlands of northern Okinawa, the Atta Terrace Club Towers is just one part of a resort that features an 18-hole golf course overlooking the East China Sea. This luxury hotel’s central highlight is an infinity pool framed with tall palm trees and open to sweeping views of the ocean at sunrise and sunset. Guest rooms are generously sized, filled with natural light, and feature gleaming parquet floors, spacious seating areas, and furnished balconies facing the water or the forest. In addition to a spa, a tea room, and round-the-clock butler service, there are several dining venues, including a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant with local ingredients, a more casual teppanyaki bar, and a library lounge that spills out onto a poolside terrace. It’s a day trip to a nearby UNESCO-listed castle ruin, and the hotel also offers forest tours, garden seminars, and cooking classes." - Tablet Hotels

A peaceful rest in Owkinawa. I recommend having a car if you intend to travel from the hotel. Sun down champagne evenings are particularly lovely.

Very private and quiet resort. Small number of rooms and no visitors meant not many guests on the property. Rooms are little dated but very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Attached to the nice golf course, and the location was perfect for our golf holiday. Would definitely return

I have been meaning to write a review for the Atta Terrance Club Towers, because we were hesitant to book due to a lack of recent reviews. I’m here to tell you not to hesitate! We stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon and had such a wonderful stay. The room was very nice, as were the hotel grounds - I wish we had realized how large their garden was and spent more time there, it was incredible. We enjoyed the evening snacks and cocktail hour, and the breakfast was excellent. Shout out to Yara who was so friendly and kind, and spoke excellent English! We enjoyed seeing him at meal times and getting to know him. The rest of the staff were all so kind and accommodating as well. The infinity pool is gorgeous – and so relaxing, although the cicadas were loud at the time of our visit in October. They don’t have a direct beach, but will give you access to their sister hotel a few minutes away. Since we had rented a car this was no problem for us and worked out great. Would love to come back again one day!

Great experience- the Terrace hotels are fantastic and they really took care of us. When we showed up at The Atta Terrace Club Towers, the pool and beach club were unfortunately closed (until April 1st). But we talked with Arakaki who works there and he was able to move us to the sister hotel (Busena Terrace) where the indoor pool and the beach activities were open. He personally drove us over, and we ended up having a wonderful time. We like the Terrace hotels very much, Arakaki is fantastic, and we would certainly entrust them with our stay next time we are here.

Prices were a little steep as we stayed in the property during Japan's Golden Week from the 1st to 5th May. ||||With that said, the best part of our stay has to be the service rendered by every single staff in the property. Special shout-out to Kyan and Nishi who assisted us the most as they could converse in English more fluently. Their assistance and recommendation has helped us enjoyed our stay even more. ||||Comparing to other properties in Japan, the size of the room is considered a luxury and although decor is a little old; the comfort level is amazing. Housekeeping does an amazing job as well. ||||The only reason this wasn't 5 stars was because it has limited choices when it comes to dining and as well as other leisure activities. ||During one of the nights, we decide to visit their sister property for a BBQ dinner, and we really weren't impressed. However, within the property, dinner options weren't impressive as well. ||||Personally i was also disappointed to know that there isn't a gym at this huge property and onsen/spa area was huge, and under-utilized. Hence maintenance was also poor, making the place look old and tired. ||||Within this property, everywhere you turn is a beautiful scenic spot where you can just relax and enjoy a quiet stay. Another favorite part of our stay is that, there are no screaming children and everything is just peaceful. ||||Extremely suitable for couples who are on a honeymoon, and if you need an escape from the bustling cities/towns.

My partner and I stayed there for three nights. The room in the south tower was spacious. The staff were all helpful as in most cases in Japan. The room we stayed in had a slightly old feel to it, eg the air con was noisy and had been there a while and there was an absence of USB charge points. The Wifi was really poor too but these are all first world problems! |The pool was lovely, afternoon snacks and ‘ free’ drinks in the evening were enjoyable. |Breakfast choice was quite vast, the menu items perhaps unnecessary. There was one member of staff who was so nice, a guy from Khazakstan, made us feel really welcome (it wasn’t Borat!)...

Where to start.. When arriving at this hotel they immediately take care of your luggage and your car. They welcome you with a tasty welcome drink and explain the hotel premises. From this point on, you’re covered by awesome and very attentive staff. If you’re looking for a perfect place to relax a few days while being in Japan, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a crowded spot with a lot of activities, stay somewhere else. Make sure you’re attending the complimentary cocktail hour with champagne, cocktails and appetizers, it’s a perfect start before dinner. Food-wise you’ll not be disappointed, neither at breakfast nor at tea-time, cocktail hour or dinner. Overall I can only recommend that place. It’s definitely not cheap, but absolutely worth it. They made our honeymoon stay an absolutely memorable lifetime event.

A hotel with everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing stay, and nothing you don't. We loved the Library Lounge & Bar, the Spa, the garden and the views. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff - the concierge service made all our reservations (even those at outside restaurants), then communicated with the whole team such that we didn't even have to tell the taxi where to go!
