The Aures Hotel & Banquets

My parents recently stayed at this lovely hotel along with two family friends couples, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere throughout their stay. One of the highlights for all of them was the food, it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and rich, satisfying flavors. The breakfast buffet in particular was a big hit. All three couples felt truly cared for and appreciated the outstanding hospitality from start to finish. They had a relaxing and memorable time. Nice stay arrangements and good food. All the staff very honest. During my recent stay (21at and 22nd August 2025 in hotel room number 611, I forgot to pick my golden ring from room, but in the evening, I got call from Reception and got the ring lying where it was in the morning.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is cooperative and the food is amazing. Extra shout out for Mr. Ganesh sir (FNB Manager) for amazingly hospitality experience. ||You must try out amazing cocktails from Harry's bar.

I visited the hotel on 7- 9 thJuly 2025 on official visit and travelled solo. The hotel is around 4 km from station.. It's an executive hotel with most people on business visit. Staff is nice and polite. The only drawback is the buffet of breakfast and dinner. Choices are limited. Even then they were unable to fill the counter with the food mentioned in the menu on time. I couldn't even able to have the starters one night. One has to wait for several minutes to get the things mentioned in menu. That was frustrating. Prices of room too felt on a higher side as compared to services offered. No dental kit!!!!!

Breakfast and dinner were one of the best of my all over world experience. Good variety and taste.|Very responsive and quick staff.|The Hotel is joyful.

Though the room was good. But not maintained properly. Saw cockroach during my stay. Considering the cost the service and quality is poor.

Had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and every facility was top-notch. The food was delicious, with great taste and excellent quality. Truly a perfect blend of hospitality and comfort.

The Aures has become a synonym of a quality business hotel and good dining experience. Service quality is excellent, I am experiencing it almost around a decade. Management is keen to ask for the feedback and maintain high standards of professionalism. Buffet menu is excellent, variety of choices in Veg and NonVeg section, service is quick and most importantly the food is tasty. Friendly F&B manager Ganesh with whom I remember chatting for over a decade, makes me feel welcomed at hotel. Though all food I tasted is good, their korean dish 'Kimchi' is really authentic and a must try if you are interested in a different taste. So, overall I am highly satisfied customer. Please keep it up.
