Great value for money hotel! We've had a Superior room for 4 nights. The room was of a decent size -not sure what people expect in a big city with lack of room in the buildings- and 2 people can easily manage with 2 big and 2 small suitcases. It was unexpectedly quiet at night and it was clean as well. The staff is not very warm yet they are very efficient and polite so no complaint about that. We were very happy with our choise and I would stay there again with pleasure!

The double room is small but functional — it can fit two 28-inch suitcases and two small carry-ons while still leaving enough space to move around comfortably if you’re traveling solo. It may feel a bit tight for two people. The lobby is lovely and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need. Best of all, it’s only a 2-minute walk to the Asakusa View Hotel, where you can conveniently catch the airport limousine bus to both NRT and HND airports. Overall, a practical and well-located stay.

I’ve visited Japan multiple times and have always admired and respected Japanese culture and etiquette — I bow, I say arigatou gozaimasu, and I genuinely try to follow local customs wherever I go. However, this hotel was such a shock. The Japanese man at check-in was incredibly abrupt and blunt, no warmth, no welcome, just cold and dismissive. We’d just come from other cities where hospitality was amazing, so this was a real letdown. We actually wanted to leave right then and there. The following day, we had another unpleasant encounter with a different reception staff member (non-Japanese) when asking to borrow an iron again — same rude attitude. We checked out this morning and honestly couldn’t wait to get out. No “how was your stay,” no smile, no basic courtesy — nothing. If you’re someone who values good manners and genuine hospitality, don’t stay here. The rooms were dirty, and the staff’s attitude matched the lack of cleanliness. Truly disappointing for Japan. Still shocked at the Japanese staffs attitude.

Location is great next to a train line. Popular Hotel with tour groups. The hotel room white walls have lots of dark marks from luggage. Nice view of Asakusa, we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Tottette always run out within half an hour resulting in disappointed kids. Room is clean. Dated non-smart TV. Kids prefer hotels with Smart TVs. Room size is alright.

Located with walking distances to all the places in asakusa. Small hotel but clean. Breakfast buffet is decent with enough offering and decent quality for western and eastern fares. Reception has tea and coffee complimentary. From 8-10pm there is also pastry which is complimentary. Only complaint I have is that they only have 2 washer and dryer. Washer is 300 yen. And dryer is 100 yen/30 min. You need at least 1.5-2 hours to get your clothes dry though. So there is a bottle neck with the laundry services.

The B Asakusa, is great. Its location although a little away from the actual city of Tokyo. It doesn’t matter. The underground system as next level. You can be anywhere within 30-40 min. Asakusa is also a lovely place to explore. The hotel itself is, really good. The rooms are a little small, but I’ve found this with most of the places I’ve stayed in this part of the world. But comfortable, bed is great to relax in after a long day of exploring. Wi-Fi as you’d expect in Japan really good. Need to think about storage, but it’s workable. Staff are all very helpful, the coffee and cakes in the evening are a nice touch. All in all you can’t t fault the hotel. Top notch.

I've stayed in different hotels across Japan for a week, and this one is by far the most disgusting and disappointing. The room looked superficially cleaned, but it was actually dirty. Towels were wet as if they hadn't been replaced, hair was stuck on the bathroom wall, the bedsheet had stains, and there were dirty marks all over the wall. The room was much smaller than the advertised 21 sqm. The lobby looks neat and modern, but the room condition is completely different. This hotel is deceptive, unhygienic, and uncomfortable - I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location in Asakusa, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The room itself was nice and felt spacious enough for Tokyo. It was clean but not spotless, like other hotels in Japan - mainly due to skid marks on the wall (probably hard to clean due to wallpaper being used) and the shower area could have been cleaner (some stains on shower floor).Staff were helpful and friendly. There is coffee and tea at the lobby, as well as some pastries in the evening.Happy with the rate I got, thanks to Agoda.

Yelp
Extremely clean. VERY helpful staff. Wonderful shower. Room shades made room absolutely black. NO outside noise. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel!

Yelp
Beautiful and clean facilities. Staff helpfulness is 5 stars. Rooms are clean and organized albeit small. They provide complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby and complimentary pastries from 8-10pm. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent with different foods different offering western and eastern fares. I would totally give it 5 stars but deducted one stars for having only 2 washer and 2 dryer. It would not be much of a problem if the dryer are efficient but the washer takes 30 minutes but dryer actually takes 1.5 hours. Just FYI for those looking to do laundry. Also please don't forget to clean out the lint filters.
