The B Birria & Burgers

I just had an incredible burger from The B Birria & Burgers in Lindale, Tx. The line was out the door when I first arrived but it didn’t stop me at all. Plus, the line moved rather quickly. I ordered “The B”. It’s their signature burger topped with birria style meat, candied bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, chipotle sauce, and a jalapeño cheddar sourdough bun. It’s also served with fresh hand cut fries. The burger itself was seared to perfection. The fat to meat ratio was more than ideal for a tender and juicy patty. The shredded beef on top of the patty was excellent and full of flavor. The grilled onions and the chipotle sauce were such a nice added touch to an overall amazing burger. The perfectly toasted jalapeno cheddar sourdough bun did a fantastic job of holding everything together, while adding another element into the mix. The fries deserve a paragraph of their own, seeing as they’re in a league of their own. They are crispy on the outside with a fluffy, pillowy interior. What really sets them apart is the signature sweet and salty seasoning. It’s a perfect blend of sugar, seasoning salt, and something else that I’m assuming is brown sugar. Each bite hits that addictive sweet and savory balance. They remind me of a better version of Wingstop fries. By the way, the amount of fries they give you is insane!!! I highly recommend stopping by and seeing how good their food really is.

Stopped in with the family today & got the Bubba Burgers. Man, were they good! 1/3 lb patty on a jalapeno sourdough bun. Tasted like heaven. Old school fries were good too, but the burger definitely stole the show. The owner's mother, Birdi was such a sweetheart & made us feel right at home. Even got a hug on the way out. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

We were near Lindale when my daughter said she had been following The B Birria & Burgers on Facebook and had been wanting to eat there. Since we were just a few minutes away, we decided to head that way and give it a try. The place was clean and the prices were good. Food was exceptional, and we were glad we went the extra distance to go to Lindale.

2025 05-01 Terrific Thirsty Thursday! Bombastic Bubba Burgers, Seasoned Fries and choice of Drink for $10.00!! You gotta eat here! An earlier post: Although small on space, this place serves up incredible food and service! The burgers are the bomb and the Birria bowl was enough for two! Well done!

This place is fire! The burgers are so good and I can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu! The kids meals are awesome and the churros for dessert were amazing!

Never been here before. You will miss it if you aren’t paying attention driving and we never knew what it was until somebody recommended us to go here. Good place to eat. Quick service and friendly staff. We got the lunch food early in the day and it was very good. We saw some people with the breakfast plates and they looked gooooooood!!! We just weren’t in the mood for breakfast food. But we will be coming back for sure. Recommend trying the place out. Thanks!!

Everything we've tried has been delicious! Our favorites are the Birria Tacos and any of the burgers. The fries are killer too! Outstanding service always!

Don't be confused by the unassuming space...this place was FIVE WHOLE STARS! Sweet smiling cashier made some awesome recommendations and both were super yum!! The Birria Ramen and the Quesadilla Burger...I already can't wait to go back and try something else!

The best little eatery in Lindale. They work hard to provide their customers with the best quality, unique fare, and friendly service. My favorite is the Birria Ramen, and their fries are unbeatable (ask for extra seasoning!). Love supporting local, and love supporting this family!

Small unassuming place with big bold flavor! We had the beef birria tacos- some of the best I've ever had. Going back tomorrow for a cheeseburger and fries!!!

Stopped by this place at the end of a long drive and was hoping for any kind of soup. We didn't find soup. What we found was a cozy, warm dining room with friendly and helpful service and a menu that was easy to choose from because there were only 4 main items. We ordered the recommended Birria tacos, a side of street corn (delish), and a quesadilla burger with fries (not a fan of sugared fries). The tacos and the Birria sauce were delicious, but the burger was a bit too overbaconed (not the reason for 4 starts). The warm temperatures in the dining room and a bit too much grease with the food cost ate the star

Stopped here on the way home from a road trip and have nothing but phenomenal things to say!! very hole-in-the-wall from the outside, but the food is SPECTACULAR and the owner/staff is so so welcoming and sweet. I ordered the beef quesabirria tacos, easily one of the best i've had. My dad got the birria burger and he was at a loss for words with how delicious it was. My mom just got a regular burger not expecting anything crazy and said it was phenomenal as well!! I'd give 10 stars if i could. This place deserves to be packed 24/7

Worst customer service! Took my order waited until my wife got there to tell her that they didn't have beef and gave me Pork Tacos instead. Tacos were nasty and full of grease! Definitely do not recommend and will not eat there again!

The birria tacos are delicious! They're very flavorful and the consume is great, it's the perfect consistency! I also order street corn and it was so good. The service was great. The ambiance was clean. I definitely will be back.

A welcome change from the burger chains. I order their fries every day for lunch. They now offer a patty melt! Do yourself a favor, go check it out!

Bubba catered our family Christmas lunch this year and he absolutely killed it. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and was just...easy. He thought of everything plus more when setting us up with one of the best taco/nacho bars I have ever enjoyed. Everything tasted amazing and he did it for one of the fairest prices imaginable. His catering let our family have a lot less stress by not having to cook and it tasted better than anything I would have made. Thanks for helping our family have a great Christmas! We will be coming back for catering of future family events.

We were on a road trip heading home , looking for place to eat that isn't fast food chain!!! Found this place!!!Amazing food! Small hole in the wall, homemade, very tasty food! We tried the tacos / burger/ and quesadilla burger, all 3 were delicious! The owner is very friendly and proud and he should be! We will definitely add to our stop every time we are around here!!!

I saw where they posted on Facebook today that the Bubba burger was the special of the day. So I dined in and got the bubba burger and a taco. This place is awesome. The burger was seasoned properly and the homemade french fries were to die for. I didn't catch the owners name, but he was a super nice guy and you could tell he is passionate about what he does. I will return.

All I can say is YUMMM! Fresh, fast and hot! So glad we finally worked our schedule with theirs. We'll be back for sure!!

Delicious slightly pricey food with great service. The Keto tacos were unusual looking (a bit like grilled cheese) but excellent. It's best to order in advance and then pick it up or dine inside. Temperature indoors in the Summer is ok if you can sit near the strong A/C output - Otherwise quite warm inside if hot outside.

I got a bunch of French fries that were dark dark brown.... I looked around and the people that came in after me had lighter brown... my burger I could tell was from good quality Gabriel's but it was sauggy and greacy... I was not in a mood yo complain and I could not have to make complaining g a part of my already depressing day..... grrr

I got the bubba burger, the staff were helpful with my questions and very kind. Building is small but very "country burger stop." They did well with the space they have. My food was incredible. Fresh, huge meal for less than I would spend for a fast food burger meal! Everything was great, but the star of the show was the sourdough jalapeño bun! Made the whole meal. Support local businesses!

Our household are huge fans of this place! I love everything on the menu, especially the limited edition items! Food is pretty fast too, especially because they're so popular.

We tried this much talked about place for the first time today. We went with the #2 just to see if the regular hamburger was good. And man was it ever good! I was leery of the jalapeño bun but it was delicious. Next time we will set outside and try the quesadilla burger. I ate my hamburger so fast I forgot to take a picture.

Tasty but reeeeeeally greasy! Reasonable priced. Nice people, just way too much grease.

This is by far the best place to get a burger beats the so called famous east Texas burger a million to one The bun is soft the meat seasoned to perfection awesome hand cut fries I get extra crispy My favorite is the quesadilla burger with chipotle mayo then the pork birria tacos can't go wrong Bubba is awesome and so is his staff

Old high school friends on facebook recommended this place on our next trip to Lindale. They all said it was great and it didn't disappoint. Ordered 4 Bubba burgers, each unique to individual preferences. They were really good. Will definitely make a point to stop in on our next visit.

I like the smash burger and fries. I order fries without seasoning to cut the salt. It's a small joint with good carry out business. One can eat inside and it's clean. Have been eating at B's repeatedly.

Great burger. Dining room small. Owner told my spouse if she didn't like burger she'd pay nothing. She liked very much. Need a little more parking.

New place that just opened in Lindale. Definitely go check them out. The food was great and great customer service. I will be back to taste their other items and bring the family next time.

Wow! This place is awesome. We had the beef tacos and they were as good as we had heard. I will be back to A) have more tacos and B) have more tacos. We have also heard the burgers are good.

The food here was fantastic. There were four items on the menu with several modifications that could be made to those items. I was there with a group of four, so we tried The B and the burger ( I think this was menu item 2). We had The B with beef and one with pork, both were fantastic (but really big). We had the burger as it is on the menu and one plain and dry. The B was special, but there was too much going on to compare it to anyone else. The burger, with or without cheese, was one of the best homemade burgers I have ever tasted. They are served with some fantastic fries. All around well done food options. I wish I could come back regularly, but I drove two hours to try this food, so I won't be a regular but I will be back. It was definitely worth the drive. True hidden gem.

Me and my hubby were in Lindale, from Dallas, visiting friends. We stopped by here since we were recommended the place. It is a small, hole in the wall, locally owned place. Their menu was small, but the food was soooo good. He ordered a burger and I ordered the Birria Tacos. I couldn't decide pork or beef so they gave me two of each. Absolutely delicious! I would definitely want to come here again whenever we're in town!

This was an amazing find. Recommended by a local and they were spot on. "The B" was amazing. Had them load up the fries and it did not disappoint. Definitely a top 5 burger in my book.

Saw this place on Yelp. We thought we'd give it a shot. Pic of fries looked wonderful!!! Not too many menu choices, which ok, it's a small place but the two burgers they have were on a Jalapeño bun. I asked for a regular bun. They didn't have one. I decided on the Smashburger. Burger in tortilla. I asked for Ranch instead of Chipotle Mayo. It came out with Chipotle Mayo and not Ranch dressing. It had tons of cheese and tons of chopped vegetables it all slid right out. Tortilla became all soggy. All i can say is the Fries were very good and was way too much money. You pay before so I added tip when I paid...so almost $40 for just my husband and I. I would've been fine with that if it was great but can't say I'll ever go back. Oh and most of our dinner was spent listening to a slicer or something on the other side of the dining wall pounding against it. So there was that on a Friday night at 7:00.

The tacos were fantastic. The Tres Leches cake was great. The staff was very friendly, and the service was also terrific. Do yourself a favor, and go!

Place is legit! I ordered tacos and the burger/fries. Burger and fries didn't even make it home. Toasted bun, fresh veggies, patty cooked to perfection. Homemade twice fried fries were amazing. Tacos are fully loaded with all the ride sides, loaded with flavor. Must try!

Food is tasty, service pleasant, ambiance adequate, prices outrageous! Probably will not go back.

Best tacos I have ever had! Only complaint is the building itself. Small and hot! I'd recommend ordering over the phone and picking up because it does take awhile. If you haven't stopped here, it's a must try for tacos!
