On my recent stay at this hotel, I had booked here with breakfast included. Breakfast was awful, and mostly NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. All foods appeared bleached, Canned food or from Plastic packages. Relatively big hotel had only about 6-10 guests for breakfast. Nothing was fresh. No fruits. No soups. No cheese or nuts for breakfast ? Awful Coffee and bread. SAME AWFUL MENU EVERYDAY. I got sick of it, so I had to go nearby to Nagoya Tokyu Hotel, which had pleasant breakfast.

I love this hotel! We stayed here for more than half a month and even though the hotel room is small, we were both able to comfortably stay there. We had a total of 4 luggages and it was very convenient that the bed had some space at the bottom for luggage to be stored so our room wasn’t cluttered with our luggages and we were able to move freely inside. Room was clean and they gave us new towels, pajamas, and other room amenities daily. Staff was nice and fluent in english. They had an ice machine, laundry machines, and a microwave on the 3rd floor. Another great thing about this hotel was that they offered free donuts and other pastries in the lobby at 3pm onwards. Coffee was also available 24/7. Location was the best part of this hotel! It was a few min walk to sakae station and yabacho station. A lawson was on the first floor. Malls were infront of the hotel. There was so much food options available nearby! Oasis 21 was just a few min walk from the hotel. The airport bus stops at the nearby bus station which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggages. Note that they are very strict with the check-in time and they do not allow early check-in. We’ll definitely book this hotel again the next time we’re in Nagoya

It is a typical business hotel, but the location is excellent and convenient. It is in the Sakae area, where you can walk almost anywhere nearby. The receptionists can understand and speak good English. The service was great, and they welcomed us with free coffee, donuts, and other welcome snacks.

Free coffee at the lobby and free donuts/pastries in the afternoon for all their checked in guests!! Best and most convenient hotel location close to Sakae bus terminal (to and from airport) and Sakae station (trains and subways) - surprisingly affordable too. Walking distance to all major malls and tourist spots like the hisaya dori park, chubu electric tower and oasis 21. There's a Lawson downstairs too which is very convenient. Rooms are just right size. They don't do daily cleaning service though but they change towels and refill some toiletries everyday.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. While the convenience of the location is great, more attention to housekeeping would improve the overall experience.

- I arrived early and asked the front desk for early check in to which they agreed(with extra fee). -Location is perfect. Access to the subway, hisaya odori park, and shopping areas. -there's free coffee, and other 'take-some' amenities at the lobby like hair brush, hair ties, shaving cream etc. -also, when I got there they had donuts(and daifuku) every 15:00.

If you need to work online, this is not the place for you. The internet keeps losing connection. There was about a 20-minute gap between my first call to the front desk and my second call. (And on my second call, they only answered after I called three times.) During this time, the internet would come back briefly and then disappear again. Every time I called the front desk, they lied, telling me, "We just reset the modem, check again in 5 minutes." This is the worst.

The hotel room is very clean . The bathroom is a bit small but it's ok because it is very clean also. The staff are accommodating. They offer free donuts and coffee at the lobby. Nearby there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping stores . Breakfasts is EXCELLENT.. i will surely book again when i come back to nagoya. The room rates are cheap and affordable.

Yelp
Our first two nights in Japan were spent in Nagoya, and the b was a great hotel to base our stay. We were a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much everything we wanted to see, which was a huge sell for us. The rooms were great, though the bed was a bit hard as I discovered most beds in Japan are. Free coffee in the lobby wasn't great, but it was good enough and was available 24/7, which was a huge help for us with the jetlag. Staff was very friendly on check-in. Convenience store right at the ground floor.
