The hotel location was fantastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were adequate but the bed was way too firm for my liking. The shower was in a bath tub and required you to step in over a high side. This is quite common here though. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot of options for foreigners which is fine but something to consider. There were often donuts and sweet treats to enjoy in the foyer. They happily stored our luggage prior to check in.

Staff is so bad attitude. They messed up the room type i booked abd Asked us to change two times of rooms during our 2 nights only stay! They didn't put Customer experience in the first spot and kept arguing that it's not their problem! We have been negotiationg more then one hour last night and this noon! We just came back from Marathon and barely can move and need urgent rest! But stupid front desk staff had us stand hearing their explanation for 2 hrs! And we were hungry and tired but they just let us stand by their desk. No caring at all! This is extremely ridiculously worst experience we ever had! We are so disappointed!! To This city! And this hotel! And their staff! They totally destroyed our trip in Nagaya! Will never come back! Rubbish! And they touched our luggage without oour permission And packed our staff and took our luggage and put into the front desk! How disrespectful and offending privacy! We Asked who is the manager And they told us 'the manager is off today! ' What a Customer first! What a rubbish hotel!

All is good. Location also good except u planning to come from Nagoya station with big luggage as the hotel is 2 stations away. You may need to carry them up and down for staircase.

Me and my family have stayed at The B Hotel Nagoya multiple times and always loved its convenience. We even recommend it to close friends and relatives. However, my recent visit (Feb 20-22 & Feb 24-27) was so disappointing due to service inconsistencies and questionable treatment by Mr. Yusuke Ishikawa||1. Housekeeping Issues – Room had visible dirt under the bed and even a stray pubic hair inside the toilet. While I chose not to report it at the time, expecting it to be an isolated oversight, I now feel compelled to mention it given the overall experience of my stay.||2. Inconsistent Service – During my first stay, I was easily given an extra key, but on Feb 24, front desk staff, Yusuke Ichikawa, refused, speaking to me in a hostile manner. I travel alone with my child, and my uncle and sister, staying in a nearby APA hotel, were just assisting with our luggage — his reaction felt unnecessary and to be honest borderline racism because when my uncle began speaking to him in Japanese, he suddenly changed his tone but still refused to provide us with an extra key card (such a very minor request if you ask me)||3. Offensive Accusations – When I later questioned the inconsistent key policy, another staff member wrongfully claimed that having visitors in my room (not staying just visiting) was illegal under "Japanese criminal law" — which is simply untrue and to be honest, a claim that's so uncalled for.||This experience felt discriminatory, considering other guests had visitors without issue. While I previously enjoyed this hotel, this treatment made me feel unwelcome and unfairly singled out. Management needs to ensure consistent policies and respectful service for all guests regardless of nationality.||Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.||⭐ Rating: 2/5

Right in the center, rooms are relatively big and comfortable. Bed looks western but still hard. Goid breakfast and in the afternoon you can get a very yummy cookie

On my recent stay at this hotel, I had booked here with breakfast included. Breakfast was awful, and mostly NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. All foods appeared bleached, Canned food or from Plastic packages. Relatively big hotel had only about 6-10 guests for breakfast. Nothing was fresh. No fruits. No soups. No cheese or nuts for breakfast ? Awful Coffee and bread. SAME AWFUL MENU EVERYDAY. I got sick of it, so I had to have my breakfast in some other places.

All standard facilities in rooms are available and are good enough but we had a problem with the washing and drying machine that didn't dry and maybe wash enough and gave us back a laundry even stinkier than before cleaning.

I love this hotel! We stayed here for more than half a month and even though the hotel room is small, we were both able to comfortably stay there. We had a total of 4 luggages and it was very convenient that the bed had some space at the bottom for luggage to be stored so our room wasn’t cluttered with our luggages and we were able to move freely inside. Room was clean and they gave us new towels, pajamas, and other room amenities daily. Staff was nice and fluent in english. They had an ice machine, laundry machines, and a microwave on the 3rd floor. Another great thing about this hotel was that they offered free donuts and other pastries in the lobby at 3pm onwards. Coffee was also available 24/7. Location was the best part of this hotel! It was a few min walk to sakae station and yabacho station. A lawson was on the first floor. Malls were infront of the hotel. There was so much food options available nearby! Oasis 21 was just a few min walk from the hotel. The airport bus stops at the nearby bus station which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggages. Note that they are very strict with the check-in time and they do not allow early check-in. We’ll definitely book this hotel again the next time we’re in Nagoya

Yelp
Our first two nights in Japan were spent in Nagoya, and the b was a great hotel to base our stay. We were a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much everything we wanted to see, which was a huge sell for us. The rooms were great, though the bed was a bit hard as I discovered most beds in Japan are. Free coffee in the lobby wasn't great, but it was good enough and was available 24/7, which was a huge help for us with the jetlag. Staff was very friendly on check-in. Convenience store right at the ground floor.
