Oh my goodness me. Day trips to Toowoomba just got even better...to be honest a trip just for The Baker's Duck would be more than justified. I can't fault a single thing but honorable mention to the incredible assortment of eclairs and anything wrapped around their buttery croissant pastry. So delicious, so decadent and so very naughty. Thank you

I arrived around 11 AM today, and to my surprise, the flavor I wanted most was already sold out! I’ll probably have to go earlier next time. This time, since I bought 14 pastries all at once, I spent a bit of time at the counter placing the order, but the staff were very patient and helpful—truly appreciated. When I received my coffee and the freshly baked croissants, along with the friendly staff chatting with us, it made for such a lovely afternoon. Thank you so much, and I’ll definitely be back next time!😊

The Baker's Duck is our favourite Toowoomba bakeries without question. The boutique atmosphere paired with the delicious smell of fresh pastries is only second to the quality of the food itself. We have tried a range of sweet and savoury pastries without disappointment. We will continue coming every Saturday and highly recommend this beautiful bakery, paired with quality coffee to all. Note: BEST ham and cheese croissant we have ever had - our favourite item on the menu!

A very popular with the locals. Was busy even though there was a hurricane warning...but heck..weather is mild at the moment. Bought a chunky beef pie: piping hot when you first bite into it. Beef was indeed chucky as indicated. Can tell it's premium stuff. The beef chunks were tender and the veggie chunks were at a good ratio to compliment the heaviness of the beef. The pastry is a tad flat and a bit too brown at first glance. Cost $12 though. The most expensive pie I have ever purchased. Worth the money?? I think $8 to $10 would be a better price point. Awesome beef sausage rolls! They also had meat pies that I wanted to try, but everything was chunky beef and mushroom, while I prefer mince, so I didn't try it. I appreciate the price honest transparency in that the displayed menu price is what you are actually charged; no sneaky and deceptive back-end card charges. The prices are a bit high, $11 for one sausage roll, but the quality is very good so I don't mind paying a bit more. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of indoor seating and also some seating outside. Service is good, fast and efficient. I will definitely be back next time I am in Toowoomba, and hopefully they will add a mince beef and cheese pie to the menu for those of us who aren't fans of chunky beef 🙏

Best pain au chocolat that I have had in Australia's so far reminds me of the one from my home country ( France) . Fantastic bread and pastries and great service. Definitely recommend

Wonderful treats, excellent staff and great coffee! A must try in Toowoomba. I had a almond and raspberry brownie, which was absolutely delightful. Light, fresh and wish I'd bought more!

Amazing bakery !!! Great variety and very tasty. My favourite is the veggie quiche.
