Everyone I'm fairly certain tha this great German eatery is located in Samcheong Dong. A second look at Google Map (April 2018) and my picture of the storefront are very close. One does not go to Korea for German food but if you skip this place you're missing out on some great German food. I can't say enough about it, the service was excellent the food quality and quantity was good and you had room to sit without being packed in like some establishments. The food and pricing in a great value for the portions and price. We'll be back next summer. If the owners see this please provide a street address.

It’s German style bakery near Itaewon. A bit dry chocolate croissant but good. Not sweet. Will come back to get brunch later!

This is a dish that feels suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With just one bite, you can tell that high-quality ingredients were used. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are friendly. Although the price is a bit high, it seems reasonable considering the quality of ingredients and the sourcing process.

This place is unbelievable!! All of the food was incredible, we came for brunch and it was absolutely amazing! Not a single complaint at all, this is a great place for bread withOUT the sugar, all home made and it is so delicious!

Excellent food, tasted good, helpful staff and patrons for this traveler. Quiet enough to have conversations.

The savory food and bakery section are both decent but nothing spectacular. You're paying a premium for foods not usually offered in Korea like the Schnitzel. Staff do not take food orders and instruct you to the automated machine (no English language options despite being in Itaewon). Staff also generally quite steely: despite being modelled on a countryside farmshop, the staff are more like disinterested supermarket workers (perhaps there is an additional smile charge). Table was sticky and many tables not cleaned up despite being a relatively quiet Wednesday afternoon. This is the second time I've visited. The first time was also a similar experience and I won't be returning.

Authentic and delicious German cuisine in Korea. The place is crowded but the food is nice. You may try but won't regret it for western cuisine lovers.

"Sadly Disappointing: 'The Baker's Table'" I recently visited "The Baker's Table" café in Seoul, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Firstly, the price for breakfast is a whopping 13,500 Won - and that's without drinks! This is simply too expensive. Another major point of criticism was the service. The staff were very distant and generally rather unfriendly. There was a distinct lack of hospitality, which made the meal even less enjoyable. Furthermore, the café did not have air conditioning, only fans. With the heat outside, this was unfortunately not enough to provide a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the café is located directly on a noisy street, which further increased the noise level. The preparation time of the food was okay, nothing special, but also not to complain about. However, what stood out was the lack of straws for cold drinks and the completely bent cutlery, which simply did not make a good impression. In conclusion, I can only say that "The Baker's Table" is more of an overpriced hot dog stand with unfriendly staff than a pleasant café to linger in. There are certainly better options in Seoul to look for.
