Our overall experience at The Bale was excellent. The staff in this hotel were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful from reception, restaurant service, housekeeping |to maintenance staff in the hotel.||The deluxe villa was spacious, clean and well maintained with a good sized pool. The breakfasts were delicious. ||The hotel app allowed communication between guests and the hotel from towel requests to organising transport which is a real benefit. ||There is good access to Geger beach which is a short walk away. Access to Canna Beach Club was provided by the hotel with the advantage of no minimum spend required.||An added bonus for us is that this is an adults only hotel. Overall an excellent hotel and we are looking forward to returning.||A big thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed at the Balé for our honeymoon recently and were so impressed with the service! The villa was clean, well kept and had everything we needed, even doing up the room with rose petals for our honeymoon. The food was delicious but above all each and every one of the staff members were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and the app made it very easy to arrange bookings and services. The team at the Balé are absolutely lovely and genuinely care, they have a laugh as well and are always up for a chat. We will miss seeing their happy faces every day. You don’t get customer service like that back home anymore!

We stayed at The Bale for our honeymoon and it was everything we could have imagined and more! ||The minute we arrived, we felt instantly in holiday mode. The staff have been so amazing, kind and accommodation - Benny, Bayu, Kiki, Duaw - just to name a few of the incredible staff we have had the privilege of meeting and knowing during our time here. ||Our villa has been our absolute dream - private pool, extremely comfortable bed, outdoor showers. ||We recommend all the facilities - the spa was amazing, so much so we went 3 times during our stay! But also the cooking class - highly recommended if you want to experience the local fish market and day out. ||We feel so lucky to have come to The Bale. Thank you SO much to the incredible staff, our time here has truly been amazing. I am already looking at coming back in September 2026!

The most amazing place to stay! We came for our honeymoon, and our stay was incredible. The staff were absolutely amazing! So friendly, so welcoming, so accommodating. They make you feel like they know you personally and it is so genuine. The rooms are lovely, given the property is over 20 years old, the facilities and rooms are meticulously kept with twice daily servicing. You would have to be a pretty unhappy person if you picked apart a place like this. Food was 10/10! Perfection! Every single meal we had here, and we eat here a lot, was perfection! We could not rave about The Balé enough! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself with a stay at The Balé

The villas are stunning and more than we could have asked for. They went the extra mile to make us feel looked after. We recently spent 6 days at the Bale Nusa Dua. It was such a a relaxing experience and we where looked after so well. The accommodation has all the amenities you would want with lots of little touches like fresh fruit in the rooms daily. the rooms, gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate and the whole atmosphere is of tranquility. Picture relaxing in your own private pool with frangipani flowers floating down around you gently from shady trees above, an outdoor daybed, delicious meals (with two dinning options Faces Restaurant and the Tapas Bar), attentive friendly staff who go out of their way to look after you. There are two beach options within the resort area, one being The Canna Club which you can take the shuttle to (which you can book at any time on the Bale App, which offers restaurant beach dining and free deck chairs for the day. The other being Geger Beach, a short stroll away from the resort, where you will find beach chairs for hire for the day and available food and drinks for purchase.

Highly recommended. We stayed in a luxury 1 bed villa for 6 nights. The accommodation was spacious, clean and beautiful. Breakfasts were excellent and the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a huge bonus and we used it every day. The kindness and friendliness of the drivers, especially Bayu, enhanced our experience by making excursions easy, cool and safe. Lots of great restaurants and spas nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and ala carte although the menu is rather small. Service staff were very kind and friendly and accommodating. The rooms and resort however was rather dated. Not sure if it’s because we came in November (slight rain)- but our room and around the compound has many worms and also mosquitoes. They can do better w the pest control .
