Great Location, Clean Stay and Good Service – Scope for Better Amenities My stay at Banyan Soul was overall value for money. The property is clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are highly responsive and genuinely try to provide the best possible service whenever approached. The location is a strong advantage. There are several highly rated cafés nearby, and the market as well as the beach are within 5 minutes of driving, which makes it very convenient. However, there are areas for improvement. The property does not offer breakfast or any meals. A paid breakfast option would significantly enhance the experience. At times, no one was present at the reception. Housekeeping is not proactive and needs to be requested rather than being done routinely. Since there is no swimming pool and the bar counter area is not in use, that space could be converted into an activity area with indoor games to improve guest engagement. Overall, a clean and well-located property with good service, but with scope to improve amenities and operational consistency.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly ,always available .|Especially Sumit the owner who provided excellent service. A very enjoyable experience during my stay. I will return soon to again the delights if the hotel.

Currently staying here and quite apalled by the hospitality for the price. My AC wasn’t QCd before check in, wasn’t working through out my stay. My room was cleaned once in seven days. My towels were changed twice in 7 days. I was taken for a ride for the parking while other guests parked wherever they wished. 5/11 times that visited the reception to ask for something, there was no one there. On top of that, the owner and the manager ‘schooled’ me about their policies, reverse engineered them to mask their inadequacies and unsanitary conditions (oh, you have to ask for cleanliness), and didn’t eventually fix anything, and vanished. The listing on agoda clearly mentions daily housekeeping. Quite a scam, if you ask me. Do avoid.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, crawling around like it’s normal here , which is completely unacceptable for any hotel , let alone one charging money to stay here . Clearly, hygiene and basic sanitation mean nothing to this place On top of all this, there is practically no security, making the hotel feel unsafe at all hours. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, zero concern for guest safety. This hotel is a complete nightmare. Do not waste your money, your time, or your peace of mind. Avoid at all costs.

Room was very small which is fine according to the price. But lot of disturbance in the night. We had booked cab to airport but asked them to cancel hours before but the hotel contact guy for cab started to threaten that he will come and stop our goamiles cab..

A very quiet, cozy place at a nice location a km away from anjuna beach and 700m away from main market. It's very economical and property has all the necessary amenities. It's not hotel so no room service here. Rooms are clean and maintained.

Place & rooms are not big as they apear in photos. Decent stay... don't expect much. No bathroom kit, no hair dryer, no iron. Room can accommodate only 2 people. Extra bed costs Rs. 1000, however the bed they provide is in pathetic condition.

Prime location, spacious rooms, nice ambiance. Located in prime area, close to some really nice restaurants/pubs. The staff are friendly, helpful. Overall a great stay!!
