A good place in Anjuna to stay. Family friendly place. Good and peaceful environment throughout. Rooms are good for two. Marcus welcomed us and briefed us of the basic amenities available in the campus. You can even rent a scooter/bike through them for affordable rates. Place is only a 5 mins distance to the Anjuna beach.

We had a stay in this place recently Overall good experience Clean rooms Comfortable beds Clean washrooms Price was little bit high for the featured room offered otherwise it’s a good place to stay preferable. The room size is quite small but manageable.

Rooms are small but very comfortable and beautiful... everything is good but staff is very arrogant. And keep in mind if you take even 5 minutes more than the checkout time limit they will charge 500/- per hour. This thing is very horrible...

Such amazing Property with Pin drop silence , staff is very friendly, we arrived early morning understanding our concern they allowed us early check in and only hotel in Goa which provide free RO water , room are good and bed is comfortable and Provide all OTT subscription and wifi for workation

This is not hotel or resort. It only accommodation near Anjuna beach. Beach is 1.5KM away not walkable you have to take car or bike. Rooms are okay, clean & quite place. Note that there is no parking space only one car can be parked. Otherwise you have to park on too narrow road in front of hotel. No breakfast. Room service on-demand. For breakfast you have option walkable 5min (500meters). No swimming pool though on google about it says pool is there.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly ,always available .|Especially Sumit the owner who provided excellent service. A very enjoyable experience during my stay. I will return soon to again the delights if the hotel.

Stay away and save yourself from this pathetic place. Dirty rooms, nothing like in the description and the owner is so rude that she had the audacity to tell us that she can't talk to people like us - and all this was because we asked for a refund of advance paid because the rooms were not worth staying. It is a 2 star (an Oyo is better). We were told there is a garden, sitting area - it is literally just rooms (no common area, no restaurant, no reception) and when we questioned where is the garden - her reply was 'we removed it because of rains' I mean they have a portable garden. We ended up staying in another hotel nearby and it was so much better at less than the price we were charged here.

The owner is a lier..if she commits of parking she is lying.while booking she said he has parking of 3 cars but instead there is no parking and your vehicle will stand on the road with no safety. Also the room service is worst ac doesn't work,no clean sheets and owner is rude.
