The Barn Café Neukölln

The Barn in Neukölln has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Berlin. The atmosphere is always cozy and welcoming, with such a great vibe. The coffee is absolutely delicious and prepared with real care. The three girls behind the bar are not only incredibly kind but also true experts when it comes to making coffee. What makes it even more special is that you can feel they are not just colleagues but also friends – and that warmth shines through, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere every time. A must-visit for every coffee lover in Berlin!

cute place, CARDS ONLY... Very unusual for Berlin. The staff was very friendly, I had an oat milk flat white ☕ and 🥐 with cheese and ham. Both lovely. Its not the cheapest place around but i really enjoyed my visit here.

You shouldn't go to The Barn for the atmosphere or the staff—it's a sterile, not-at-all-cozy, typical hipster spot. But you should go for the beans. I bought the Caballero beans from La Paz for my moka pot, and the taste was incredible. They'd been roasted just a week before we bought them and practically melted in my mouth. They’ll also grind the beans to the right coarseness for you.

The Coffee is really good. The design is clean and welcoming. The atmosphere inside is really strange, because people only use it as a workspace. Feels like a library. Outside it's perfect when the weather is good. The most ridiculous is the additional fee of 30 cent! for vegetarian milk in your already expensive Coffee. Cow milk today is more expensive than veggie milk. There is no justification for that.

The Barn is my favorite roastery in Berlin, and this shop in Neukölln is probably the best one I’ve been. It has a huge table for working, fast enough wifi and a customer toilet (not every The Barn has it). Special thanks to Mave and Sofia, who are extremely kind and friendly. ☕️

I have no idea about coffee to preface this. I got a coffee nerd friend to recommend this place for the low caf coffee and I have to say that it's just off. Idk how it's supposed to taste but it had an acidic taste to it which I honestly disliked. Not sure how it's supposed to taste tho. Now the service part of it all is what annoyed me the most. My order was forgotten within 30 seconds of the cashier doing something and then they got my order wrong. Wanted a big one and only got a normal sized cup. Beautiful and cozy interior design and great vibes there tho. Really like the lights and the big round table. Cards Only!

words come cheap when trying to describe the exquisite atmosphere, staff and the incromphensible quality of coffee they serve… it feels less like a café and more like stepping into a sacred temple of roasted divinity. each sip is a revelation, a sermon in liquid form that rewires your understanding of flavor. the baristas? prophets in aprons, orchestrating miracles behind the counter.
