The Barrel Room

A must to stop for a lover of fine whiskeys. The Barrel Room is warm and inviting establishment for one looking to explore fine drinks and food. If you love an Old Fashion then you will find the Promised Land at the Barrel Room. Recommended with high marks; the Smoked Old Fashion & the Fig and Vanilla Old Fashion. This was an amazing treat.

The Barrel Room is truly a gem. It’s cozy and inviting. The staff is excellent, we’re greeted with friendly smiles. Eddie the bar tender in the Barrel Room is one of a kind. Eddie will go out of his way to make you something if you don’t know what you want. The food is always really good. They have a great selection. We’ve come with a group and everyone found something they liked. My husband loved the meatloaf and I love the Gorgonzola pizza. If you’re looking for a laid back place with some good food, fun conversation and great drinks this is the place.

My girlfriend and I went to The Barrel Room And had a great experience. This establishment feels like a 1950's speak easy with some contemporary flare and has a great selection at a reasonable price. Our server Kailey was friendly, and her team recommended a balvenie 12 year. Which was a very smooth scotch out of spey side Scotland (northeast region) Overall experience was great we did have to move due to the noise level but it is to be expected given the guests present at the time and no fault of the staff who accommodated the situation quickly! Eddie made us off menu creations that blew us away. Our plan was to come get 1 drink and we ending up getting 5 drinks because the drinks and service Eddie gave us was so phenomenal. We will back again TOMORROW!!!!

Our server Allyson was fantastic! We had the deviled eggs and bruchetta was by far the best I've had. Also their spirit selection is amazing they even had my favorite bourbon old pappy it was excellent!!

My first time here, and my taste buds and stomach were satisfyingly pleased.

Very nice ambiance. Excellent service. But… we made the huge error of ordering off of the State 48 restaurant menu. The food was horrid. The pizza sauce was like straight tomato sauce with no spices or seasonings added. The corned beef Ruben sandwich was greasy and soggy. Just awful. We’ll go back to order off the Barrel Room menu… which is far more limited but a bit more imaginative. The cocktails were pricey and just so-so. Overall… we were disappointed.

A group of 7 went to the Barrell Room in Surprise. The food was delicious. Our waiter Eddy was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They have a very large bar, cocktail and beer menu. I highly recommend The Barrell Room.
