Cool vibes, glad the have jazz and other music performances at this cool venue, essentially jazzy bar, with hummus - my favorite. Next week they have charcuterie boards, perfect!

My wife and I had a fantastic night dancing into the New Year! What a great venue with a fantastic atmosphere. A little understaffed at the bar for the New Years Bash but I'm sure next year they will be prepared given this year's turnout. DJs played various music from across the decades and we had a wonderful time!

What a lovely place! I always bring my friends and visitors and dance all night. Nice variety of seating. Great music, drinks, setup, and vibes. Conveniently located on the plaza. Drinks include local brews, international imports, and tasty non-alcoholic beverages too.

Mixed reviews here! We loved the atmosphere and music. Well drinks affordable, but don't keep your card open. The bar tender tried charging for 12 drinks when we had no more than 7, gave us attitude when asked for itemized receipts. Also they need more than 2 bartenders, waited 20 minutes to get our last drink. $5 cover kept out the rift-raft and was worth it...just watch your tab, and don't let them over-charge you.

Great place ! They always have good music playing. If you go during the week many times no cover. Cover fee on weekends is usually pretty affordable too. Music is always good and the dancing is fun.

Really cool free music events and the bar prices aren't terrible. Seating could be a bit more expansive, since the place fills up and there aren't a lot of standing areas.

The atmosphere, staff, and entertainment that I’ve experienced here so far has been phenomenal. It is an enjoyable space to chat with others closer to open or be impressed by performances from local and traveling talent until close. My only suggestion for The Basement is a few more drink options, but there is something for everyone.
