Lovely personalised boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Service is excellent yet relaxed. Restaurant food is very good! Ambience day & evening is lovely. Beautiful beach & swimming lagoon right in front of the pool & restaurant. Rooms are spacious, comfortable & welcoming, with ample amenities. All-round a wonderful place to stay 🤗🍹🐠🌴

The personel, the service, the location... it was perfect ! Special dedication to Alisson and the restaurant staff, always attentive and attentive. The chef! The dishes are delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed them. A wonderful memory for our first stay in Mauritius.Our room was perfect, as was the location and the view.The food is fantastic, both breakfast and the dishes on the menu.There is a possibility to park your car. Wonderful stay at The Bay, Mauritius We had an amazing experience at The Bay! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always interested in our needs and giving us helpful advice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is located right on the beach, with stunning sunsets every evening. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent, with fresh and tasty options every day. We also enjoyed the live music evenings and the well-organized trips offered by the hotel. Everything was perfect and made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We visited this restaurant twice for dinner and also tried their day package. The food was absolutely delicious on both occasions, and the dinner service was excellent – attentive, friendly, and made the evenings even more enjoyable. For the day package, the setting was beautiful with a stunning view, but the service on the sun beds was just okay – we didn’t receive much attention throughout the day. That said, the staff were all very lovely and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great spot with amazing food and views. I would definitely recommend it for dinner and a relaxing day out.

We went to the Bay Restaurant for a sunset drink and some snacks. I love the place, its right by the beach and the sunset is beautiful. Unfortunately we were not seated at the front seats to be able to enjoy the sunsets without anyone in front of us even though there were free tables which had a direct sunset view.. We asked to sit on these tables but they told us we could only do so at 19.30 but sunset would be long gone by then... And to make things worst other people sat there at some point so we could not understand why we couldn't sit there. If i would have a suggestion, would be to let people sit on these front tables and tell them they need to vacate by 7pm, leaving time for staff to clean up the table for the 7.30pm service then everyone can enjoy the sunset and be satisfied by the service!

We stayed here for a week at the end of a three week trip to Mauritius and what a prefect ending it was. The high quality yet relaxed and welcoming vibe was wonderful. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - from the parking attendant, the receptionists (special thanks to Emilie for recommending an amazing swimming with dolphins experience), the housekeeping & maintenance team (special thanks to Benedict for taking such good care of our room) and restaurant / kitchen / bar staff (everyone was amazing but special thanks to Avish for excellent recommendations). Our room was wonderful, with spectacular sea (and sunset views) - it was a spacious and calm retreat and the balcony was great. Bed was huge and very comfortable and bathroom was well equipped. We ate in the restaurant a number of times and the food and service were consistently excellent. The regular menu has good choice but the specials board meant that there was something new to try every day. Tbh, it was an effort to make ourselves go out and try other places! The bar and pool area make for a great place to relax with a range of different seating areas / loungers. We had a truly fantastic stay and would rebook in a heartbeat! Huge thank you to all the staff who made it such a wonderful experience.
