Absolutely perfect Italian cuisine. Specially if you are having pizza or pasta. The restaurant has a great atmosphere in the middle of the city. They have truly authentic food which are reasonably priced. They have a great accommodating and professional staff. Highly recommend, they never fail to disappoint.

Food was great and ambience was nice too! Ordered two pasta dishes and safe to say, I wasn’t disappointed! Quite happy with the desserts and I felt like the standards still were met from three years back when i visited.

This is by far my favourite restaurant. The pasta and salads are excellent the pizzas have lots of toppings but the base isn’t great so it gets average for pizza. The service is great and friendly particularly the head waiter Bernard. The atmosphere and setting is by far the best in the area with a beautiful garden and porch to eat out on and enjoy the surroundings in a peaceful environment.

Absolutely delightful experience at Bayleaf! We started with a unique starter featuring eggplant and fish, a lovely combination of textures and flavors. The fettuccine with chicken in white cream sauce was rich and perfectly balanced, while the penne pasta was cooked just right. The Mint and Passionfruit Mojito was incredibly refreshing, highly recommended! Service was superb throughout, friendly, attentive, and efficient. A consistently excellent spot for Italian food in Colombo. Will definitely be back!
