The Beach at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

It is hard to accept the €5, which is charged for the bread, which is served without asking. This isn't a local standard in Spain (different than the "coperta" which is typical for Italy or Greece) and didn't happen to us anywhere else on the island either. Most people here are on all-inclusive, so they're not bothered (or take the €60 daily budget to offset). Service is fast and exceptionally friendly, but the policy is simply poor. Food lacks a bit of taste for the price point, but for a pool-restaurant, there's no high standard. Atmosphere is adequate for the area in the hotel that includes kids at the pool, so you might find yourself placed between families managing their minors, who do, what kids do ...

Went here during the pool party at the Chase and Status weekend with my daughter. She said it was best food of the weekend which I agree with. Had to queue to get in, relatively quickly in and decent service.

The staff make up their own prices… it’s a joke because I wish they were genuine about the prices but they’re not and it’s a joke! €100 per person to have the big bed is a joke.

Fantastic place with amazing food and service. Great atmosphere! Entertainment for all guests and fantastic djs and music sets. It’s like a disco club where the pool is your dance floor. Fabulastic! Will come back again! 😜
