Went to their sister store across the street and the host Cindy was very bothered when we said that this location turned us away since the kitchen closed soon and so she went over to vouch for us and explained they simply didn’t have the staff to accommodate our large party. We came back the next day for dinner with an even larger party and the same host Cindy and the manager Cody got us right in and the whole establishment took amazing care of us on top of having great drinks and food. Highly recommend this spot the staff go out of their way to take care of you.

The beach club was amazing. Starting with Cindy, our hostess who we had the night before as hostess at the cottage we were greeted in a warm and friendly way. The food was amazing. The service by Alexa was great and Sean the manager was a pleasure to talk! And the prices were better than anywhere else on siesta key. One of the best meals I’ve ever had! Definitely would recommend.

I’m writing to share a concern about a recent experience I had at your establishment. I’ve always had great times at your venue and have never encountered any issues before, which makes this situation stand out even more. On my most recent visit, a particular bartender — a woman with glasses — displaying behavior that felt unfair and unprofessional. While bouncers had already checked and re-issued wristbands for re-entry (as they always do), this bartender singled out a specific group of girls, including myself, repeatedly asking to see our wristbands. This felt targeted, especially since others were not being approached in the same way. What’s more troubling is that this bartender seemed unconcerned with other more serious matters, such as underage drinking happening around us, which she appeared to ignore completely. Instead, she focused her attention on our group in a way that felt personal, almost like jealousy or resentment was involved. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and judged for no valid reason. Again, I want to emphasize that I’ve always had positive experiences at your venue until now, and I truly enjoy coming here. But this kind of behavior from staff, especially when it feels targeted and inconsistent with how others are treated, affects the atmosphere in a negative way. I’m hoping this message can be taken as constructive feedback to ensure everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.

Drinks where good. The food was enjoyed by all. Great spot the kids to hang out as well, with games to keep them occupied! Management was amazing and helpful.

Aya was AMAZING! Her key lime shots were the best shot we had all vacation. Also, for what it's worth, she kept an eye on the young girls and made sure none of the creepy old dudes were able to 'compromise' their drinks. Talk about a girls girl - Highly recommend visiting her at the bar!

The drink specials were unbeatable and the music was pretty good but otherwise it was horrible in there. There was like a quarter inch of sticky liquid flooding the whole floor, my dress and shoes got completely ruined, somebody poured a drink down my back. Getting a drink took almost 40 minutes and the bartender served a ton of people who got in line much, much later than me. it was a billion degrees, way too crowded, they shouldn't have even let that many people in! Not to be a wet blanket but if there had been some sort of emergency I seriously don't believe that everybody would have gotten out safely, it was like black Friday in there. Some crazy dude started screaming at us and harassing me and my friends while we were waiting for our ride right outside the door and security was standing right there and did absolutely nothing, I definitely wouldn't go back here

My wife and I visited Siesta Key to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned into a night to remember! After dinner, we stumbled upon the Beach Club and decided to pop in for a drink. From the moment we arrived, Cindy welcomed us at the front door with such warmth and enthusiasm—it truly set the tone for the evening. We ordered a couple of drinks from Cooper, who was not only friendly but also made sure our experience was top-notch. Then, something really special happened. Shawn overheard that it was our anniversary, and he went above and beyond. Together with Cindy, he surprised us with singing 'Happy Anniversary'! It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you to Cindy, Cooper, and Shawn for turning a great night into an unforgettable one! We're definitely coming back.

Wow !! We had such a good time here and I really want to shout out the staff! This is the first time we've been here but I guess this is a completely redone space and they have it really nicely set up. The manager put us in the VIP section since there was 7 of us and even though we were just drinking, they took really really good care of us. The manager even came out and gave us some fish dip to try and between her and our server (a cute Australian I think her named started with an A) we got the best service I've had in a Long time. We loved looking at the albums on the wall and loved the live music. Drinks were great and very well priced !! I think the managers name was Brad or Scott ( sorry for not remembering!) but a huge huge shoutout to him !!! Check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing food. Ask for Cooper a great waiter, knows the things that make a customer feel like they are in 5 star restaurant. Will absolutely be back!

Cute place to have a drink, watch a game and listen to live music. Get there before 10 to avoid a cover charge to enter, because it's not worth it, not a real nightclub. Bartenders were great and attentive and our drinks were made well.

This place is literally garbage! Theres a band here which implies they are allowed to charge a cover. However , every single restaurant/ bar in the area DOESN'T charge a cover . The "security " guy Willie is extremely rude and will not let you enter if he doesn't like how you look! Stay away! There's plenty of welcoming friendly places that would love your business!

Last night I came here with my friend, and the bouncer was letting everybody cut the line. There was no organization so pretty much everyone was cutting the line. I had been waiting in the line for almost 2 hours and it was hot asf out. The bouncers here get paid to do nothing and overall the establishment needs to do better. The service was disgusting. Never coming back

Came here and had a great time dancing and music. Ended up getting bottle service and VIP table booth service! We all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. It was a memorable time!!! Very much enjoyed that night... good times! Worth it!

The bouncers at this place are thugs! Read the reviews and beware. My friends ID was broken by the bouncers because he believed it was fake. Even after my friend called the cops to confirm it was a real license the bouncer continued to insist it was a fake. He was such an A$$. Edit: follow up call from Cody was made after my reviews. Said he's going to ask the bouncers what happened. I'll update if he calls back to resolve the issue...I mean pay for the license replacement.

this place deserves 0 stars. Please don't go here, worst place to ever go honestly, floors are all wet, people falling down, i paid $300 for VIP and they kicked my out because i had "too many" but i was minding my own business with my friends not causing a scene or anything, The drinks were horrible because they water it down. so please take my advice and don't go there. Go to a bar where the it's more professional there's a good amount of them in sarasota

First and foremost This is all out of love I'm concerned for the bartenders well being and I think her needs need to be addressed she seemed like she was really going through it. Whoever the manger is I really think you need to check up on her as soon as possible! Perhaps maybe more staff so she can feel less lonely and less stressed by all the work she has to do on a Tuesday afternoon. No one should be that miserable in beautiful siesta key the sunshine capital of the world. Blonde had her own personal storm cloud following her behind the bar. Perhaps the growing shark problem in siesta key is to blame? Or maybe the poor dating life? Either way who am I to judge. Either way it is in poor taste to hang a shark in the main room. Four stars for game night! Tuesday night trivia was a lot of fun. Met some new people and put our heads together. After Trivia comes Bingo! There was quite a few young people whose grandmothers would have been proud to know their kiddies played bingo with us old folks! Actually they were waiting for the beer pong games that followed bingo.... Pool tables and cornhole games, along with blaring music going on at the same time made for a noisy place, but surprisingly you could still hear the guy with the microphone

The bar was a good time until the hot head bouncers picked a few guys who were minding their own business when someone slipped on the floor in front of us and the bouncer decided to throw us out. The bouncers at this bar are extremely out of place and have an ego twice the size of the island itself. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went to the Beach Club over Halloween weekend while in town for a wedding. I have very mixed feelings about the bar. We went first on Thursday night. They have an all you can drink $15 Thirsty Thursdays promotion. The bar had a small crowd and football on all of their TVs. There were a mixture of some 20 years olds but a lot of 50 year olds as well. It reminded me of a college sports bar with the general atmosphere. We also went back the Saturday before Halloween. There was a $5 cover and a live band then a DJ. The place started with a light crowd but was packed by 11. The majority of the people in the bar were in their late 20's and early 30's. It had more of a club vibe then a bar. The shot girls and bartenders were all in costume, so I give them credit for that. The band was solid, and the place was hopping. If you want a sit down at a bar this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a place to just get hammered with this would work for you and you will likely have a good time. Just be realistic about what type of bar the Beach Club is.

Awesome place and very nice bartender, just the bouncer with the beard was so rude it ruined our experience, not only is he rude but he picked people he doesn't like and goes out of his way to ruin there time

The bouncers need to do a better job circulating in the crowd and watching suspicious people. Last night my daughter set her purse down with a friend to go dancing and when the friend was looking the other way, a woman swooped up her small purse and started walking away. By the time someone from the bar could help, the woman had vanished. She's described as a very large frame, African-American woman, very heavyset and was hostile when asked if she accidentally picked up the purse. I'm giving two stars because the management did share the video with the cops and they were able to see the theft, but could not identify the woman. Patrons beware, do not leave any valuables off of your person. I've personally been to this club and it's very popular because of the great music and great bar staff. But they need to invest more money for security, and by the way the floors are super sticky and stinky, call a janitorial company and get that fixed please.

4 years later. No change. Can't even get to the atm to pay this place to drink. It reminds me of trying to buy a PS5, I couldn't even give away my money. I'm concerned for beach club and it's future. Dudes were less hot and I'm pretty sure their butts are smaller

3 1/2 stars really but will round up for them! OK, here's the thing: this seems to be the only club on the little Siesta Key strip. Because it's the only place to dance you get a really big mix of people as young as 21, as old as 70. In heels, in flip flops. ALL OF IT. Everyone in one place trying to have a good time. Their set up seems to be to have a live band followed by the DJ at 10:30 or so, then another quick set by the band and finally the DJ stays for the rest of the short night. 2am. That's early to close in my book. The Friday cover band was good but their song choices were tragic during the first set. Same for the DJ. The first couple of songs were just not "clubby" enough. We arrived early around 10pm. Luckily we stuck around. We slipped the DJ a note with requests and he played them almost right away. That was awesome! (thanks!) The second set by the band was pretty good and the DJ picked it up several notches. Drinks were very inexpensive ($5 for a Heineken or a Red Stripe????) They also carry the Skinnygirl brand which I thought was very cool. The Saturday set up was a little better. The band had better choices and the DJ jammed from the get go. Then again, we got there later so maybe they also had a slow start? Overall it was very clean (including bathrooms), security was everywhere and was very nice too (do you ladies know there is a bouncer named CHRISTIAN? he was getting a lot of attention. I wonder why?) and the a/c was just nice to cool off from the heat. Yes, it's touristy but given the lack of choices they delivered and we had a great time. If you want to dance while in Siesta, head here! ONLY NEGATIVE? People are allowed to smoke inside. Yuck!

We came to this bar for our last night of vacation. There were many creepy men in and out of the club. We ended up leaving because the bouncers weren't seeing it. When we got home, my boyfriend went unresponsive and was rushed to the ER. It was confirmed he was roofied and hospital and EMS confirmed this happens often here. Although the actual occurrence isn't the bar fault, it is a common problem and nothing is done according to authorities. Please avoid this bar!!!!

Locals hangout and very chill by day, wild and energetic at night! They really know how to party here on a Friday night! The DJ was excellent, the security was tight, and drinks were cheap. Overall this place was a blast and they serve pizza late night at the front counter area. Great spot to dance on weekends in Siesta Key!

Went here on a Wednesday and was pleased to find out it was ladies night. Upon entry we were charged $7 each and were able to drink all night. The drinks not only tasted very weak, but like they were made with the cheapest liquor that they could find. Not really sure what I expected for $7 though. There was a waitress coming around with Jell-O shots and vodka soaked gummy bears each for $4. The crowd was filled of people of all ages. The dance floor was packed but there was also room to stand off to the side and it wasn't too loud. All of the staff there were extremely kind. Overall, I would probably come back here.

It's a place to dance and hear live music. It gets really crowded. It's cool to come here and have a good time. Be prepared to have not-so-great service from the bartenders.

We were staying nearby and saw great bands on both Friday and Saturday night during Veterans Day weekend. The bartenders are fast and pleasant (we were drinking beer so I can't speak to the cocktails). We had a blast!

There are 2 parts to my review. The first is the actual club, which gets 3 stars (maybe 3.5). It's exactly what you expect; the only nightclub in a sleepy town in Florida. If you catch the right night and DJ, the crowd can be quite decent and the music bang-on. Yes, there is a great variety of ages. Sometimes, too much 60+ for my liking. I've been here 3 years in a row for girls' weekend(s) and have never not seen an old dude in here. Having said that, it's not a deal-breaker. What gets 5 stars is the service. I'm speaking to you, Jeff. I've been to nightclubs in NYC, Toronto, Vegas and in Europe. I've NEVER had service like this. We took care of Jeff with generous tips, but I never had to do more than look at him and my drink was in my hand 3 seconds later. It didn't matter how many people were at the bar; we were always taken care of. Jeff, you are a GEM!!! We'll miss you!!

The bartenders here are so rude & unprofessional. Saw my wallet at the bar top and threw it away instead of keeping it? When I returned to the bar it was "not there" though another guest saw it minutes before. Bad management, all around 2/10

Fun little bar/night club. I went while on vacation in Florida and meet some cool people we definitely recommend if you just want to party a little but not go to crazy.

Enjoyed ourselves all day at the beach club having margs! Left for a bit to walk the strip and check out other establishments. The bartenders we had during the day went above and beyond but when we returned for ladies night the egotistical bouncer would not let us back in. He had no reason to not let our group re-enter except for the fact we couldn't fit past his ego! Figure out your bouncers because it's hurting your business and from what I have read this is not your first problem with bouncers!

Reposted from April 2019 (Yelp took it down): I went to beach club and a female bartender made jokes at me for my drink of choice. It was a vodka tonic. Vodka tonic is a socially acceptable drink. A lot of people order vodka tonic drinks. I was upset that she didn't like that I ordered a vodka tonic.

Really fun dance club, great music, and good vibes. But I do have to give a warning to girls that come here. Last night I came with two of my other friends just to dance and have a few drinks. The whole night was spent dodging creeps and making sure we were all safe. Eventually we stopped drinking too because it felt to unsafe to be drunk or have an open drink with that many creepy guys. Even had two men follow us around and video for a good part of the night. Not a safe place for a small group of women, probably would be safer and more fun with a group but to all the ladies just watch your drinks and be wary of who's around!

Loud club music, no people, $2 domestic drafts, ladies drink free on Wednesday... Am I starting to paint the picture for you? Not a bad joint, but it would have been a lot better if there were more people there. Most of the patrons were the classic douchebag club type who thought they were hot shit or something. The bartenders were helpful and the bouncer was a cool guy (I forgot about a shot of patron I had left near the pool table and he flagged me down before I left without it). I may or may not go back, depending on what else is going on in the area.

My Wife and I made the mistake of stopping at the cheesy wanna be night club. We ordered 2 miller lights and one shot of fire ball. I am not sure how much the drinks were but when I checked my bank account in the morning, I found I was charged $60.00 for two beers and a shot. I called the bar and was told they would look in to it . I have not heard back from them. If you want rude service and want to get ripped off, this is a great place to go... I am a local and will make sure everyone I know in the Sarasota area not to go there. They are thieves.

Best place on Siesta Key to dance! They have a live band on Fridays and Saturday nights, generally, and then a DJ spinning until close at 2am. None of that boring trance or house bs - they may play that some nights, but you won't find me there if they are - check their website to see what's going on; they keep it fairly up to date. They also have pool tables and some odd games for the boys who want to just booze it up and hang out. The generally have a nice young crowd here. (Thank God.) There is no dress code; theyll let any ol' thing up in here. Some girls really glam it up, but mostly you'll find girls wearing skirts or booty shorts and a nice top. They typically charge a cover - yeah even if you come before midnight. its always been $5; i dont think my boyfriend was ever charged $10, but its possible. Drinks aren't too expensive though which is nice. Street parking only here as anywhere else on the key.

Worst experience of my life! The music was shit, the drinks were meh and the girls were mediocre. It was an extreme waste of my time and money, asked for my cover because of how displeased I was and didn't get my money back after a few minutes. If you see this review please stay from this spot; it was just like staying home with the music high. Not worth

we tried to bring a bachelorette party here and the bouncer said it would be 180$ to get in. so needless to say we went elsewhere. we were justifiably shocked

I have to give this place a 5 star rating. After all It is the place where I met my wife 4 years ago while on vacation. After about 5 hours of hanging out on the beach with my friend Kirk, we decided to check out this local Siesta Key pub I heard about in a mysterious e-mail notification I received a few months earlier. As we walked into the place my friend and I headed over to the bar to order some drinks... and there she was at the bar. Our eyes locked and from that moment we have never stopped looking at each other. Thanks Beach Club!

Outraged at the use of aggression by the staff! After being "removed" from their club over a "cigarette" my husband now has to have SURGERY to fix a torn rotator cuff and other torn tendons! Seriously, over a cigarette? Don't let your friends and family go here for what they think would be a fun night, you'll end up in the ER!

I held a tab open with my credit card and told the bartender I would later pay in cash. When tabbing out, no one could find my tab under my name or my boyfriend who was with me. We paid in cash and left. Two days later I check my bank statement and I was charged for the drinks that were on the tab. I called to ask why and maybe to receive a refund but no one answered. I left a voicemail and still never received a phone call back. I advise paying in cash only or closing your tab after a drink. It wasn't even busy to the point where this would be considered an accident.

Came here on a Saturday night around 10:30pm while staying in SK for a weekend getaway. Caught the last 30 Min of the band (spazmatics) who doing covers who were really good and had the mixed crowd amp'd. Around 11 the DJ came on, top 40 music, blended songs well and good song selection. Bartenders were quick and drink prices reasonable. I liked the siesta Rita (patron/grand ma) in a big plastic cup with a straw. I think it was like $10 can't beat that of course in Orlando that would probably not be top shelf and would be like $15 in the places we frequent so couldn't beat it. Good crowd and vibe. Like others said its a mix of ages but nothing wrong with that if everyone is trying to have a good time.

Clearly, my normal scene is an electronic club. However, I was in from out of town and my friend wanted to go. With the explicit instructions to not allow her to hook up with anyone... that is exactly what she did. I expect nothing less from clubs like this as this is kind of what this scene is... at least on the booty shaking, dick-grinding Wednesday night that I was there. On another note, I took my friend who's scene is pretty squarely in a dark corner at a dive-bar whilst staring at people. As soon as we entered, I knew that I had to get him drunk or he'd be a whiny bitch. So within 3 minutes I had him filled up with a double shot of tequila, a lemon drop, and a Irish car-bomb. He had fun that night. As for me, I didn't care for the music. I'm not into the dances required of dudes. I'd rather *really* dance. The place was hotter than Hades, and I sweat so bad there that someone actually stopped me and asked me why I was sweating so bad. Maybe this is why nobody really dances here - it's simply too damn hot.

Fun place! You can play Nintendo,wii, and a plethora of "giant" versions of games like jenga, beer pong, connect 4, etc. plus theres pole tables, late night pizza, and movie nights.

If I could leave one star I would. Can't get ahold of anyone via their telephone number and can't leave a message, as their inboxes are "full". Terrible business

I originally went to this bar for my friends 23rd birthday and left disappointed. This bar is extremely homophobic. Not worth the cover charge and not worth the uber here. Spend your time and money at other local bars.. the Beach Club is not worth the hype :/

Stopped in and had lunch at the bar, it didn't look busy and the bartender was cute . Salad was good, and came out quick. Bartender was nice, attentive, and prompt. Will definitely come back and drink here soon!

This place is just ok. And that's all I have to say about it. The happy hour is ok and the margaritas and other mixed drinks are very weak. Location is good but other than that definitely a one and done.

Worst bar in Siesta Key. Staff was very rude all around from the bouncer to the bartenders. This had to be worst experience I've had in a long time. To start they have a ridiculous rule of no necklace for male customers only. This sex discrimination but okay I got pass this. But then the service sucked. Bartenders took a long time just to acknowledge you and then took even longer to get your drinks. The whole establishment was dirty. They have the worst bathrooms I've ever seen. The bar was always dirty. I definitely don't see myself coming here again.

Who knew this place was so big!! I have been coming to Siesta Key from Boston for the last 20 years, 4 of them which I have been legal to drink, 8 of them which I have been drinking. NEVER before this year have I stepped foot in Beach Club. So many years wasted! Not that BC is some mecca for nightlife and parties, but it is a great spot to grab a drink any night of the week. HUGEEEE (did I mention, huge?) bar! Gigantic dance floor, I want to say there were pool tables or something there, but the drinks were pretty strong, and I had about 10 (prices were GREAT), soooooo I can't say for sure. Clean toilet seats (that's really the only part of the toilet that matters, no?), good service. Not in the bathrooms, of course, but good at the bar. My boyfriends Captain & diet dropped to $2/drink after 10pm. Ding ding! We got smashed and didn't break the bank. We sat at the bar from 9pm-2am and had an amazing time. Can't wait to come back!

Typical Beach Club (hence the name I guess). It's a big room with a bar running about halfway down it, big enough for a huge crowd, a stage and everything in between. To me it smelled like smoke and wet in there and it being Sarasota on Christmas Eve what else would everyone be wearing but flip-flops, t-shirts and shorts? Gotta love FL beach bars. It's one of the only places open until normal bar-closing hours and the drinks are medium-strong (even if the bartenders are a touch hard to get ahold of) so if you find yourself on Siesta Key needing a cocktail late night head on over, maybe some good reggae band will be playing.
