I had a really pleasant visit to the beach. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with beautiful views and a nice breeze in early December that made it easy to unwind. The beach was really clean and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. It was a great spot for walking along the shore and enjoying the view of the Dubai Eye, enjoying the water, or just sitting back and taking in the scenery. Overall, it was a refreshing escape and a place I’d definitely consider visiting again.

The beach is clean, the restrooms are at the entrance and are also clean. There are affordable places nearby where you can buy food, with direct access to the Walt at JBR. We came for the drone show, but we will definitely be back during the day.

I spent an incredible day there recently, and honestly, it’s just one of those places that has a great "buzz" the second you arrive. The Seaside Vibe What I love most is that it caters to whatever mood you’re in. You can go for an early morning jog along the boardwalk, or just spend the afternoon lounging on the sand. The whole area is super well-maintained—there are lifeguards, clean showers, and changing rooms, so it’s actually practical for families. Plus, you’ve got the Arabian Gulf on one side and that iconic skyline on the other. You really can’t beat the views. Eating Your Way Around The food scene here is massive. We were spoiled for choice—you’ve got everything from quick beach bites to high-end Italian, Asian, and Middle Eastern spots. Most places have outdoor seating, so you can grab a table, enjoy the ocean breeze, and watch the sunset while you eat. It makes even a casual lunch feel like a bit of a "moment." Family & Fun If you have kids, they’ll love it. There are play zones and even a mini train that kept the little ones entertained. They’ve also added thoughtful touches like free Wi-Fi and plenty of shaded spots to sit when you need a break from the sun. Pro tip: If you're there during a festival or holiday, stay for the drone shows. Seeing the sky light up over the water was absolutely magical—definitely the highlight of our evening. The Parking Situation Parking in Dubai can be a headache, but it’s actually pretty smooth here. They have underground parking, and if you spend AED 100 at most of the shops or restaurants, you get 3 hours for free. Just make sure to get your ticket validated! Final Verdict: Whether you’re a local or just visiting, The Beach JBR just delivers. It’s got fitness, food, and family vibes all in one spot. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Very cool chilling place with many restaurants and smalk cute shops. Unfortunately the weather changed to rainy on the day I arrived. But I enjoyed a night walk and views of Al Ain

Lovely beach, the sand is not too warm, the water was perfect. It's a bit crowded and there are not to many showers or toilets.
